How was in fact? 3x change the bus (one transfer lasted 2 hours at 4:00a.m.), bus was not in the standard VIP, snacks? pack of cookies and water. And at the end we had more than two hours delay. Negligible communication with the passengers. Stops without information about the length of the break, etc. Definitely not recommended!!! First of all we have been deceived in the office!

Took the 8pm bus from Chiang Mai to Bangkok. Bus arrived at 10pm+. All of us were waiting in the cold night. The operator could have told us the delay. No seat number so you get whatever you can. Probably a good thing as some of the seats were not in good condition as the one in the picture. The tray hinge was broken. Next time I would like to avoid this bus.

Don't book tickets with this company and if you do, be careful. They aren't serious nor professional at all. They do not provide you with enough information and rip you off. I booked a joint ticket (VIP bus and ferry) from Chiang Mai to Koh Chang. The bus to Bangkok was ok but I wasn't given any information regarding the next bus that would take me to the ferry. When we arrived Iin Bangkok, their office was closed. I had to wait 2 hours (from 7 AM to 9 AM) for a man to drive me to the minibus terminal without any explanations. The minibus barely had space for the passengers let alone the luggage. It was unbearably uncomfortable. The journey took 6 hours after which there was another transfer in a truck to the ferry. I had paid for a VIP bus and this is what I got. They should definitely provide passengers with detailed information regarding their services.

This is a review for the overnight bus from Khao San, BKK to CNX on 2/1/19. After reading the other reviews, I was greatly worried about what kind of experience we were going to have but I'm happy to report that this route was quite satisfactory! We met in front of the Thai Sriram office in Khao San in BKK where the buses were already lined up and waiting to go. You have to check in at the office first and are then directed to the appropriate bus. The staff were very helpful and we got our luggage stowed with no problem. They even helped us find the right number of seats for our party and were each given a small bottle of water and a snack (package of strawberry wafers). The bus also left right on time. The ride was good. The bus is not the newest but was still pretty comfy and spacious. There was plenty of room to lean your chair back and not get in the way of your neighbor behind you. It got quite cold because of the A/C but all bus rides are like that. There was one 30-40 minute rest stop after about 2 hours (great comprehensive rest stop). Make sure to use the bathroom here because the bus bathroom is TINY with no toilet paper or soap/running water/hand sanitizer. When you arrive in CNX, they arrange a free shuttle to your hotel/accommodations, which I thought was really helpful. Overall, glad we found this bus service because everything else was sold out or expensive because of the Lunar New Year!

Travelled from Chiang Mai to Bangkok. Bus was one hour late! And worse, we were made to ride an old, dilapidated bus devoid of the features of a comfortable bus that we paid for. Broken seats, broken seatbelts, broken AC, no USB charging ports. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

We paid 3 weeks in advance for our 'VIP Bus' tickets from Ayutthaya to Chiang Mai. It was not clear at all where the bus would actually arrive, but it showed up half an hour late and our luggage was loaded on, we were handed tickets and then we were suddenly told the bus was full! After complaining that my partner was already aboard and our luggage was loaded, my partner escaped and we had to take our luggage, we were told we should wait another hour for a new bus. 8 tourists were left stranded, their seats filled by locals. We waited 1.5 hours by the busy road and no bus came. The company was uncontactable via phone or Facebook the entire time and we have not been refunded. Do not travel with this company.

Ordered a transportation from Phangan to Bangkok. VIP bus, with food. The trip with Raja Ferry to Donsak went OK. And then have begun an adventure. I asked a ticket cashier when the bus is about to arrive. She told me 5:30pm. So I waited patiently till 5:30. There were no bus. I started to check what's happened. Nobody knows, "the bus is not here, I don't know" the response was. I had spoken to a local manager and she started to call someone. After 2 hours of waiting arrived a minivan, took me to Surattani bus station and passed me to another young guy, who waited with me to another bus. The bus arrived at 10pm, old and horrible, but, thanks God, still on the road. Full of people. Without food. We stopped by some local eatery though the steward haven't provided any food ticket. And he doesn't understand English. So now we're going to Bangkok. Aircon is dripping constantly, it's impossible to sleep. I won't be on time definitely. My plans and tickets for the next day are ruined. The promised VIP bus is horrible. Never, ever approach this respectful company. Unless you are way too adventurous. I added the bus conditions to the company description. Please review before you buy with them.

Do not book with this company. We booked a bus from Bangkok Thailand to Vientiane Laos. We could not find our pick up spot as it was on the side of the road. We walked for a long time and could not get ahold of the company. The police even tried calling them for us and they couldn't even get ahold of them. We finally found the bus on the side of the road. The bus was not comfortable but our experience was much worse. The booking and our ticket said the drop off point was the north bus terminal in Vientiane Laos and we paid over double of what it would have cost to take the bus to Nong Khai which is the Thailand side of the border and just 10 miles from Vientiane. We did this so we didn't have to find a taxi to take us through the border. The bus got us to Nong Khai and they kicked us off the bus. We asked where we get on the next bus to get to Vientiane and the workers just laughed at us and told us they don't have a bus that goes to Laos. They didn't try to help us they just kept laughing after we pointed out what our ticket said and what we were told was another bus was supposed to pick us up to take us over. They were very very rude and enjoyed laughing at seeing us panicked not knowing where to go with 10 taxi drivers trying to rip us off. We ended up walking to the border and the border patrol helped us navigate the border which was great and then we paid for a taxi to take us to Vientiane so we ended up paying double for the bus and a taxi in addition to what other people had to pay that got off at the same place.

