Oily
Fried
Chicken
My
recent
experience
at
the
KFC
Barkat
Market
branch
left
much
to
be
desired.
The
overall
cleanliness
and
hygiene
standards
were
far
from
satisfactory.
The
dining
area
was
littered,
tables
were
sticky,
and
there
was
a
lingering
unpleasant
odor.
Such
conditions
are
a
major
turn-off
for
customers
who
expect
a
certain
level
of
cleanliness
when
dining
out.
I
don't
think
they
dry
the
chicken
when
it
comes
out
from
fryer.
chicken
was
as
oily
as
one
can
possibly
think
of.
No
tissues
served
with
meals
to
clean
the
bloody
oil
What
is
the
point
of
giving
straws
when
glasses
don't
have
lids
for
it?
Adding
to
the
frustration
was
the
fact
that
there
was
only
one
order
taker
available,
leading
to
excruciatingly
long
queues.
This
resulted
in
a
prolonged
wait
time,
causing
annoyance
and
discomfort
to
all
customers.
The
lack
of
adequate
staff
to
manage
the
orders
reflects
poor
management
and
planning
on
the
part
of
the
branch.
Considering
the
reputation
of
KFC
as
a
renowned
fast-food
chain,
this
experience
was
highly
disappointing.
Hygiene
and
efficiency
should
be
paramount,
especially
in
the
food
industry.
I
hope
the
management
takes
immediate
measures
to
address
these
issues,
ensuring
a
cleaner
environment
and
more
efficient
service.
Customers
deserve
a
better
dining
experience,
and
I
believe
improvements
in
these
aspects
will
lead
to
increased
satisfaction
and
loyalty.
