I have been to this hospital many times. The service is good but there are serious hygiene issues here. I have watched on a previous appointment nurses in the pediatric department not washing hands before providing care (touching eyes and face). I looked in the hand sink and saw it was totally dry. Today I watched a pediatrician closely examine the eyes of my child with unwashed hands, no gloves. Then after touching her infected eyes, he rinsed his hands with water and NO SOAP. Then the nurses (at least 2 or 3 of them at a time) cleaned her eyes. NO hand washing. I saw ONE nurse wearing gloves. This is a huge problem. I am shocked at the lack of basic hygiene. This is how diseases are spread, especially in the eyes! There is no excuse. ***Update: I wrote this review BEFORE Covid. This review does not apply to covid precautions. It is possible that hygiene practices have been improved. Pay attention and use your best judgement in all surroundings.

Was told 3500 baht for echo-cardiogram then called next day to confirm price and was told 4,000 baht because I was "international client. " Have been going here for checkups for 7 years and have been in Thailand for 11 years with Thai wife. May never go here again since to be treated like this as long-term patient stinks. Most cannot speak English but the one I spoke to in the heart clinic, when I said this policy violates the sanatorium act which requires hospitals to post extra charges for English speaking patients, said she did not care and go ahead and report the hospital.

Usually quite good, but today, my father, who is in pain, and I have waited for two hours for a doctor to check his urine and every patient that has come in after me has gone in to see the doctor first. The nurse said 2 people remained until we could see the doctor, but three people just entered the room and we're still waiting.

I was shown paperwork saying my insurance would fully cover the minor procedure I needed. I went ahead with the procedure (and the doctor was great) but after it was finished they tell me that I needed to pay the entire bill from my own pocket and wait to see how much the insurance company would pay me back the next day. I would not have done the procedure if they had not told me it was all approved and covered. They also were not going to give me the medicine the doctor prescribed unless I paid the full amount. This equates to extortion and is absolutely unacceptable. Edit: the next day I was contacted by a hospital staff who let me know that my insurance covered almost all of my bills and that she was sorry for the misunderstanding the day before. Changed the rating from 1 star to 4. Without the misunderstanding about the billing it would be 5. Again, the doctor was wonderful.

Super efficient service during my covid booster...no multiple forms to fill, didnt hv to walk from one station to the next repeatedly as practiced by others...best was i just sat at designated place & the nurses will go around with small trolley to administer the shots + nurses spent time to explain before shots. During the resting period of 30min after shot as per requirement, was glad that the details of the shot was already inputted in Mor Phrom. Totally efficient...5 star service despite some small hiccup in language. Thank you sooo much 😘

Very slow inefficiency for a simple ATK test required by US. Nursing staffs were too busy shuffling paper work, waiting over an hour before a less than 2 minutes nasal swab. The hospital needs to train clerks/personnel’s to handle paper work and improve its work process.

I had ATK test for travelling oversea and had a great experience. Staffs are friendly and considered. They make sure yiur test result documents and timings meet the country entry and airline guidelines. You can get the result within 2 hrs.

Kinda bad service hospital here. Some staff are completely ignorant to the patient. Overcharged for the service received.

Pay for Moderna by our own … the hospital arranged underground parking for vaccination !?

This zone worked better than another building, but still not good. The nurses and officers usually pointed clients to the wrong places, sometimes we need to go back and forth between two buildings.
