Truly exceptional service from very friendly and helpful staff. Great attention to detail in every way. Perfect, tasty breakfast. Free shuttle service to airport. Very clean rooms, nice pool area. We enjoyed every minute.

Very happy with the personal, service and the installations from beginning to end. We are in our honeymoon and the hotel upgraded our chamber and received us with a deco. Small details are always well received surprises. When we arrived, just for the check in we were offered an iced juice, after the flight was very refreshing, we also had complementary beverages and fruits at our room. The spa is private. It is well located, just few blocks from the market, the clock and museums. Have a beautiful pool. Variety and delicious breakfast. People always friendly. Very clean. Had also a complementary bus to the bus terminal. Not so bad, though the jets from the spa were not working.

Beautiful hotel. The pool is stunning, the suite is huge and really well done, you can tell they went the extra mile with all the little details and finishings. Very convenient to have a washer in the room. Service was very good, all of the employees extremely friendly. Nice little touches in the room providing free water and snacks and setting our the various amenities in the places they would be used. Breakfast was cook to order (with also a buffet section) and excellent.

Our journey in Thailand is not over yet, but I can already say that Mora will be the best hotel of our trip. Great position, everything new and modern, very nice and big room, amazing pool, friendly staff, great breakfast, complimentary shuttle to the airport. Definitely a place you want to spend time in, not just sleep.

Wow! This place just ticks all the boxes. Right in the heart of Chiang Rai, Mora is a relaxing escape from the noise of the city. You are first greeted by staff at an open air reception with a warm welcome, refreshments and lots of assistance with bags. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful, especially the pool, and you could be forgiven for thinking you were in a luxury international hotel. The rooms are spacious and we liked the separate living area. Beds are comfortable and all the usual amenities are available, including a free minibar. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff, and they are very proactive in offering to organise drivers and restaurant bookings etc. We also had a massage at the hotel, as they were offering a 30% discount on normal rates. For $30 AUD we had a one-hour Thai massage, which was absolute bliss and run extremely professionally. The breakfast was also wonderful, and I liked that the continental part was buffet, but eggs and Thai dishes were made to order, so they came out nice and hot/fresh. This is without a doubt the best hotel in Chiang Rai, and far better located than other resorts such as the Le Meridien.

Love the stay. Breakfast was amazing. There is buffet for bread, fruit, desert... and order from the kitchen for warm dish...Coffee is fresh make from the bar of the hotel. Room is spacious, modern but stylish. Staffs are super nice and helpful.

Lovely clean & spacious rooms. Bathroom were spotless and spa like. Location is quiet. Wish it were a five minute closer walk to town, but a minor complaint. Nice pool. Booked a two hour massage (1hr Thai / 1hr oil) at their spa with a woman whose name means bee. It stood out as one of the best massages I have ever had anywhere, and I have had many in all price ranges. Highly recommend. The real stars of the show at MORA, as mentioned by others, are the staff. They really do a tremendous job. The ladies at the front desk did everything from checking me in, to arranging tours, to recommending a great lunch place for khao soi. They we’re fantastic. Miss Patcharee also stood out, as did the rest of the kitchen/service staff who made breakfast memorable each day. Top notch. Sorry for not knowing your names. You all deserve to be recognized. One thing to note as a small con was the way the noise carried from the stairs. In my experience noise is common issue with boutique hotels. My room happened to be at the bottom of the steps, which were wooden. Very loud as people walked down, although I have to say the noise issue was strictly limited to the stairs, and after six or 7 PM I don’t remember hearing a thing. If I had not already booked my next stop I would have extended my stay in Chiang Rai just based on the hotel, but I also enjoyed the area which is on the quieter side. Bottom line this is where I would stay on a return visit to Chiang Rai.

