The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location was literally the best. We didn't have to take one taxi. Monkey Hill is very close if you're in for a hike. Only con really was that there were a lot of tiny ants in our room. But they didn't bother us much as they were really tiny. If you put the bed away from the wall they're really not that bothersome. But other than that the room was very clean. For the cheap price it was really lovely.

Great value for money! The owner was friendly and helped us plan our next few days. The location is great, near bars and restaurants but quiet at the night. The room was a bit dated but comfortable.

Room is decent and cheap and hotel is well located. Owner/receptionist was super available and helpful in explaining and arranging needs to reach the pier. Unfortunately room was not super clean and we did not dare to use the shower. Walls are thin.

This is good place for stay. Closer to the Phuket town and the Indy Market. There are vehicle renting places all around. Only water bottles are provided. Seven 11 is closer to the hotel. But the bus terminals are far away and need to find a taxi to go there

The rooms were okay. But our room did have many ants on the walls and in the bed. But the hotel itself is a great location. And the owners are very very helpful. They organised us cheap tickets to phi phi including a transfer. Good price

As it is located in the old town, you'll have access to very delicious foods in Michelin Reviewed restaurants. Wifi is not very good.

Most helpful staff in my memory. An excellent value . I've stayed over one month. This is central base for exploring the island. There is no tourist exploitation in this area. Ask the manager for suggestions for restaurants and events.

For the price of a hostel you get a clean and private hotel room, good location close to 7-11 and restaurants. Can’t put 5/5 because there’s a few details that should be in any room doesn’t matter the price, for example an incredible amount of ants all over the bathroom and bed even when they clean it, also a few leaks in the toilet that would be easy and cheap to fix. The last thing, we were about lo leave couldn’t find a grab so ask the woman to call us a taxi and she say rotundly no, I guess she wasn’t understanding so I asked on Thai and she repeat no I can’t call u a taxi, when they are a hotel?!?! So we walked (running or if not we would lost the ferry) 10 minutes into the town to find a taxi. If they improve this things, would for sure, be a 5/5 the owner (man) it’s helpful and really nice.

We got all attention from the owner. He provided all kinds of suggestions that tourists want to know,such as where is the best night market near by, where to get money, which tours to join and what is the market price and what price is deal, How to get to airport. Any questions you have or don’t know to ask, he will answer you with great smile. Lovely people and lovely location.

Welcoming and friendly staff, assisted in switching on my air-con an hour beforehand so I could enter a nice cool room after being hot and sweaty from travelling outside with luggage. Rooms are just like the pictures. Very clean. Will recommend.

Super friendly receptionist, very helpful and organized - wish everyone was as friendly as the receptionist - he is a really great guy! Airconditioned & very clean rooms in a great location directly in the city. And the best of all: it's incredibly cheap. Would go there all the time!

We really liked the hotel. All the towels, toilet paper and linens were folded with care. There was even water in the room for us when we arrived. The owner and his family are super nice. When we arrived, he had already turned on our air conditioning for us so our room would be cold. We stayed here before heading to the airport. It was convenient because there were cafes and restaurants near by. Also malls, 7-11 and atms all walking distance.
