I recently visited this trampoline park with my family and was disappointed to discover that they force customers to purchase their brand of socks, claiming that it's for safety reasons. We had brought our own socks from reputable trampoline parks that are even of better quality than theirs, but they insisted that it's not allowed. We were told that their socks have special grips that prevent slipping, but our socks had similar grips and were designed specifically for trampoline use. I have included a photo for reference, which shows my husband wearing the socks we were required to purchase at JumpZ Trampoline Park, and the pair of socks we brought with us from another reputable park. When we asked to clarify the policy which doesn't make any sense and feels like a scam to make more money from customers , we were met with dismissive and unhelpful responses. We ended up buying their socks just to be able to use the trampolines. Overall, I would not recommend this trampoline park to anyone who values transparency and customer service. Their policy of forcing customers to buy their socks without any valid reason is unacceptable, and their attitude towards customer complaints is disappointing. I am actually surprised that this is happening in a reputable establishment in a relatively customer-oriented country like Thailand. I hope that the park will reconsider its stance and prioritize the needs and preferences of its patrons.

Cant go inside with my child cause they said he too small. We are professional trampoline jumpers and my kid know how to play and jump in trampoline. then they said cant go inside without jump socks(i bring my own)cause need to buy only this trampoline brand socks, Only their branded socks! Are u kidding?! And no have people inside, maybe 3-4. This trampoline the most worst place i ever saw. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

It’s unfair for 6 year old kids that can play by themselves but under 120cm that parents have to pay for sane amount 400 thb. Understand for paying to get in to supervise. But 400 thb is ridiculous, especially for young kids total 800 thb to play and they could not make 2hours . Even though my kids join party of his brother which already have few adults in, they still charge 800 thb . Rule is unfair.

Big ,clean and exciting Trampoline Park. The One and only in Pattaya .There is fun Ninja Warrior course and separated zone for kids They has Dodge Ball ,Big Bag ,Basket Ball and nice Party Room. The Best thing is cleanliness!
