Located at quite area of Khlong San, lovely & peaceful place. You can easily access to public transport station or Icon Siam Mall just by walking distance, or explore some random Thailand street food nearby. Room is simple & clean, just like home, owner is kind very helpful. There are a french bulldog which is very cute, active and playful. We enjoyed our stay and definitely will come again when we visit to Bangkok.

A very good option when you wanna see a nice local area in Bangkok. The owner is nice and kind and the rooms are quite big. The AC works great and you even have a balcony. There is a coffee bar with very good quality coffee and tea. Alan even made a vegan matcha latte for me. The rooms are cozy and clean and the neighbors that live there for a long term are very friendly and help you with everything. Overall I had a good experience.

Very big room with ac. The owner is very kind and always gifts you a smile and some fruits. The kitchen is clean. I didn't see any cockroaches for 3 weeks now. There is a coin washing machine and a bar where you can get a coffee or a tee. The location is surrounded by cheap restaurants and the street next to it has lots of shops and a large big C supermarket. There is a dentist around the corner that didn't rip me off as a foreigner. I paid 2000thb for an intense treatment for more than one hour. Elsewhere this costs around 30000 thb for foreigners. The famous ICONSIAM mall is 20 minutes to walk. The closest MRT station however is quite far away, you need a tuk-tuk for 50thb or a bike driver for 35 thb to go there.

J'ai passé un très bon séjour là-bas . Les chambres sont propres et spacieuses . Mais surtout l' accueil qui était vraiment très chaleureux. J'ai passé un super moment avec la patronne et sa famille ! Un grand merci . De plus le quartier est tranquille et à côté de tous en même temps. Je recommande !
