Attention for the price (menu check) of this Restuarant.The food is good taste, but......they like to charge more for the tourists or the foreigners. We are mix family (Swedish-Thai)come and eat there for 2 days, the first day , they charge the same price as the menu had written and that was ok though, but the next day we order the same meals, the price goes up 20% more when we see the bill . I asked why , the lady said she high up the menu prices and they do not have time to change the menu,this sound bullsh%t to me. Well! I do not want to make the seance, I paid for what they asked for, with the bitter taste.I will not visit this place again though the food is ok. . (Most foods in menu cost 120 baht per dish but We had to pay 150 baht in every dishes next day.Too bad they rule themselves bad reputation).

Thus resort & restaurant is located right on the beach which has beautiful white sand. The bay is huge. This beach is called Mae Lam Pung. The food we had was variable , the mixed vegetable dish was Good but the Thai soup with snails not so good the snails were so rubbery you couldn’t eat them, we ate all the vegetables in the soup but left the snails. The management seem to be somewhat lacking as the staff spend a lot of time sitting around chatting meanwhile piles of unwashed glassses and empty bottles are sitting around. Also I couldn’t use the toilet as there was no paper and the seat was broken so badly.

😡 FOOD VERY VERY VERY SLOW 😡 This place is not recomemded for person that hungry or to enyoy dinner. We order 4 type of food. Do not have 2 type. After order wait long time for food. About 1 hours and staffs told us that our food do not have 2 type. And had to change new order after new order until now. Wait another half hours food not come yet. Not recommended. If you have others place to eat.

Perhaps one of the best restaurants in the area! but the kitchen may disappoint! Once everything was delicious, and the second time the shrimp were stale and stank. Nice design and awesome toilets.

Beautiful environment, sitting in the restaurant can see the sea, the taste of food is also very good, in short, is the most recommended nearby good places.

The building & decoration are beautiful. The spicy curry was the best, it was strong hot from peppers. the others were average. The service was Standard.

The dishes in I-Talay are delicious, close to gastronomical kitchen. However, the service is deplorable. The waiters are constantly on their cell phones, never say something, neither sawadee kha nor koh pun kha and don't speak any english. The spicy dishes are not indicated on the menu and the waiters do not specify it. I was paralyzed in the mouth for several minutes. Many dishes on the menu are unavailable and the staff does not specify it before giving the card. Finally, there was even a 200 baht error in the bill.

Such a nice place in the middle of nowhere… actually just right on the beach! 😜 Clean beach, clean place, yummy food. Funny things is a menu of Thai food with French translation instead of English. Friendly staffs who can speak basic English and with understanding, at least deliver my super super spicy stir fried squid properly…

Sept 2022 - My lady and I enjoyed a wonderful evening meal at I-Talay. Beautiful setting on the beach with nice lighting creating a romantic environment along with some nice background music. We ordered several dishes to share and each was excellent. (Chicken w/ginger, Roasted grilled pork, fried sea bass and even some french fries). The Long Island iced tea was also very good. Finished off the meal with some excellent ice cream! Service was excellent and meals were served promptly after ordering. We experienced no issues and we recommend that you try the restaurant. Our dog was permitted on the outside deck. Plenty of parking available.

Cozy bungalows by the beach and a very stylish, good and much visited restaurant. The owners and the staff are wonderful! Always a pleasure to be there.
