We stay there for about a week, the place is amazing and the feel of luxury is present everywhere. The owner was extremely helpful and is staff always kept the place tidy and clean. The swimming pool would be to me my favourite attraction, where me,my partner and my family spent a lot of time in and around drinking beers and “lizarding” in the sun. Very good place to take a group of friends and stay for a while. 💪

I don’t even know where to start with this review. I booked the villa through Mica directly and the service from start to end was phenomenal. We booked about 6 months in advance and mica was there to answer any question I had. He’s is the most communicative host I have ever had, and helped me with everything from private transfers to decorations and privately cooked meals. On arrival to the pier mica himself picked us up and got all our baggage loaded and took us over to the villa. The villa itself was STUNNING, beautifully designed, honestly breathtaking. The rooms were comfy, clean, and very beautifully designed. We had a full fridge of drinks on arrival which was a great touch after travelling. After Mica explained everything to us he was off and we sadly didn’t see him again untill the end of the stay. However he still helped us arrange everything, taxis, food deliveries, massages, anything you could think of. The villa was cleaned everyday TWICE a day, which was an amazing touch. You wouldn’t even hear the cleaners you would just wake up to a clean and tidy villa, it was amazing. Everything from start to finish was outstanding, my only regret is not staying longer. We came over to spend my sisters 50th birthday and it was beautiful. There was 25 of us and we had a delightful time the villas were perfect very spacious and clean and so close to lovely restaurant and beaches. We had such a good time we are looking at going back again

My husband and I feel very fortunate to have had the opportunity to stay in this beautiful extra large villa!! We were in awe when we arrived. The space was spotless and all the rooms beautifully set up! We especially loved the open concept of the villa and enjoyed many moments sitting at the dinning table looking out to the beautiful grounds in the back. The private pool was an added bonus….we definitely took advantage of it to escape the heat!! The nighttime swims were our favourite!! Mica is a very attentive host. He is super friendly and makes sure you are comfortable in the space and have everything you need. His recommendations were bang on!!! Great food near by. Short scooter ride to pretty much anywhere else on the island. I highly recommend this space for any larger groups or families visiting Koh Phangan!!!

Great location and fantastic people! Mica, Sea and the staff have been absolutely amazing during our stay from picking us at the pier to the day before our departure. The villas set up is perfect for groups and families. Just one small note, the floor in the common area is quite slippery when it is wet, especially for kids. Nothing major happened during our stay but one thing to notice.

Where do I start ! The place is amazing and Mica & Sea are the perfect hosts ! Hired Villa 1&2 for my 60th, 14 + 2 kids for a week. From the very first engagement to sadly the ‘last’ Mica was excellent - NOTHING was too much trouble - recommendations, transfers, car hire, beer, food.. he organises everything… the welcome when we got there was great - the villas are amazing - fantastic place to relax and party. Perfect location, great restaurants 5 mins away and a super order in service. Sea cooked an amazing birthday meal for us on the penultimate night - and their generosity extended to beers and a cake - just a reflection of them as a couple. EVERYONE had the holiday of a lifetime - I can not recommend the Villa, Mica & Sea highly enough - as one of the reviews wrote, came as guests left as friends.

We had the most amazing time at Bann Thamarchat a couple of weeks ago. The Villa's are absolutely beautiful and have everything you need but most of all Mica and his staff were so helpful and accommodating we didn't have to worry about anything and it meant we could fully relax. It's in the perfect location, only a 5 min walk from the beach, restaurants and shops. We were so sad to leave. It really was the holiday of a lifetime!

