We paid extra for the VIP bus. They deliberately overbooked this service, after waiting for one hour for a late bus we were informed that “the VIP bus was not working”, and we only had a normal bus to travel on. However from the time of booking we had been allocated with 40 people, not the 20 that would normally fill the VIP service. This was obviously a clear deliberate and transparent ploy to blame the issue on a maintenance fault and not the their greedy cash grab. The bus was filthy and the air conditioning barely worked. Would not use again.

Well organized. Arrived late but not far from it. Overall a good experience. Bottles of water and a snack could be a nice addup to a long bus drive.

Although it’s the most convenient / easy option, the level of service is relatively poor. The night bus from Hua Hin to the islands (Koh Tao / Koh Samui) is very old. Pickup at 00:00 (30 minutes late) with then a stop around 2am where they turn all the lights on. The driver then proceeded to listen to music very loudly for the remainder of the trip to the pier in Chumphon where we arrived at 4am. Ferry is only at 7am so you’re left to wait on wooden benches for 3 hours. Impossible to sleep. It gets you where you need to go, nothing more.

Everything went as expected! Nice bus with a dirty toilet. Arrived a bit earlier than supposed to.

Had made my reservation online. Showed up at their office at 7:45. Door was open so I walked in to confirm that I was at the right office since their confirmation email didn't give me an address. The person inside told me rudely that they don't open until 8 and hushed me out. Next they charged me an extra 400 THB for a kiteboard. Bus was ok with good leg room, but you could smell the toilet the whole time. When transferring to the ferry they wanted to charge me again for my kiteboard, but after showing them the receipt of the extra payment they let me go. Lastly ferry was delayed by 1.5 hours since one of their buses was running late. If you have options then go with a different company.

The ferry from Koh Samui to Koh Pha Ngan was a good experience, as it was comfortable and quick. No frills, but solid. However, the speed boat from Koh Pha Ngan to Koh Samui was a deeply uncomfortable experience, and although it might be my imagination, it didn't feel too safe. It made us decide to forfeit our return tickets and book with a different company on a bigger boat. If you're a thrills seeker, by all means take the speed boat. If not, I recommend to avoid.

Very good prices and systems in places, they make sure that everything and everyone reach their destination. I wish we had such systems in place back in my place.

I used this company to get from Koh Tao to Hua Hin. Combined Ferry + Bus. It was the most well organized transit I had in South East Asia. Everything was on time and well planned. We had just enough time between ferry and bus to eat something. There was someone giving instructions and guiding the crowd. It was a very smooth and enjoyable experience.

Not a good experience, as a result, I flew back from Ko Samui instead of going through it a second time.

Clean but hard to find, abit to quiet in there. I'd be more comfortable if there was a bit of background music. The coffee shop built on the side looked nice

This company is terrible. The bus doesn’t have any space for the legs, smell terrible, the drivers are crazy and not safe, the prices at their stops are ridiculously expensive, and when they are late no free coffee or water. A terrible experience overall!!

TERRIBLE SMELL ! The Bus Ride smells terrible. It feels like sitting 6 hours on a chemical toilet. It burns even in your nose. I have no Idea what they put in the Air - Flow. Everybody of us feels poisoned. Never again !

Bought our tickets online and got to the office at a slow time 11 pm since our bus/boat ride was at 11:30. We had no problem with our experience and the staff was nice. They also hold luggage if your leave at a late time so you may explore.

Quiet good organized, but need someone speaking better/clearer English (very hard to understand, when I was there 27th Dec morning 2019)
