Wow. I was blown away with how nice this hotel was. W is arguably my favorite hotel chain and this is by far the nicest one I've ever stayed in. Was so pleased with how friendly the staff was. The concierge, Choey, literally made my trip to Bangkok that much better. I was in Bangkok for a couple nights en route to another city, so I didn't have time to do a ton of research on what to do. I simply told him the type of attractions I was interested in and he created an entire itinerary for me and told me how much I would end up spending. I didn't have data on my phone for directions, and he drew out every step of my journey on a map for me to follow. Incredible service and he was truly invested in making sure I had the best experience in the city. That was just the service... The facilities were exquisite and the room was incredible. So modern and the design was exceptional. I can't imagine staying anywhere else if I return to Bangkok. This hotel was such a huge part of my Bangkok experience.

We have stayed in the W in Barcelona and this chain of hotels is very quickly becoming a favourite. It was my partners birthday while we stayed there and they couldn’t have been more attentive they upgraded the room decorated it and put cakes in as a surprise and wrote a really nice note The bed is honestly like sleeping on a cloud such a restful night sleep while being able to look out onto the city when you wake up Great pool area we would have used the spa facility but it was booked up two days in advance so if you want to use that get in early. We had a trainee receptionist and she was fantastic the whole time, so friendly with great service

I visited for Afternoon tea at The House on Sathon. Beautiful and good location place. I might too much expectation for services and food taste. There were many good points for take photos. Smoking area was too exposed. I felt smoking all around front part of restaurant, so it's not good place for children. Service was 5-star standard, no any impression.

I spent two nights in a Wonderful Guest Room. The stay was so much luxurious. The check in was super smooth and easy. The room had all the facilities with all the amenities. Loved the giant TV that was in the room The meals were great and had all types of cuisines. Their 'whenever whatever' team was so helpful to address all the requests I made. All in all, it was a comfortable stay. Great staff, great location, and agreat stay.

The best and wonderful hotel that I couldn’t find in Bangkok and price compare to others 5 star , it’s still average , but the service was excellent good and great…. Love love love this hotel! The staff is always so friendly and accommodating. Booked with points, didn’t get our SNA but they did upgrade us to a “Marvelous” room at check-in. Great views. Great location - easy to get around via the metro or Grab. Huge soaking tub and stocked minibar (I know usually this is a scam but prices weren’t bad). We got a two-hour couples massage in the spa - also wonderful (and a fraction of the cost you’d find in the US). HIGHLY recommend! We didn’t use the rooftop pool this trip (but we did last time and it’s wonderful!) We had an early flight our last morning and decided to order room service - we got two traditional Thai breakfasts and let me say WOW! Fast delivery, amazing presentation and just delicious! Stay here if you’re in Bangkok!

W chain just can’t keep their standards consistent, I really want to like it and some things are outstanding like the arrival package for our small dog was top world standard but then you get very bad customer service at the front desk at the same level as ordering street food in Thailand and you just look dumbfounded. Breakfast is very very good. Gym is very good. The bar area is dead and feels like it’s time has gone, maybe some events would help the situation. W is like a box of chocolates you just never know what you’ll get.

A very stylish luxury hotel that kinda makes you feel like a celebrity! All their staffs were very nice. The front desk and the whatever, whenever (cc) staffs often recognized and called me by my name. As a platinum member, I got upgraded to the studio suite. The room was spectacular. The view, the cleanliness, the interior, everything is just perfect. The bathroom has no door.. but who cares? It's W baby!

Arrived earlier than the check-in time and surprisingly the room was ready, so we can get a quick rest. It's located very closed to St Louis station, walking distance to a few famous eateries. Breakfast have a wide spread of local and international choices, ready to order egg station and coffees. We tried both the local and grilled for dinner and it was really good! especially the burger. The overall room was slightly dated but great stay.

Hotel with class and excellent customer service! We stayed here for a month during our business trip, and the staff was quite detail-minded to notice I drink a lot of water and prepared extra bottles for me. Also, their staff helped me to buy some pairs of new socks after they accidentally collected them together with the mattress during room cleaning. The spa is also good too, but of course you can find some cheaper ones with similar quality nearby.

