[Updated] Attention tourists: It is ILLEGAL to rent this place daily especially for tourists. Many tourists also cause loud noise and inconsidration to tenants. PLEASE stay somewhere else. You may be fined if ARRESTED. Do not ruin your holidays. Other than that the condo is conveniently close to Dubway station and there are many restaurants under the complex and outside. However, due to excessive number of tourists everyday cause loud noise and inconsideration to many tenants when using gym, swimming pool. There seem to be many Chinese tourists, but there are others as wel. So this place is less livable by days. [Previous review] Wonderful condominium with 8 buildings. It has spacious central facilities with lots of green areas, two swimming pools, slider, kid zone, gym and jogging areas on the P floor. Due to its design, it has nice breeze all year round. Each floor has fewer than 10 units, so it is quite private. The smallest size is around 47-48 sq.m. There are many stores and restaurants in the plaza area (Belle Shoppes). There is also a shuttle service from 7.00-21.00 hr daily to Central Rama 9 Dept store, where Rama 9 MRT station is situated. But it is easy and safe to go on foot as well. In the morning, there is a small market right next to Government Housing Bank. You can enter from Ratchada road as well. The morning market is filled with local eateries (some may not look very clean and people sit on the tables on the street), fruit stalls, local food, snacks, clothing stands and coffee places. On the MCOT road, there are also many local eateries. Usually, I go for the rice soup place (open until 9 am only), chicken noodle, southern style food.

Its like a Shanghai ghetto - Chinese everywhere in the apartment block. We booked through airbnb, but signs everywhere in the lobby say rentals are illegal. only managed to get out and get a refund after airbnb got involved, Chinese owner couldn't care less. Apartment was shocking. loads of things didnt work. Shambolic checkin experience!

Best place to stay in Thailand! I really love this condominium . Very affordable ,rooms are very huge and the city view are so amazing! Highly recommended ^^

This condominium is fine. Nice architecture, convenient place to stay for your travelling journey. The view is magnificent.

The door design is stupid with loud slamming sound when close it. If you neighbor is the rude/careless kind, the noise will drive you mad. Rude residents make this project a bad choice to live now. Counterflow in the parking lot, bad parking behavior, talk loud in public area, litter around places, blocking the driveway...etc. The only lovely things are the small mall and convenient store downstairs.

A mix development project whereby the resident, retail, FnB all in the same building. Short distance walking to public transport, famous night market jobb fair and open air local street food (local price)nearest tower A.

Good place.spacecious rooms. Gym, swimming pools, friendly staff bt language barrier issue at the lobby cant understand English, and the lady assistant manager at tower A. Is very rude not helpful like others.. There are shopping marts. Like villa market though prices so high.. There is 7/11also. Restaurants. Mostly Japanese and there is free shuttle transportation to the mrt..(metro)

nice place, in the central and so convenient to move every where, can find the nice apartment for short term to stay is the good choice here
