Shockingly with poor quality food especially beef/lamb, pasta, cakes, and Sushi. Understandable with limited choices but please not with quality. Would not recommend during the pandemic from Covid-19’s.

Great dinner buffet experience at Pullman King Power hotel. Very impressive for the foods and services during my dinner time. Plenty of quality foods ready to pickup with unlimited quantity. Only complaint I would make is the dinking water is allow only for a small bottle which is certainly insufficient. Other than that it was my great dinner buffet experience. Of course the price per per person is also quite high but worth to try.

We went to the Seafood Buffet on a Saturday night. It was better than expected. Very fresh and well presented. The crab and lobster choices were perfect. So much delicious food. We had the all you can drink wine. The red was a nice choice. The service was perfect.

We stayed here for several days in December. Service was excellent through the hotel. Food was good in the morning with some variety each day, however it was noticeable that food wasn’t topped up in the weekdays compared to the weekends when things were busy. In three days we only say Gyoza once even after asking. The breads and danish selections were exquisite. Cold cuts and cheeses were limited, fruit selection and fresh juices were constantly maintained by friendly staff and the hot western and Indian food was good. Japanese sushi was a little disappointing to say they have a well reputed Japanese restaurant on site. The congee selection changed daily and dim sum was good. Coffee and tea selections and machines were good and there was never a queue which was nice compared to some places we’ve stayed. With a visit.

Premium crab, river pawn and shrimp buffet. Crab is a bit too dry but still fresh. Love noodle bar and steak bar. Dessert bar has delicious Thai jelly. Staff is very good attentive and helpful.

Food quality was not bad for the cold section. The hot section looks unappetizing. Grilled chicken was dry. Most of the hot food section's were overcooked from being placed on the warmer for a long time. Marble cake was really dry. Ice cream was good. What I find the most appalling was, they only provide 1 bottle of drinking water per diner. If you need more water, you'd have to buy. They don't include drinking water. This is the first time I dine in a hotel restaurant that don't provide free flow water. Throughout the time we were there, the staff were walking past us all the time but no one bothers to clear our plates. While the staff are courteous, most of them don't understand English. Could've been a better experience.

The taste is pretty good. The price is a little high. But, there is no free water and you have to buy it yourself.

My wife and I stayed at the Pullman for a week in Bangkok. We ate at Cuisine Unplugged everyday for breakfast. Without a doubt, Cuisine Unplugged is the best breakfast buffet we've ever been too. They properly cook the bacon, have amazing eggs Benedict with salmon, an amazing noodle bar, and fresh sushi.

First of all my expectations to this restaurant was really high after I reviewed feedback from google; but unfortunately it was not ; food was limited option , untested , if want to cook your food they simply refused, poor quality of first ; we paid more than 7 thousand for 4 people my experience overall was bad ; we will not come back after we had bed experience, also behavior for some of staff was not good , welcoming us was poor and low level of service. How come your restaurant rated as top 10 restaurants in Bangkok ???

Continuing on our 3 week seafood safari of Bangkok, we came here because it's considered one of the best seafood buffets in Asia (apparently). The range of food is amazing, the venue is lovely and the staff were helpful, but many have only limited English. It is easy to see why seafood buffets have largely disappeared in the last 10 years. There is an enormous amount of wastage here. No crab picks or similar are available and I watched nearly everybody just throwing their crab claws etc away when it was too hard to get at the meat. The Alaskan crab was clearly previously frozen with rubbery shells, and so quite a bit of the crab meat was dry and tasteless. However, some snow crab were juicy and sweet. A lot of the food is under heat lamp and it quickly dries out. A good example was the steamed crab roe in milk - under heat lamp it dries out and its quality quickly drops to the point that it's nothing like it should be. Rude people press in like Homer Simpson at his last meal. Bring your grid iron gear. I very rarely do reviews like this, but given the reputation and price of this buffet, I felt compelled to write honestly.

A very very good Buffet. Loved it and will come again! Oysters were just amazing! You can choose from 5 to 6 different ones. The crab medt was also very nice and the sashimi and sushi! It was really yummy. Also the cooked salmon is just superb. What i also loved were the traditional asian soups.

This was a last minute reservation, and I now know why I was able to get in at 8pm on a Saturday night. Food: Well, the suckling pig was good and the sashimi, with as few choices as there were, was fresh. The big draw of the chilled seafood was just disappointing. The red shrimp and the king/snow crab legs tasted like very little other than the green seafood sauce. The hot food was similarly bad, with everything having the "this has been sitting out for quite some time" dried-out appearance. The website promised such things as Wagyu beef, shabu-shabu, etc. Neither of those things were anywhere to be found -- the only beef anywhere was some very dry mostly unsliced "baked beef" with the hot dishes. The breakfast buffet at my hotel has a wider variety and better quality than this place does. The service is where the place REALLY loses me. After I was seated, I had literally zero contact with any staff until, probably 25-30 minutes in, finally flagged down a busser to get a soft drink and a water refill. Aside from picking up soiled plates, that was it. I'm still currently sitting in the restaurant, and my dishes have been stacked and my utensils placed in the "I'm done" position for about 20 minutes now. Eventually they will bring me the check. They close in 45 minutes, and I'm honestly curious how long they can manage to ignore me. It's getting pretty funny at this point.