Amazing experience and service. The management has been very accommodating with our changes of plans and didn’t charge any extra. Really appreciate the customer satisfaction focus mindset. The staff is very nice and helpful. The breakfast is excellent with a wide variety and fresh quality food. This is my second stay there and I will definitely go back.

When they mean 5 star hotel, they mean it! Everything was top notch right from the hospitality shown while entering, checking in and vacating the hotel after the stay. Stayed at their “wonderful room “ with king size bed. The bathroom has a jacuzzi inside. Breakfast is available in 2nd floor with a wide spread of dishes. Only complain is I called their reception desk multiple times to check out but no one answered due to which I had to bring my luggage bags to the ground floor on my own.

This is the best W I’ve stayed in globally and one of the best stays I’ve had across the Marriott portfolio. Great value. Helpful, friendly staff. Nice, quiet rooms and really nice bars / restaurant. The pool deck is also unique, with great views and pool bar. Will definitely be back next time I’m in Bangkok. Location is a bit further from primary tourist areas, but very easy to get around nonetheless.

Room was very comfortable - I had great sleep during the stay. Hospitality staff crew was also really friendly and welcoming, they were great! However, the breakfast bar was extremely disappointing. W offered table side service where the guests can order drinks and “egg menu” - the dishes were quite unbearable, they were so bad that I couldn’t finish my food. We ordered egg Benedict, French toast and omelette during our stay- muffins from the egg Benedict were super dry paired with disgusting Hollandaise sauce. French toast was pretty miserable too - the toast wasn’t even soaked and was extremely dry. The hot food menu was also horrible - the green curry I had one morning was so watery and tasteless that I wasn’t sure if the dish was made in Thailand. Most of the food were barely warm, dry and stale - it was easy for me to tell that they’ve been made and sat around for a really long time. I think it also time to source a new bakery - the breakfast baked goods section was also a disaster. Muffins were dry, tarts/croissants looked good but tasted horrible. The only two things I’d recommend anyone to take - the burnt coconut water and coconut coffee (offered in the menu), those were really good - not sure if it’s cause they’re not made by the kitchen crew. Although room was comfortable, the breakfast bar I’d only give a 1 or 2. If you like having a great breakfast to start your day, you might want to consider other options around.

Love love love this hotel. Well located, amazing service and hospitality, nice pool with a bar, good breakfast buffet, and lovely attention to detail. We came for a birthday and the room was decorated and there were cupcakes and balloons and everything. Great stay!

We last visited in 2018/2019, and are sincerely amazed by how well maintained the rooms are. The shower doors, basin, bath tub, coffee table and sofa were all in tip top condition. Only the study table with scratches and the wardrobe hinges that no longer close automatically give a hint at how well aged the room has been. It is a pity that were assigned an east facing room on level 12, which made staying in the room to do work or rest during the day a tricky endeavour. The sunlight would bounce off the metal/glass table so the curtains have to be drawn. Furthermore the heat made it slightly uncomfortable. It's a pity that the woobar's reopening is delayed, so we were not able to enjoy the evening cocktails and finger food. Special mention to the front desk staff (Samatcha) who sensed my disappointment and surprised us with an iced bucket of Chang beer. While we don't drink alcohol, our colleagues enjoyed it on our behalf. We are impressed by the practice of refilling the extra bottled water, which saves their housekeeping staff many extra rounds of coming up and us calling in to ask for more water. Genius! The breakfast is the standout star, I thoroughly enjoy the delicious food everyday and often do not need to eat until the mid afternoon because my tummy has been so happily filled every morning.

Perfect Experience! I've always been a big fan of Marriott, and I can't say enough about this W experience, excellent value for money coupled with a quality room environment, and even set up the room for us on my mom's birthday! house keeping folded my clothes for me when I got back to the room as well, this is definitely one of the best W hotels I've been to!

Best customer service I have ever experienced the staff are honestly incredible. Got early check-in on arrival after a very long flight they were able to accommodate! The breakfast and overall experience is 10/10!!

