Very dirty, this is the worst hotel in the world. Charge more money, but the room is like an abandoned hotel

Worst hotel I have ever been to. The sheets had not been cleaned, were filled with blood and other stains. No towels, no hand soap, and the receptionist did not speak a word English. We booked a room with two separate beds, got a room with only one bed.

Traveler’s beware!!! SCAMMER STAFF DONT STAY IF YOUR A TOURIST Do yourself a favour and just sleep in the street, you will get a better reception that what I did checking-in.. Treated like trash upon arrival. Refused to refund or let me stay upon pre-paying for my booking, unless I paid more?! After a long day I just did not need her attitude and the general tone of trying to check in. 🙏✌️

They overbooked, so although we had a reservation we couldn't get a room. We went to the hotel in front (Metropoint) which was great!

Dirty. I stepped into a room and immediately changed my mind. I booked another hotel to stay. Front staff were not respectful. Stay away from this place.

Stay away from this place!!! Bad service first of all! Dirty and gross! I ran away when I asked for towels and they brought me two disgusting towels, a asked for the money back but they didn’t want to give me! VERY BAD!!!

Bad management. Available to be book but at the arrival they said there're no room available and still charge us for the room, we can't even get our room but still charging us? Worst booking hotel I ever had.

Avoid from here better hotels are neighbors. Room very dirty and quite old. Broken furnitures and wall plug. Man staff is quite rude and unfriendly. This is the worst hotel ever.

Spent 7 nights in this place with family,and enjoyed it.If you wish to have your meal inside you can get in reasonable price.Good value for money.Lovely people.

Very bad hotel don't go there , rooms are dirty and staff behave is very bad they are asking for extra money , and they didn't return my change , never ever book this hotel , rooms beds are too old and mattress springs hit to the back

Upon arriving after a 9 hour drive the hotel manager said they stopped working with Agoda 5 months ago and they would not is in. However, on the Agoda app it said booking confirmed so they do still accept Agoda bookings. We had to find another hotel at 3 in the night. Stay away!
