don't let the fancy name fool you. this place looks pretty run down. the elevator looks like it falling apart and the rooms also have some holes in them. the door of the rooms look terrible. the toilet has a little spot where people can peek in. the pillows aren't being soft, the toilet being not that private and the holes in the wall are the only problem with the rooms. the lobby down stairs looks pretty good but the elevators and all that make it look terrible. the pool is also covered in some sort of yellow goo. this place doesn't not look like the photos they advertise at all. I would not choose to stay here again.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL! In my opinion, the hotel management and staff are dishonest and corrupt. They will inspect your room and make up some kind of damage that you have done and then charge you for it. I was charged $300 for a very minor cigarette burn on a coffee table which was there before I arrived and a very small cigarette burn on one the sheets. They attempted to charge $900 for a few stains on the mattress. The hotel maid demanded money from me because my sheets were dirty. Additionally , you should be aware, and I have nothing against this, that this is primarily an Arab hotel. Consider the Nana Hotel across from Nana Plaza, where there’s almost exactly the same kind of hotel with the ‘entertainment’ options and coffee shop at actually a lower rate and better location. There are plenty of hotels in that area where you will not get ripped off by the management.

It is the worst experience i ever had in an hotel unprofessional staff the hotel is still under construction. The check out took over one hour because of a lack of staff, when you enter the hotel at night you will feel the bass from the night club that is in the hotel . For the prince of almost 2000 bath you get a room in an construction sight the hallway is still in renovation and the elevator looks like it should not be in use all in all i would rather sleep in the airport ot bus station than checking in in this place again

Terrible service right now. Rooms were okay. But the swimming pool, bowling zone & gym were closed. And it was quite difficult to communicate with the hotel staff. They were quite weak in english and it took us forever what they were saying.

Anyone travelling from Middle east or Muslim countries will definitely enjoy there as it is close to all halal food shops and the next street itself has lot of options for shopping and eating. Hotel itself is little old but very well known and kept clean. lots of cabs available.

I booked this hotel for 1 night and i Requirement is very serious about is that I want a non-smoking room but!!! When I checked in, I got into the room, there was so much smell of cigarettes that I couldn't sleep. The exterior image looked dilapidated, including in the room, the furniture was very old and dirty. I think anyone who wants it or is looking for a hotel. It's still not interesting here, try to go somewhere else.

I booked here 2 years ago, and loved the experience. This time, I absolutely hated it, to the point that I had to book a different hotel. The staff is slow. Calling reception, housekeeping, or room service results in the call going unanswered. I repeatedly had to go downstairs to the desk, just to request the basics. They didn't clean our room, even when we turned the clean room light on. We had to go downstairs to request water and toilet paper. I'll never book here again. I don't know what happened, but it's like a completely new management team is running the place, and they're running it into the ground. Do not start here, even if you like the location. There are better lodgings in the same area.

Dirty hotel, most of the rooms have cockroaches and bad smells in each corner of the hotel. The reception staff are very rude. Don’t waste your money in this dirty hotel

I had my worst nightmare. This hotel was one of my favourite place in Bangkok untill my recent stay there. The reception staffs are very un proffesional and rude. Hotel room services are poor and un believable. Buffet breakfast is poor as they have only 3 to 5 items everyday. Not only that its not even sufficent for 10 guest to take breakfast during breakfast full time. I wouldn't recommend this hotel anyone with this attitude and poor services in old rooms compare to other similar hotels.

Did 7 day quarantine here, the actual hotel looks a little run down and like it's having work done but my room was super nice and clean, no bugs, nice view, working air con, huge bed, huge smart TV. The meals came on time and had a big selection of vegetarian and vegan food to choose from (something I was worried about). The food wasn't 5 stars but was decent. The room had a microwave, kettle and fridge. More bottled water was available upon request and arrived quickly. Overall really enjoyed my stay, was really worries considering the bad reviews.

It used to be a great hotel but now the staff has changed they cant even speak english properly . Their system is down they are doing everything through paperwork. Takes an hour to check in and they want you to deposit 1000 in case of loss of key card which they will return only if you have the receipt with the key card . I wanted to extend my stay because it was only one more night . I went to the reception asked for the extension and they took my keycard and said we already give you the deposit and they started shouting . It took me an hour to explain to them that i have already paid for 2 nights and want to extend but i cancelled my extension took my bags that very minute and left the hotel . Dont stay at grace .

The hotel is bit old but the rooms were clean, spacious with comfortable bed and nice bathroom with toiletries. The location is excellent with walking distance to BTS Nana and there are many Lebanese/Mediterranean restaurants that offers delicious food.

Room: Clean but cannot block the music and the vibration from the disco pub at b1 floor Bed: good not too soft not too hard Very good for xxx. Shower space: the drain is totally clogged with no reason. Shampoo and shower gel sucks. Location: good, very close to nana station and nana plaza. And the KEBAB in front of the hotel is PERFECT Front desk: like a 2 star hotel, and they don’t take service very seriously. Surrounding : don’t get fooled by the pictures from the website. Conclusions: if you want to have fun around NANA, this is a good hotel and cheap.

The receiption staff were very rude they delayed giving us the key of the room. They kept trying to push us to pay more money and upgrade to deluxe room. The way they act and talk to the guests is very rude and impolite.

The Grace Hotel is much dilapidated compared to the past. After COVID 19, this hotel may not have received much attention. The condition of the washroom in the lobby is very bad and the elevator is also old. The interior condition of the rooms is a bit better. This hotel is the best because of the location.

Hotel is fine..but the staffs in the reception are too arrogant and non responsive.service is too too bad. Very much irresponsible staffs and they won't show the room before confirmation..the lifts are too dangerous as the sensors are not working properly. always keep something to keep the door opened for your safety.. service stars zero only.. renovation is going on inside the hotel lobby, but there is no diverted path provided for the safety.

Stayed here a long time ago. They used to be a smoking premise but seem to have cleaned up after COVID. The area is surrounded by bustling Arab and South Asian restaurants, handicrafts emporium and much more. The hotel is really comfortable with bath, and a really huge lobby downstairs.

I've known this hotel since the 80's. It has survived many obstacles, including the latest Covid 19. I noticed some major reconstruction or renovations going on while it is still in operation. Please bring back the old mighty Grace Hotel as soon as possible.

This was test & go hotel when I came to Bangkok in April 2022. The room was nice and beautiful. Got my PCR result within 12 hours. Room service also quick & fast. Foods were delicious. Only one thing that common issue like others review was Receptionist could be more politely.

Room is nice compared to the price. Don’t expect big service as they don’t have much staff. No lift from ground floor and you have to being all languages to first floor and take a lift.