I would come back here again and again. The staff and the service was beyond exceptional. The rooms are tidy and clean. We stayed in the 2 queen bed corner room for 2 nights and it was perfect. The only con for me was lighting other than that our stay was perfect. The staff that work here are amazing and accommodating. The bed was so comfy great location and wonderful restaurants.

Gorgeous hotel in a perfect location to walk to clubs, bars and restaurants. Breakfast was a highlight of our holiday! It’s a feast. Curries, bao buns, all sorts of chicken, pork and squid, lots of fresh pastries, and a vast fruit bar. We stayed three nights and still hadn’t tried half. Rooms are big, modern and clean. Fitness centre was best equipped of any hotel we’ve stayed. But above all, everyone was so friendly and welcoming. We had lots of chats about things to do in Bangkok. One morning, we mentioned going for a walk after breakfast and Guitar brought us takeaway coconut water in a cute little bag. Genuinely a perfect hotel and we will be back for sure. Thanks for a delightful stay!

Convenient location. The whole design is fantastic and the service is great. The swimming pool located on 6th floor is lovely and opens 24 hours. The breakfast offers many choices including Chinese style, supervise! The most attractive food is fruits, fresh juice, cheese and smoked salmon.

This is a really lovely hotel. My friend and I travel to Bangkok. The bed is one of the best things. Super comfy and soft. Ohhh… don’t forget to have the w coconut, so cool. Also there is a morning market nearby, so chill and many native will come. Def a great memory here.

From the moment I stepped into W Bangkok, I was enveloped in a world of chic luxury and exceptional service. Our twin room featured a unique glass wall shower and toilet, which was an interesting touch, albeit a bit unconventional for a stay with colleagues. The curtains didn't fully cover the bathroom, leaving a gap at the bottom, which was a bit awkward. Despite this, the comfort of the bed was exceptional, promising a good night's sleep. One aspect that could be improved is the dining options, particularly for those with a penchant for Indian cuisine, as the choices were really limited or nonexistent. Additionally, the kitchen's early closing time prompted us to order food from outside. A wider variety and longer service hours would enhance the culinary experience significantly. The location of W Bangkok is perfect for exploring the city and nearby our conference location, situated conveniently with easy access to local attractions and shopping. After a long day of sightseeing, the pool was the perfect place to relax and unwind. though it can get slightly noisy due to traffic and ongoing neighborhood events. they were having some beer fest while we stayed and it went loud sometimes, also the infamous bangkok tuktuk exhausts. My stay at W Bangkok was undoubtedly exceptional. It perfectly encapsulates the essence of luxury, style, and comfort. Despite a few quirks, it stands as an ideal destination for anyone eager to dive into the energetic pulse of Bangkok. I am looking forward to my next visit!

We had a delightful 4-night stay at W Bangkok. Not only were we pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, but the breakfast also exceeded our expectations. We were particularly impressed with the lovely service provided by DoDo, our waitress.

Stay 1 night in Wonderful room on Late July 2021 W is my one favorite now. It was wonderful pet friendly hotel in Bangkok. Normally I would write long reviews on hotel reviews, after survived from Sathon Vista. W was like heaven for me 😅 Love the concept of hotel. I will stay again when we Thai can eat at restaurants again.

Staff were welcoming, and accommodating when requested more savoury items than sugary in our high tea. It alone made our experience the best high tea experience in Bangkok as of date. Loved the decor inside out and the whole vibe. We decided to stay outdoors for some air and enjoyed it but indoor area is also well decorated.

I'll tell you something that online travel agents don't want u to know. When booking places use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ They easily have the best deals on hotels! Way better than using orbitz, tripadvisor, hotwire. No doubt about that!!! Absolutely loved my experience here a couple of years ago. Everything was perfect. Every single thing. And the price was phenomenal for what we got. Wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else other than the W anywhere I go because of my experience here.

