I visited the clinic on the 1st of September 2019. My boyfriend had sharp pain at the lower back. The nurse told us that the doctors evaluation would cost 700baht. The doctor suggested a blood test and medicine to relief the pain. The nurse took me to the front office and wrote in a piece of paper the cost in advance...8000-10000baht!!! We thought the money was insane for a blood test and pain killers and decided to walk away. Then she turn the paper around and made a better offer!!! 5000-6000baht. Excuse me? Are they bargaining the painkillers price? Speechless

Went for a malaria test and complete blood test. Got tested. Told me everything came negative for malaria. Told me I need a dengue fever test. Talked to doctor and was told I had malaria which he hadn't noticed the first time!!! Tried to charge me 2000 baht for the unnecessary dengue fever test. Because I had no insurance staff had no interest in helping me find a hospital. Just Google it!! This place is a rip off and extremely unprofessional. Stay away. The staff at the hospital I finally ended up at were laughing at the blood report that they gave me. STAY AWAY!!

It's just about the money in there! Sorry but as a guy from Europe this is very offensive. Had ear problems and they wanted to give me an infusion for about €270,- plus medication. I had the flight back coming up so I was worried. However, I went to the doctor in Austria. Just cleaned it up (one was completely blocked), it could have been so easy though...

Stay away!! A crook doctor(?) just trying to milk people in despair. If you need to see a real doctor try a bigger hospital. You will be treated more nicely and much more professionally for less amount of money.

Very clean and English speaking facility but that’s about it. Like other reviewers mention, their services are expensive. Once the doctor acknowledged that I had Traveler’s insurance he obviously added a vaccine on to my bill when the medication would have been sufficient. The doctor barely looked at my issue. I won’t get into specifics but he diagnosed me with an embarrassing virus that is absolutely not what I have. Google gave me a better diagnosis than he did. Unless you have something simple like food poisoning or an open wound, I would suggest not going here. My total bill was $160 USD and a waste of time.

Was here at the clinic in Bangkok last week and was admitted for 2 days. The treatment I received was excellent. The Doctor explained everything to me very well and was so friendly. All the Nurses who cared for me are amazing at what they do and are a credit to the clinic. Thank you all ❤️

We are sick, emergency, the first thing we look for help during the time it was very late From the accommodation to the hospital gradually far some people let us come to see a doctor here, not disappointed at all. we can see a doctor quickly. Didn't wait as long as the hospital we received a check of blood results in a short time and gave medicine. The doctor explained the details of the treatment well. I was suffering with severe food poisoning and after 9 hours of not being able to keep water down I was becoming severely dehydrated. I was too sick to go anywhere. Short of calling an ambulance there wasn't much I could do and I was really scared for my life. These angels came to my hostel. Without their intervention I am convinced I would have passed out and died in my sleep. I believe they saved my life. They were more kind and compassionate than most medical professionals I've dealt with back in the states. First of all, in America they would never make a house call. I'd have had to go to the emergency room or call an ambulance for $2000 plus. Words cannot describe my gratitude for their care in my time of desperate need. What I was charged was very reasonable compared to back home and it was worth every baht. If you're suffering like I was do not hesitate to call these people. They saved me.

We were recommended this clinic by our hotel. My partner and I both had road rash from a motorbike accident, I wasn't too bad but he had quite severe wounds. The nurses are very professional and friendly! They speak quite a bit of English and they spend a lot of time on each wound to make sure they are clean and are gentle unlike a lot of clinics (who rip off bandages that are stuck to open wounds, tearing off healing skin). Some clinics are known to give medicines that aren't needed to get extra money from you but this clinic didn't. They had to scrub our wounds, which sounds awful and was at other clinics, but they made this experience so much easier and comfortable. This clinic isn't too expensive, but more than average. BUT you get what you pay for. I felt our wounds after a week were not healing but the first day after we went to this clinic our wounds were so much better and we could see they were healing and they felt much better. We came from Phuket (where the accident happened) which we went to a couple of different clinics and they were rough, expensive and didn't clean or dress the woulds correctly. We highly recommend this clinic! They accept travelers insurance also and are open 24 hours! We sometimes see one of the nurses around and she always says hello!

This place is amazing! I was diagnosed with infected mosquito bites after visiting the phi phi islands. I got picked up from my hotel and dropped by the company. The staff were also so helpful in everyway way. Also, place is very clean.

I visited Cambodia and I arrived to Bangkok with fever lasted already for 3 days. Me and my girlfriend visited Dr.Khaosan Clinic at 22:30. They are not only super friendly and nice but well equipped. Everyone know his/her stuff. They made a quick lab test and diagnosed Dengue fever. They have treated me as their child. Asking me what I need, how I need etc. Provided me soup, fresh fruit, medications, soap, shampoo etc when I had to spend a day at their place. (Which was better than my hotel room). I didn't ever feel at all if I was in a hospital. Many thanks dr. Toon, Way and everyone else helping me!

I came in about 9:00 pm to have some stitches removed and I was seen immediately by a nurse. The service was professional and I was given all the necessary receipts for my travel insurance. However, this clinic is on a busy street and at night there are a lot of clubs and bars open. In the clinic I had to raise my voice over the music to hear the nurse and the ceiling was vibrating while she was removing my stitches. Quite a scary experience!
