Although an older Cineplex very well maintained with excellent projection and sound. We really enjoyed Thor Love and Thunder, which is better seen on big theater screens and sound Vs a home theater system. Chairs comfortable and can recline a bit still giving good sightlines to the screen. They also have the usual cinema food and drinks.

All good, except some cinema still use old share, this make armrest cannot pull-up. And as we know, popcorn & drink is expensive than it value.

Good as usual able to accommodate my time to match and watch 2 movies as like. Friendly staff to help you to buy the e tickets. Good two way communications. Easy access to all areas.

It's comfortable to watch movies here particularly in exchanging points from many credit cards for tickets which Major staff are so nice to advise how to exchange.

Nice Place, not to busy and good food

The cinemas in the center of Bangkok's South side. The cinema has 2 floors. Very good .

Comfortable reclined seat's. Keep eye out when buying tickets as there are Thai audio only showings. This is a cashless Cinema. Credit card only for tickets and food.

Many cinema halls, enormous gaming center, extremely big shopping center with enormous facility for all. Food court with variety of cuisines is impressive. Worth to visit and have a meal there.

Nice small movie theater inside Central Pinklao shopping mall. Convenient to get to if you are already shopping there. But better movie experience can be had in other places in BKK.

Incompetent. Wanted to watch A japanese movie in the gold class theatre. As I am english speaking and not very fluent in the Thai language, i attempted to watch the movie that has Thai audio and hopefully english subtitles. On both the website and the app, it stated TH/ET for the movie at 8pm. But just to be sure, I head down to the theatre at 4pm and ask the staff if the subtitles are in english. They say that it is, and so did the board at the front of the cineplex. "JP/ TH,EN". When the movie finally started, the subtitle was in thai. The staff later told me that the whole of Thailand only have that movie with Thai subtitles. I left with a refund and feeling annoyed. I wasted half my day due to the incompetency of the staff and the management team, whoever they may be. Worst movie experience ever. So much for "Gold Class".

If I have to choose between major pinklao across the road or major central pinklao I'll probably opt for the first one since it's often cheaper and not as crowded. However there are nice saloons here as well albeit some are a little more outdated than others. All in all always had great experiences there (as long as the movies were good that is, but can't hold that against the premises)

I went there to book the movie called weathering with you which will be aired in thailand on 5th of sep. The ticket is super cheap considering that I got a M gen card which basically means I got another 20 bahts off the oroginal price. For 2 person, its costed me about 460 bt. It could be even cheaper if I didnt book an advanced tickets. I remembered that when I came to watch it here the cinema was actually has a superb sound system. The parking lots are also free to whoever drive to park in this mall. The only complain I have is that the popcorns and the drink that sell at the counter was a bit too expensive for my taste so I usually dont buy anything there.

Unfortunately, person sitting next to me is a bit smelly. Everything else is good though

If u want to pick a seat, try pick the middle area. Coz the theater is too big but the screen is not that big
