One of my favorite Starbucks locations to do work at. The service is also excellent here. Everyone is so helpful and attentive. The drinks are great as usual. It does get a little hectic during the 1+1 promotion days. If you don’t want to take part in the promotion, you can order it and not get a free drink to get your drink made instantly instead of waiting in the queue. I feel bad for the employees because they’re basically making drinks non-stop, I’ve seen it first hand, so I hope they get good compensation for their hard work! Some of the food at Starbucks, in general, have not been as good as it used to be, especially the sandwiches, be it the egg salad sandwich or the tuna sandwich. I don’t know what changed but it was certainly not a pleasant surprise as someone who used to love those things and doesn’t order it anymore.

My wife wanted the new pink drink. But you have to be a member to buy it. So she tried and tried. But could not download it.

Just like every Starbucks, good service, my favorite latte of any coffee shop, and a nice environment.

good place to sit and sip coffee, located in shopping mall. easy to go there by sky train. parking lot available. nice staff. sometimes the place is crowded.

Dark chocolate butter bun is very soft and delicious. I really recommend this item to you all. You must try it. The room is a bit small. Sometimes I visit this place in the morning but they don't turn on the air conditioners. The staff is helpful and friendly. The wait for the drink is about 5 minutes if you come in the morning.

I enjoy the wide selection of both tea and coffee. Their Chai tea is my favourite. The chicken and mushroom pies are really big and very tasty. There's always someone who speaks English which is a bonus for me.
