The outdoor pool was an awesome experience. Rooms were strictly ok as you hear a lot of noises from neighbouring rooms specially midnight. Rooms needs isolation The front desk was very cooperative and the staff was very professional. I stayed for 2 nights and the rate was a reasonable 500 Bahts. I enjoyed my stay here and will return for its roadside pool. You get high speed WiFi as well

While not the cleanest hotel in town by a long shot you do get a lot for a very small amount. The beds are comfortable, it’s relatively quiet especially being located so central. I had a room with a bath which was nice. The rooms are a good size as well. Please remember that this is a 2 star hotel so it isn’t a sparkling new one. I was totally comfortable here and if you want something good for a small amount of money you will find it hard to find better

Cheap hotel with very old styled room. Stayed there two nights and was very disappointed about it. The beds were very old and seemed like they would fall apart. The bathroom was horrible and needs to be renovated urgently. The worst thing was that we had a window in the room which gave us a direct view .... on the hotel corridor !!! The shades were not hiding us 100% and basically the people coming and going could have a look into our room. Why put a window there ?!!! We didn't even thought about jumping in the small pool (which is across the street by the way) as the water was clearly dirty. It all felt like being in the ugliest hotel that Chang Mai could offer. They apparently claim to have renovated rooms in another part of the building. Location is ok if you know your way around town otherwise it may get complicated.

Extremely hard beds, but cheap accomodation. Good location. Not very helpful staff. Taxi from airport with Bolt is much cheaper that what they proposed which is most expensive way

Better than I was expecting after reading some online reviews. This hotel is basic, like it's price, but is perfectly comfortable and clean with all the important amenities like air-con, fridge, toiletries etc. The swimming pool isn't very good (right next to the road and poorly maintained) but fine for a quick dip during the heat of the day. Breakfast too is very basic, best to eat out somewhere locally as there are many good options close by. Finally, the location is in a little Soi so can be confusing at first, but is very central to everywhere you will wish to get to.

We (3 mid twenties) stayed in this hotel for a week and it was a great return for the money. They also have nice laundry service which we all used.

We had a very nice place. Booked a room with a balcony. Had also a small living room fridge, watercattle. It was not new and perfect, but we had all the amenities, including bathtubs. I would strongly raccomend.

The rooms look nice at first glance but everything looks like the funding ran out before they could finish. Staff is ok, AC working very good and the WiFi is super. Great location right in the thick of it in walking distance to the night market.

Nice little place in the back streets. Pool is tucked in across the road and is fantastic. No car parking onsite but they do have a block which you can park on up the road way. Nice rooms, only negative comment is the door locks are very old and not real secure. Otherwise all good

***BED BUGS!!*** NEVER EVER AGAIN!!! The owner refused to give me a full refund even though I showed him the bedbugs. I didn't feel comfortable staying in a different room and he couldn't understand it. I booked through agoda (which I don't recommend either) and the owner made me call support from my phone. Expected me to say my payment details to them so they can say it to agoda. It doesn't work like that. The hotel has contact details of agoda to be able to call them. It was ridiculous.

Rooms were OK for the price but the elephants upstairs and generally inconsiderate neighbors do not make it pleasant. This is only our first day ... more to follow

THIS IS THE ONLY REVIEW YOU WILL NEED. I stayed at this place for two days (January 2nd 2023 to January 5 2023) whilst visiting Chiangmai and it is simply not worth it. The reason I say this is because the staff simply do not care about their customers at all. They make you pay when you check in which I found highly unusual. After you check in, they tell you what room to go to and that is it. End of service. The only time they will even be willing to properly talk to you is when you're leaving. The toilet stinks, there's no toilet paper ( when we asked for one, they simply refused by saying they don't have any). I tried to order milk, they said " no milk". On the last day, we asked if they could call a cab for us to go to the bus terminal (.I don't even know why I was trying at this point ), they asked us to pay 300 baht which is outrageous. The only good thing about this place is the location, the main town is just 10 mins walking distance away which was also the main reason why we decided to book this place. While walking around the area, I quickly found out that there were many hotels and guest houses ( better both infrastructure wise and with friendlier staff) nearby so I would like to suggest anyone planning on staying in this hotel for it's location to book the other ones in this area. May you have a pleasant stay in Chiang Mai!

Mattress had more waves in it then the Atlantic ocean. Showers generally are not the best in Thailand but this one was below standards. Staff are nice. Location is OK With the right room it might be an good place to stay but there are better places for this price

Staffs are friendly and helpful, location superb (right near the Tha Pae gate where the Sunday Night Market is) They have outdoor pool just across the street. There are several halal stalls nearby too, Mann O Cuisine and Michelin Bib Gourmet;s Roti Pa Day at night.

It is what you pay for. There is the new part and old part of the hotel. The new part was ok as all budget Thai hotels the marrasses were hard, it was clean enough (ac,fridge ,kettle) but we unplugged the fridge as it was far too loud. The swimming pool doesn’t seem super clean as the water is not as transparent as it should be. All in all it’s ok for the price you pay. If you can afford it I would recommend paying a little extra for somewhere else.

Excellent, as many places I spend the night in SE Asia. Clean. Nice helpful staff. I wish European hotels were as neat. Prices rose, the six years I wasn't about but that is to be expected in a growing economy. Mind you, my last visit was in '16.

Our bed was very hard, there was NO mattress. But we change our room after the first night and was better. The two little ladies at breakfast were lovely and smiling. However the reception lady was not nice and did not even say goodbye. I do not recommend this hotel.
