A luxurious condominium near Thonglor station. According to the real estate agent, this is his first time buying a condo and he has gone to great lengths. It's not without its problems, but it's common in new condos. The staff was very friendly and it was a comfortable place to live.

This apartment looks luxurious from the outside, and the layout of the room is very good (the door to the bedroom doesn't open in the right direction. Everything else is satisfactory). The water supply is not very good. The bathroom smells even if the exhaust fan is turned on all day. There is a receptionist in the lobby, but only during the day. Door boy (security) is on duty 24 hours a day. However, the receptionist is often looking at their cell phone, so I would like them to have manners and dignity that are commensurate with the building. I guess they don't have the same level of education as first-class hotels. The appearance is luxurious and the rooms are good, but I feel that the staff training is poor.
