Came here based on recommendations from a colleague and I was not disappointed. Dr Nicha has worked with me a lot through a lot of pain and has comforted me when I was nervous or upset. She is a fantastic Doctor and very professional. Dr Mam completed 2 root canals and one was completed through a crown. She was amazing! Those were my first ever root canals. No pain after the injections or the root canal. I was able to eat the same evening and she solved so much of my pain. I felt comfortable and at no point was this treatment painful. I even fell asleep at one point! The receptionist staff are so helpful and always reply to my messages on line quickly and they are really friendly, too. If you need a dentist because you aren’t confident choosing one, then you should choose this place. I have spent a lot of money here on my teeth, but I can trust and rely on them to do a VERY good job. My root canals were about 17,000 and then a post and core was about 7,000. Quality equipment and nice relaxing music playing, too. I have spent many hours here and I recommend with true confidence that you will also be happy with their services. Fantastic, professional and helpful.

Great value & Very Professional. I travelled from Australia to visit this hospital. I had made an appointment for consultation, wisdom teeth removal and a deep clean. When I went in for consultation the staff said my appointment didn’t have the required time allocated. Luckily I had extra days in Bangkok and the procedure was split into 3 separate appointments. The staff were very helpful and polite the whole time. After my wisdom teeth removal I had no swelling or pain. The whole process was great and I would recommend this dental hospital and also if have a tight schedule, you should book the required time by hours.

I arrived 15 minutes early for appointment and then waited thirty minutes and then informed receptionist the de test was 15 minutes late and I have a policy of mot waiting beyond 15 minutes late for professional appointments. She told me another ten minutes and I waited again and nothing so informed her that since it was now 25 minutes late and I had been there nearly an hour I was leaving. I rarely have more than two days in Bangkok and number of things to do and dislike when businesses are not respectful of my time.

Based on my own research and reviews I had thought BIDH would be a good choice for dental surgery. Unfortunately, I found the pre-treatment care extremely lacking and an approach that placed primary focus on obtaining a substantial deposit from me, versus ensuring the surgical prep and plan was in order. Seems to be more of a “factory” versus personalized care. There are better options in Bangkok.

I did a gum graft surgery with doctor Jareewan and she is amazing! So kind, explained everything to me (before and after surgery). I visited the Bangkok International Dental Hospital and sought the expertise of Dr. Ongart Puttipisitchet with regards to a major problem I was experiencing with my existing dental implants which I had done several years earlier in another country. My implants were causing me to experience a lot of pain as well as gingivitis and I was at risk of having the implants fail altogether if immediate action was not taken. With his expertise and skill Dr. Ongart, together with his colleagues successfully solved the underlying issue and I honestly could not be more relieved and grateful. I highly recommend him and the Bangkok International Dental Hospital for any dental problem. As a former journalist who is now working for an international organization I have travelled extensively and I have yet to find a team of dentists like the ones at this hospital.

Tried this place out for my 12 year old, who was already registered at another dentist clinic, as this clinic seemed convenient to get to. Came in for basic teeth cleaning. Dentist recommended that sealant would be a good idea for 4 teeth, after the cleaning was done. Didn’t tell me the cost but found out to my pleasant surprise when I got the bill from the cashier. Totally unnecessary and an exorbitant price for sealant alone - 5 minute job for THB 5,000, ridiculous! A total scam for a young child whose teeth were in a decent condition. Me and my family will be sticking with our current dentist in Asoke after this dreadful experience….There are much better options in the neighbourhood and I will not be recommending BIDH to anyone I know.

After doing some research, I finally chose BIDH dental hospital as I felt it looked professional and safe. And I was very impressed having treatment there! The dental clinic is very modern, sterilized and clean. Its equipment are digitalized. I had teeth cleaning done and my dentist used an external machine that removed vapours in the air. I would love to share my experience with BIDH in December 2019. I highly recommend Bangkok International Dental Hospital to anyone traveling overseas for any dental work. You will not find a more professionally run dental hospital anywhere in the world. BIDH hygiene practices and staff all deserve six stars. I had a full mouth / teeth reconstruction done over Christmas 2019 which also included a sinus-lift, 4 x implants and 22 teeth replaced with all-ceramic crowns and some veneers. My dental specialist Dr. Peerapat is one of the best dentists I have ever had the privilege to meet. Dr Peerapat is methodical and precise and has a great bedside manner. You can tell that he only has his patients best interest / outcomes in mind. Unfortunately I can not travel back to BIDH to have the 4 x crowns fitted onto the implants that were fitted in December, due to COVID19. My local dentist is now doing this final work for me. BIDH have been more than helpful in supplying me the the information required to have my final dental work done here at home, they understand that it is to risky to embark on international travel during COVID. Once again a big thank you to all the staff at BIDH and especially Dr Peerapat. The stuff is gentle and professional , the doctor and the equipment is very good , but if have to do roots canal treatment I no recommend this branch because they have only one endodontist, he is very good but only there one time a week and always full busy , that men need maybe one months for fix a problem and if you have an emergency same happen to me on Wednesday he come only Tuesday so need keep super pain for one week and that is not what you want and never expect from a clinic of that level .

Poor cleaning on the first visit, thus I returned a second time (approximately 2 months later) for a “touch up”. In between these 2 cleaning/prophylactic visits, I needed composite fillings to minimize some of the sensitivity around my gum line. On my way home after the 2nd “touch up” cleaning, I discovered one of the composite resins “popped” off and now the sensitive area is exposed again. This composite resin did not last 1 month. That should not happen in such a “fine institution”. Dentistry is part art and science, and the materials used need to be of the highest caliber. I seriously doubt these ingredients fit that description. I will not use this place again

I felt very comfortable during treatment because Doctor and nurse were very supportive. Prices are reasonable. Also you can pay with card without commission. If you need they can provide you a medical certificate. Maybe it's not the cheapest clinic in the city, but I happy with every baht spent here.

Today i had five cavities filled, and a clean and polish, all done in one painless sitting by the wonderful Dr Phubin Hansakul and his professional team.
