We
were
disappointed.
We
wanted
to
end
our
backpacking
trip
with
a
little
bit
of
luxury,
and
this
simply
wasn't
the
place
for
that.
This
isn't
more
than
a
2-star
hotel
with
a
nice
pool.
The
rooms
are
boiling
hot
when
the
AC
is
not
running.
They
have
a
rule
that
you
can't
leave
the
electricity
running
when
you're
not
in
the
room
(you
have
to
take
your
key
card
with
you
which
turns
on
the
AC
or
else
you
pay
1000
baht),
and
when
we
returned
to
the
room,
it
often
felt
like
40°
or
more.
The
rooms
are
dated
but
clean,
although
we
found
a
couple
of
dead
cockroaches
upon
returning
to
our
room
a
few
times.
The
staff
cannot
answer
questions
due
to
the
language
barrier.
They
charged
2x
the
price
for
laundry
(100
baht
per
kilo
when
other
places
just
around
the
corner
charge
40
or
50
baht).
Breakfast
is
extremely
small
with
limited
variety
(eggs,
bread,
and
fruit).
Finally,
there
is
a
mosque
directly
next
to
the
hotel,
so
expect
to
hear
loud
calls
to
prayer
on
the
speaker
five
times
a
day
starting
at
5
AM.
We
were
frustrated
that
this
was
the
place
where
we
ended
our
trip.
