Really happy to see that they have started a new serving system. Previously they were the take away type. The new system is more efficient than the previous one. It ensures that people get their orders on their table as soon as it is prepared. You will need to get your ice creams from the counter as they will not be served on the table. This ensures that you get them cold ❄️ and nice. Totally recommend.

I really did not like it. Very poor service. We had to wait for 15 mins for the cleaning of table. Order was served after 20-25 mins, which is not a good thing. People go to eat FAST food but at KFC they are getting SLOW food. Even Desi restaurants serve in less time than KFC. If they can't manage such load then they should excuse to extra people. Ice cream is worst of all. Someone selling in the street will have better ice cream than KFC. They should focus on service, food quality and quick delivery rather than having side items.

KFC ,Barkat Market, Ali Block is perhaps the first or one of the earliest KFC franchises in Lahore. Previously, the self-service system was in operation , and now the table service has been started. They have standardised products. Chicken + chips or Zinger Burger are more popular. The cleanliness and hygiene standards have been lowered while wIting time increased. Need attention by the owner.

KFC's mighty is probably the best chicken burger in the market right now. It's juicy, it's saucy, it's majestic and it's mighty. Kentucky goes neck to neck with mighty and is a better option for those who have a lighter appetite. Their wings and fried chicken are also top notch. This branch also upholds the true KFC legacy and ticks all the boxes in terms of taste and quality. Moreover, it's pretty spacious and there's a nice seating arrangement for singles, couples and group of friends as well. The only issue might be the scarce parking space. 5/5

The best Zinger burger in my city is from KFC. Moreover, we like Ahmed burger, they also use good mayonnaise in it. But I rank KFC on top if wr talk about Zinger Burger and they have new sauce in it, actually its not new but quiet unique.

Rename it to OFC - Oily Fried Chicken My recent experience at the KFC Barkat Market branch left much to be desired. The overall cleanliness and hygiene standards were far from satisfactory. The dining area was littered, tables were sticky, and there was a lingering unpleasant odor. Such conditions are a major turn-off for customers who expect a certain level of cleanliness when dining out. I don't think they dry the chicken when it comes out from fryer. chicken was as oily as one can possibly think of. No tissues served with meals to clean the bloody oil What is the point of giving straws when glasses don't have lids for it? Adding to the frustration was the fact that there was only one order taker available, leading to excruciatingly long queues. This resulted in a prolonged wait time, causing annoyance and discomfort to all customers. The lack of adequate staff to manage the orders reflects poor management and planning on the part of the branch. Considering the reputation of KFC as a renowned fast-food chain, this experience was highly disappointing. Hygiene and efficiency should be paramount, especially in the food industry. I hope the management takes immediate measures to address these issues, ensuring a cleaner environment and more efficient service. Customers deserve a better dining experience, and I believe improvements in these aspects will lead to increased satisfaction and loyalty.

KFC barkat market is one of the busiest KFC branch in Lahore. Ambiance is great and cozy in winters. Deals are standard as all other branches. Inside is spacious and vast.

Drinks wasn't fresh, too much rush but they don't have enough staff to manage, drinks was just like coloured water.

THE Food was so GOOD. But there was some problem with their system. It took some time to order.

The atmosphere and the location is really good, the staff is also very nice and friendly, the only problem though that I had was that sometimes they don't give you fresh meals, once I ordered a hotshot 9pcs box and they were very hard and I could barely chew it. Apart from that one bad experience I have been satisfied with this branch. The delivery service is really good as well. At one point all the kfc branches had really good and affordable prices, not really satisfied with the current prices but that is mainly because of the current economic state of this country so it is acceptable. I would highly recommend everyone the Mighty Zinger definitely their best burger and of course their famous fried chicken. I would rate this branch an overall 4/5

The WORST experience started when I stood in the que to place my order. The front in charge greeted well and asked for the order. 1st thing she notified was the prices mentioned on the menu were old. The meal I ordered was 1175 and they charged 1335. 2nd thing was, ONLY Pepsi and water were the options. Quality of the meal was terribly worse (oily like pakoras) Pepsi was like sweet water. Buns were cold. The only thing that pleased us was The Ice cream cone. Hell NO to the KFC.

Food wasn't upto the KFC standards, like i ordered hot wings, they were so oily that i had to use napkin to soak the oil. Also they have like 90% of staff consist of women they are so childish and unprofessional, they fight infront of customers like "i did that you do that, u didn't do that etc" plus very unethical girls. I wouldn't go again on this branch because of the staff.

Our visit was quite bad. I had ordered and were seated but our table was uncleaned and they cleaned it after I asked the staff. Their deal was not totally served and burgers were really dry. I would never recommend anyone to order anything from this branch specially.

Going their since years.... almost since 2010, but this time The place was a bit dirty, service was slow. Took 30 minutes to serve tea. Otherwise value for money and nice spot to have fast food

They management is way too slow. I visited this branch more than 100 times in last two years. And they mostly very lazy to provide orders. Sometimes they make u wait more than 20-30 mints. Isn't this a fast food restaurant? Come on. Why KFC internationally take action against these branches with numerous numbers of mistakes? Of course they act fast and cool when someone come for check and balance from higher authorities.

Took a golootlo deal which contains two zingers and two drink and took another separate crunch burger+drink. They were both good and excellent in taste as always. Just we were a bit late and they were out of coke which usually happens when its rush hours like after 8-9pm.

Crowded with people. Staff don't bother to listen you. You got your order very late maximum 30 to 40 mins gap. Kfc my favourite but please don't repeat these things again n again. Whenever someone come to visit they want their food as early as possible. Train your staff to work fast not slow like snails and tortoises

It's a chaos at the counter despite the fact that there were around 7 or 8 people behind. At best they were not better than an early grade trainee. The food took so long almost 20 minutes, only to realise that it has been sitting there all the time and no one bothered to check. For atmosphere it is full of aspring couples, most of them sitting on the same side of the table. Mostly people mind their own business, but I did witness a fish fight breaking. While men were busy tussling, the accompanying women were throwing ketchup sachets, paper plates, used cups etc, even though there were number of chicken pieces that could have come handy, but they decided to keep the brawl on economy mode.

Had the worst experience ever...staff was rude and they were talking to themselves instead of taking orders to customers..payment machines are not working..not a good place to go and environment and cleanliness was not up to the mark. They were not accepting cards when given cash payment they didn't have money to repay- after giving orders hard to withdraw as they did have enough cash to pay us back.

Firstly we stood in the line and get our order for 30 minutes due to system down it's not our problem if their system is down, secondly, the cashier was rude thirdly, we had to wait for 30 minutes to get out order. It's outrageous to wait for 1 hour just to get out food. The service was poor no one was paying attention nor were they listening to us. It's really sad to see that KFC is not before how it was easy to get out food so sad to see this. One more thing they didn't have 7 up either like we had to compromise on everything!! Very irresponsible and ruthless!! Please improve this!!