I had an incredible stay at the Baan Thamarchat villa in Koh Phangan for a friends birthday and I’m so sad to be leaving the villa. The villa is in great condition, cleaned daily and the grounds are beautiful. All of the rooms are beautifully decorated and you can tell that a lot of detail and planning had gone into the design of the rooms. The bedding and lien was extremely comfortable and changed every 3 days, unless requested before hand. We were all given 2 towels: one for the shower and one for the pool which was a lovely addition. Each room had air conditioning and a fam which helped to managed the humidity!! However, I think the bedrooms could have been even better if, there was at least 1 full length mirror in every room, and a wall socket closer to the bed to charge your phone over night. Getting 9 women ready without a full length mirror in the bedrooms was tricky at time, although there is a full length mirror outside in the open living area. There are wall plugs behind the bed post and reading lights are plugged into these sockets. Mica was the most pleasant and thoughtful host. He helped us to arrange various transfers and trips with his contacts on the island and they were all a credit to his service and hospitality. Mica’s lovely wife also cooked us a fantastic meal to welcome us to the villa and made us all feel at home. All of the staff and housekeepers who help Mica in running the villa were extremely polite, friendly and accommodating. It was clear that all of the staff at Baan Thamarchat are working collaboratively together to ensure all their guests have the most magical stay! I can’t thank Mica and the team enough - until next time!!

Probably the best Airbnb we have ever been in! Felt like home but with 5-Star service around the clock . The place is amazing - so dreamy! Private, spacious, well planned, furnished tastefully, perfect service. The hosts Sea and Mica were here for us all the time, whatever we needed: Private transfer from the pier, tips of any kind, car & motorbike rental, food delivery, laundry service - they helped us with everything! Location is perfect, just a few minutes to everything you need. Came as customers - left as friends. Will definitely come back!!! ♥

I stayed here for 1 week and I will recommend to everyone. It's such a beautiful, and calm place with great rooms and surroundings. The owners Mica and Sea make you feel welcome and at home. They are always smiling and ready to help. Such amazing people. I was there with a big group and the place was perfect for it. We loved using the pools and seating areas being a group and with the possibility to go to your room if you wanted to be buy yourself.

We had a fantastic stay at villa 2, with 10 of us. Mica was very helpful with an overwhelming amount of tips for restaurants and places to go, which were all great. He organised taxis, laundry, massages etc for us. We had some lovely massages at the villa. The villa is beautiful and it’s a short walk to the beach, bakery, 7/11 etc. Would recommend!

What can I say... Mica and his wife are the most incredible hosts we have ever had the pleasure of meeting! From the start, Mica was super responsive, replying to messages almost immediately. He personally met us at the pier and showed us around. He's also extremely helpful with arranging anything you might want to do during your trip, for example, renting scooters! The villa itself is beautiful and so well-designed. Excellent for parties, but also for families with children. There are several great restaurants and a 7 eleven within walking distance, but scooters are the best bet for touring the whole island. The experience and service here are truly next level. They go above and beyond to make sure their guests feel comfortable and treat you like family! I hope to stay again on any future trips to Koh Pha Ngan!

We stayed with a group of 10 for a week. The villa was beautiful and conveniently located, just a few minutes on a scooter from Srithanu. Most outstanding, though, were Mica's hospitality and level of service. He helped us with anything we asked, from filling the fridge with drinks to organising scooters to helping us rent a boat for a day. The staff deserves an honourable mention as well — it was brilliant to wake up and see the villa spotless. We're definitely planning to visit again, thank you Mica 💚

Stayed here with 11 friends and it was amazing. Super nice property with spacious rooms that got cleaned every day. There was day to day contact with the owner every day and he could arrange everything for us. Food delivery to the villa, ferry tickets, laundry service, cheap taxis. Private massages, at the villa. Extremely good service. Would definitely recommend this place

It is very hard to describe perfection but Mica is it and so are his villas. Better than any 5 star hotels. Mica has thought of everything and ensures you have the most amazing stay. His communication is exceptional from the moment you book. The villa is stunning and in a perfect location with gorgeous restaurants in walking distance and perfectly placed to explore the island. Mica is the BEST HOST you can ever asked for. We used the space for holding a mindfulness retreat for the people from Bangkok. We loved the space! Every was perfect as it is, the rooms, the common space and the shala all beautifully designed and well put together! The villas staff were always around for you to help if you every need anything.