Great and new hotel , staffs are very helpful and genuine. Breakfast buffet is awesome. The bed, pillows are supper comfortable. Location is in the town. Room is well design A handcrafted purse given when we checkedout, such a beautiful action of them. Definitely recommended 💋

Superbly located and with kind, friendly and observant staff. Kudos to frontline staff Khun Om who is ever-attentive in aiding one of us who is on a wheelchair, and to the F&B service by the pool. Room is clean and well-equipped. The space is well designed, particularly the open concept bathroom area. While we did not have breakfast at the hotel, the restaurant has beautiful decor of the local culture.

High quality boutique, perfect location to downtown, restaurants bars and the sights. High quality rooms, appointments and the food was quite excellent. Service was expectedly great, they took care of all our sightseeing and transfer needs and suggested a few outings we wouldn’t have considered.

Loved this hotel! Breakfast was prepared to order and you can order more than once. The bar on the top floor has some of the best drinks. Absolutely loves the deep tub. You can rent their bikes too!

Yummy ! Then the rooms ? We had a deluxe and a suits and it was fantastic. Large rooms, well equipped, clean and tidy. Comfy bed with many pillows ♥️ Shower, toilets, and great fresh soaps 🧼 The pool outside is gorgeous. We did not try but look amazing too. There is also a spa and a gym.

My 3rd stay at Mora and this was perhaps the best yet. The rooms are lovely, with balcony, sitting room, bath and shower. The breakfast is really good with lots of choice. But this time the staff were on fire! Very helpful, friendly, literally running to you to help. Plus little gifts on arrival and departure which were matching our Buddhist day of birth colours (Google it) so each guest in our party of four got their personal coloured elephant key ring. Very thoughtful gesture.

Very beautiful hotel for the price we paid. The hotel staff are very friendly and helped us plan our activities whenever we needed. Their restaurant in the ground floor is amazing! If you don’t find good food nearby, you can always depend on Mora’s restaurant. Having said that, their breakfast is also very very delicious! They have Thai cuisine food too, which was a plus since we wanted to try Thai food at every chance possible. The room was very clean, and didn’t have any mosquitoes.

One of my favorite hotels ever. Wonderful staff, great restaurant and a rooftop bar with City views. Large, comfortable room with deep tub and large shower. Best stay in Chiang Rai.

This is a gem. A gorgeous hotel situated close enough to the city center to walk. First-rate staff who speak English and are extremely helpful arranging any tours, laundry, and more. We can't believe our luck in choosing Mora. We'll be back.

The rooms are spacious, and the breakfast was great (it’s by the order, so it was served warm and fast!). Noun took care of us every morning for breakfast and it was just a delight for us to start our day by chatting with her. She made us feel really special (the rest of the staff was also great). A lovely overnight stay at Mora Boutique Hotel. The hotel is situated in the heart of Chiangrai perfect for exploring the temples and many other sights and sceneries. Buffet breakfast was a real winner as well as the interior of the suite which was very palace like.

Great hotel with excellently service with very friendly guests. Food was very delicious and authentic (both for dinner & breakfast). They offer free shuttle from/to airport or bus terminal. Pool & fitness area are small but very well maintained.

Service 5/5 Food 4/5 Amenities 5/5 I was there during 18-20 Jan 2022. The service was very great, the faucet in my room was broken due to the accidentally drop of bidet. The water just came out from the pipe continuously. The staffs took a great care of us and offer the new room immediately because they cannot fixed it at the time. (this was happened around midnight with heavy rain) If I have chance to go to Chiangrai again, this hotel will be my first choice to visit again. :)

We just checked out yesterday but this was a terrible experience. After checked out we got a call from reception and told us they have lost two handkerchief towers two days before we checked out. We backed to hotel and asked what problems? They answered they just knew from housekeeping. It was really ridiculous,why you didn’t let us know when happened. What is your hotel management system.? We have stayed here three times and total more than 20 nights. We have given tips more than normal. But you treat us like we are stealer. My wife very angry and give them 200 Bahts to buy the handkerchief tower. Very very bad experience, no more Mora again!

Great hotel, staff were very helpful and the rooms were excellent, most comfortable bed I’ve slept in Thailand. The free mini bar was a nice touch, as well as the smart tv a real bonus.
