Sucks. The head massage is not so bad but the staff has the problem of time. I bought 90 minutes and after 65 minutes, she told me done. What??? The 25 minutes disappeared?It is not the haircut, finish is finish, it’s kind of massage and people buy your time. And I argued a little bit, she said ok and let me sit back and did a little shoulder massage which is really soft. It is like I am the one who is picky and I really don’t like the attitude and atmosphere. I am sorry to say bad words and it’s the very first time I give the bad review to the shops on Google, but I really hope the next customer can be taken good care. The lady asked me to write the complaint on paper and said would like to give me the discount for next time, but actually I will not go there again. You should be more honest. 90 minutes is 90 minutes,120 minutes is 120 minutes, thanks.

The worst salon experience I’ve ever had in my life. There’s nothing related with “scalp care” - the shop brought a zero-trained person do the service for me, she just kept scratching my scalp and made me feel so hurt. She even has no idea on what’s the next step to finish the course, which gave me a feeling like the shop just brought a passenger from the street then did the course for me. I can’t imagine how careless the shop can be to allow such an unprofessional person to do the service. I think any street barber can do way better than here, it doesn’t deserve to be called as a scalp salon. It’s really a horrible experience for me in Chiang Mai, I wont come for the next time.
