Apotheke ist gleich auf der station. Für einen ordentlichen medikamenten Cocktail und die Untersuchung haben wir knapp 70€ bezahlt . Wir sind froh, dass wir da waren, Fieber und co gingen schnell weg.

I been there quite a few times for my health check-up for my work permit, an eye injury a few scrapes and I must say - inexpensive, exceptional and fast service every time. My one criticism is the casual dispensing of antibiotics.

I was getting an injection into arm muscle, and the nurse did not check that the needle did not get into a blood vessel. I think they are supposed to pull out the needle and check for blood before injecting. Watch it. Update: I lost consciousness soon after this shot. Previous 2 shots of the same medicine in the past week were fine and I have eaten not long before so I blame injection practice, but then I’m not a doctor so who knows.

We visited Lanna Hospital recently. The doctor did not issue a medical diagnosis nor ultrasound report by default. When asked, she, her nurse, and hospital management responded negatively as if my wife's medical record is the hospital's private property. The only reason I can come up with for their reluctance to issue diagnoses and test reports, is that the doctors are probably too under-qualified to take any responsibility for misdiagnoses or malpractice. Terrible experience. Long waiting hours, unprofessional stuff. Went there 5 times in a raw to clean my wounds after an accident and somehow they always charged me different prices for the same service. I don't know if the doctors are overworked or what, but the majority of them (3/4 my Thai wife and I have met with) do a terrible job of explaining what's going on with you and what to do to aid in treatment going forward. All they want to do is get you expensive medicine whether it's needed or not and get you out of there.

The nurse who had venipuncture my daughter on 19 Aug 2023 , 19:45 pm at building A . She had a aggressive behaviour and unprofessional in the field of service . She had used annoyed and aggressive tone as my wife had been asking what she had done with my daugther . Immediately,she need to be improved her attitude and mindset of working.
