Nice and quiet place. The condo is low rise, so it’s not busy. Hidden in residential area, Ari Soi 4, still walkable to bts station and many food options around.

Juristic is very helpful and friendly. Facility is quite small but acceptable.

I have lived here for a year.311!🤯 Before I moved out, I left the manager with the cost of cleaning the carpet and asked her to take care of it. She agreed. I also cleaned the room and handed it back to the owner. The only problem was the sofa. There is a pen point stain on the sofa, I think it should be cleaned up within 1,000 baht! I didn't expect the owner to ask me to pay 10,000 baht for changing the sofa leather, but this is not proportional! I tried to communicate, but there was absolutely no response. Then I got my security deposit back and it was 10,000 baht less! The compensation standard here was determined by the owner! This is my true experience! Bad memories of a foreign tenant!

Well-maintained low-rise condominium on a blind alley in Ari neighborhood. The street is quiet although sometimes full of cars parked by neighborhood restaurant visitors. 600 meters away from BTS station with Tuk Tuk service. Awesome location.