Sooo... not that we had a huge expectation when it is about luxury, nonethenless we hoped that time is still appreciated! We had to wait for 1.5 hour on the Shuttlebus..then after we spent another hour driving in the cycle, picking another tourist up! The rest is a story... as Im still sitting in the Shuttlebus driving to the main Station for Kanchanaburi! Feel free to organize your trip on your own!

I booked tickets with this service not thinking to check the reviews, and read them after, and def started getting nervous about whether Iโ€™d make it. (Bangkok to koh Phangan) Turned out to be fine. Left on time, bus half full. Bus itself, I guess you could count as VIP because it had big seats that reclined quite far. Itโ€™s not a brand new bus but what can you expect? Air-con fine. It was a bit annoying once we got down to about 1/3rd of the way down through the journey, the bus stopped to pick up a couple of old drunk European guys, and no-one wanted to be sat next to them. I guess it would have been nice to have a warning that there were more people coming, so we would have left some seats for them before we all spread out throughout the bus. I think I was supposed to arrive at 11:30 and arrived at 12:30. Again, not unexpected, especially when thereโ€™s a boat involved. Also, when we initially got on the bus, a guy from the company got up and gave us a briefing on the journey, explained that the toilets were clean, but after they get used a few times they start to smell, and telling everyone to use their blanket, and that the snack would be biscuits and water, like a disclaimer. He even made some dad-jokes I guess people are more likely to write reviews when theyโ€™ve got quite a strong opinion to express, hence the 1-stars, and some of the 5-star ones look suspicious/fake i donโ€™t know. But it was fine for me, no problems. Thanks!

No frills van to different locations outside Bangkok. The Mae Klong railway market + Amphawa floating market trip was perfect for my schedule, I walked in the morning of and was able to join the 1pm trip. Driver was friendly and spoke a little English, and everything went smoothly. Iโ€™d have preferred not to take the final boat to see the fireflies, but everything else is was worth the trip.

Bus stuck on the road for 5 hours, from Chiang Mai to Bangkok And didn't stop us for food as it should be. No service after, the agent just hang up on me on the phone, and ignored me on Facebook. Poor quality buses. Do not book with them.

Review regarding the bus journey from Ayutthaya to Chiang Mai - overall three stars. The positives i) the bus came & safely arrived ii) instructions provided regarding where to wait for the bus iii) one stop on the way for refreshments. Now onto the negatives; i) the bus was 1,5hrs late without any proactive communication from the company - thank you to all the lovely people at the bus stop who helped us communicate with them, ii) although the instructions were provided, the bus waited for us at the bus terminal instead of the agreed point - nonetheless, they came to pick us up. Pro tips: dress warmly and try to communicate with them over Facebook. Also, actually enjoyed reading their terms and conditions!

Currently riding this bus, i should've believed the reviews. I wouldn't call it business class, not that i care so much, if they didn't overcharge for nothing. And even though it's an overnight bus, it keeps stopping. It's supposed to be 7pm until 6am, here it's 12:45am and we've stopped 3 times, each time for over an hour?! I imagine i'll be arriving at 10am at earliest... Edit: I should've written this review after arriving but haha, so the total bus ride took 17 hours, even longer than i expected. It stopped 3 times, the third time a second bus came to pick us up. I assume there was engine troubles or something,. but i'm not sure, they didn't even tell us what happened. Heck, they didn't even tell us to switch busses, they just stopped, turned on the light and another passenger said "I think we're switching busses?" lol, also the new bus had no USB slots. I also read somewhere people received snacks and a drink, but no, they didn't even provide us water. They stopped at an overpriced rest stop halfway through the trip... Don't ride this bus, seriously. I'm not picky which is why i didn't let the low score concern me, but i should've been more observant. I would've paid 1/3 the price and been there 6 hours faster if i took a second class train. Probably would've had drinks provided too lol. Also, i should mention the bathroom had no toilet paper and no running water to wash your hands. Not sure why, there was a tap, you think they would fill up the water reserves lol

The bus was broken 1h after the start after 3h of waiting a new bus came. Some people forgot personal belongings in the old bus (it was deep in the night), but it was impossible to call or reach Thaisriam to get our things back.

Bus was 1 hour late without any info. Not really comfortable tho, misleading bus stop in Ayutthaya, in general better try different way of transport to Chiang Mai. We paid around โ‚ฌ25 per person and it wasnโ€™t worth it as for VIP bus in the name. Bad experience overall.
