Quite far from Phrae city , abiut 20km deepinside forest, this temple and sanctuary for Dharma learning monks and disciples locates on hill with replicate of kyaitiyo ( golden rock in Mon state , myanmar) there is also view of mountain and lushy green forest.

Lots of short staircases leading to different big Buddha statues with epic views of the mountainside. At the top is a golden rock Buddhists believe to be super holy. This temple is incredible except some insects live in the trees and make a high pitch noise that sounds like construction workers. It's not that bad tho.

Amazingly atmospheric temple up in the mountains near Phrae, with views right down to the valley floor. Spend around half an hour here, taking the time to walk around and see all the shrines

A beautiful temple on top of mountain.

Very nice, a bit of isolated drive but worth it. Some moderate step climbing required to fully enjoy, should be easy for most people. Warning , no mobile signals from any operators once you start on the road about 10km from this place.

A temple complex which is worth visiting. Stunning views too. It’s not the regular Wat, but more a mixture of several Buddha images and temples perched to the mountain. No entrance fee.

Must visit temples located up in the mountains. Suggest to visit this temple in the morning before getting too hot.

Quite n peaceful place. If the winter or almost ending rainning season would be the most suit for visiting here.

So worth the short trip to get there. Amazing views and everything is so tasteful and great.
