Cozy restaurant ranking up the Bangkok food panorama, it has a cheap but eye-catching design that I didn't particularly like, but it gives a soul to the place. The cuisine is not really french, despite the place's name, but has a French influence for sure. The food is well prepared and balanced in flavour, we liked both the octopus and the steak, absolutely prime ingredients, but the global review is 3 stars because still the prices are outrageously high. The high quality ingredients alone, the preparation, and the food cost in general cannot justify a price for a dish same as a whole fine dining experience in a starred restaurant. The staff is super prepared, they are always around you and never intrusive, and there's a valet parking service, a plus nowadays

The food at Bisou is nothing short of amazing, showcasing the brilliance of using fresh, seasonal ingredients. They embrace a philosophy of simplicity and sensuality, and it truly reflects in their dishes. The menu is a creative fusion of flavors that highlight the finest ingredients of the season. The Chef, Antoine, will continue to impress you with fun yet creative modern tastes of France. The wine list is a testament to their dedication to uniqueness, featuring an ever-evolving selection that spotlights various styles. Make sure to always ask Theo, a former Michelin Star sommelier from Paris, for the best wine based on your preference. He never misses and I always got to discover new wine that I’ve never knew existed! And if you're in the mood for cocktails, Louis is a true master when it comes to crafting the best cocktails. His expertise and creativity in mixology will elevate your drinking experience. What sets Bisou apart is their commitment to providing an intimate, warm, and welcoming atmosphere. It's like being part of a little family, where the staff are friendly and caring. Whether you choose to enjoy your meal on the first floor or the second floor, the atmosphere is simply enchanting. My favorite place to eat is at the bar because I get to watch my food and cocktails being made. The ambiance is simply beautiful, exuding a modern luxury feel adorned with captivating art, good music, and great mood lighting. It’s such a great place to catch up with some friends or for dates. Whether you're looking for a relaxed drink or embarking on a culinary adventure, Bisou is a friendly and fun Parisian bistro that will leave you wanting to keep coming back :)

Picture dimmed lights, intimate atmosphere, discreet service, great food and exceptional wine - as you will get all that at Bisou. It's the perfect date spot and a great new addition to Bangkok's food scene. We opted for small plates instead of mains and it turned out to be a good decision. Sharing six small plates between the two of us was just perfect. Every dish was fantastic, but the ceviche truly stole the show. The wine selection was superb, and the dedicated room solely for wine enthusiasts was an added bonus, enhancing the overall dining experience. I'm glad we found this place and can't wait to be back!

Food was great. Service was fast and efficient. A great place for catching up with friends over bistro-style restaurant. Good selection of wine. Valet service is available for free. Recommended.

June 2023 review: Authentic and stylish french food. Perfect setup for a vibrant date or with your girl gang, not much of a bro vibe. The beef tartar was excellent, its definitely a rare discovery and this place tops the list of beef tartars in Bangkok. Nov 2023: Came back the 2nd time for a Family birthday and this place continues to live up to the reputation and standard. Very wide selections of wine available in the cooler room located on the 2nd floor. The Monkfish Tail deserves a special recognition alongside the Hanger Steak & Bone Marrow; exceptionally rich taste and unforgettable heavy flavors. And although many would speak highly of other dishes, the butter and bread here is nationally ranked. I easily finished a basket of buttered bread by myself. Great service, happy glammy vibes. Parking is a valet default option infront of the restaurant or Vela across the street. A favorite destination among the ladies for its kissing backdrop design.

The is an interesting restaurant located in an upscale neighborhood. The serve French cuisine with some Asian influence. We tried the cheese selection which was very enjoyable. We also ordered the Ikejime Hamachi Ceviche which didn't stand out. The red endive salad was a surprise hit! I was surprised with the unique taste and choice of ingredients. We also loved the Uni pasta and the gnocchi. The potatoes were spiced in a way it felt like they were marinated. All in all it is a great place to go on special occasions because it an expensive place for to be a usual hangout space. The only negative thing to mention was the music was a bit loud even though the selections were great. I don't know why it needed to have a bar vibe.

New gastronomic nugget that just opened in Bangkok! We ordered several dishes to share and I couldn't say which one was the best because everything was so delicious and wonderfully well done. I still have a soft spot for the ceviche and its sauce to fall on the ground. The 2 happy owners of these places are very pleasant and very nice. Restaurant which mixes the delicacy of the fine dining and a convivial and more casual atmosphere which allows you to feel at ease. I will come back soon to taste this famous pigeon

Indulged in a charming French dining experience here. The ambiance exudes elegance, though accessibility could be improved. The cuisine was delectable, albeit a tad pricey. The wine selection leans towards the higher end. Exceptional cocktails were a highlight. Service was attentive and impeccable. Valet parking was convenient. Overall, a fine establishment for a special occasion, though budget-conscious diners may find it a splurge. Ideal for a date night thought.

The food was incredible. My favorite was ham and melon. Simple but creative. All dishes are quite generous. The taste and quality of the food really made us feel like in Paris. The service was lovely and very attentive. One thing we found unfair was the plain drinking water for which we were charged 200 thb. We didn't even know what we were drinking - Fancy brand or house filtered water. Without this, I'd give 5 stars for Bisou.