This 9-year old hotel is a part of the Bonvoy program. This is at the top tier level of the Marriott international hotel group, and is a very funky, somewhat glittery, with lots of different coloured lights, but in a very elegant way. Personally, this decor is not something that I truly enjoy, but it does create a very high society club-ish atmosphere and very vibrant. What makes this hotel such an amazing experience for me, was the staff. They were all very quick, welcoming, and attentive to your needs. As a titanium elite member, I was upgraded to their “marvellous suite”. Again, lots of mirrors, glass, glittery pillows, as well as fur-like finishings on their sofa, weren’t exactly to my liking, but I can see myself really enjoying it if I were in my 20-30’s. Still, a very gorgeous room and hotel, and I really appreciated the upgrade. The food is quite phenomenal here, starting off with afternoon tea, dinner, and an abundant amount of breakfast the next morning. This would be somewhere I will return to again, with a few of my close friends.

Good stuff: the best thing about this hotel was the room. The windows are huge and the view is always changing, we felt connected to the city. The bed was extremely comfortable - the bedding was high quality cotton, duvet was down (no feathers). It felt like the bed moulded by the shape of the body. Extensive selection of alcohol in the mini bar with reasonable prices. Salon quality hair products. Staff speak good English and their service is impeccable - starting with the moment we stepped through the gates there were smartly dressed young men ready to assist with luggage. Minor improvements could be made. First, the screen that controls the lights and AC couldn't be dimmed so it lit up the room at night, and second, I wish there was more selection of fresh vegetables at breakfast (there were 4 bowls of different types of salad leaves that tasted the same).

A true 5+ star hotel for today's upwardly mobile. Absolutely stunning in every respect, I can't fault it. The rooms are comfortable with beds that hug you. Great city views, modern bathrooms with separate showers and baths and ultra modern design throughout the property. The breakfast left you wanting for nothing and the staff have a genuine attitude of nothing is too much trouble. Without skipping a beat every team member was attentive and just "there" with the answer to my query before I'd even asked! Do yourself a favour and stay here at least once.

Many years ago, I had stayed here for a business trip and in many other hotels in Bangkok before I actually moved to this city. But this time it was a short personal trip to Bangkok after I left the city two years ago. I used to live in this area, so I know this place quite well. When I was planning to visit for just a few days, W Hotel was my first choice for a treat to myself. I’m writing this review to thank them. My 11hr flight from Zurich landed early morning and I was in the hotel by 7:15, I was checked in by 7:30, without any extra charge for early check in. I didn’t expect this level of welcome, truly grateful for the warmth throughout my stay.

very good experience of our stay! I used my Bonvoy points to redeem the night. Before I checked in,I had already told the hotel by Marriott Apps to request the babycot and amenities. They are well Prepared for full set even better than The Peninsula Bangkok! The front desks are very helpful. They help to talk to Grab and advice the new route to our destination. The breakfast is brilliant! very delicious! Definitely Come back to stay!

Great hotel, nice swimming pool, amazing ala cart breakfasts. I liked them more than the buffet. Rooms are big and modern, they have great amenities - all you need - shower gel, shampoo and conditoner - in very good quality. Prices of minibar are reasonable. Bar & quality of drinks ? Outstanding. The service was very nice too :) i would stay here again.

I didn’t stay there but enjoyed the W Hotel’s lunch buffet. Excellent selection from all cuisines - standout dishes include the pizza 🍕, the prime rib carving station, certain sushi, and tempura. Had a really good time and with buffet style, had time to try everything and focus on what tasted best for future rounds. Go eat here!

Based on my one-day visit, I can recommend the hotel (with few disclaimers). First of all, the hotel is excellent if your intention is to party - there are big pool parties during the weekends. Secondly, rooms are very nice - especially the bigger ones. They are modern and have a lot of mirrors and colorful details. However, the hotel can get crowded and for example during the pool party days getting an elevator might take forever. Even bigger problem during my visit was the delay before getting the room. I did arrive few hours before the official check-in time (15:00), but I had informed the hotel about that. During my arrival I was informed about 1,5 hours delay - which in reality was extended to 2,5 hours, so the room was ready around 15:30. But keeping those issues in mind, I could think of visiting this hotel again.

Stayed here for NYE. Rooms - especially the bigger ones - are spacious and modern designed. The bed is big and soft and the working desk is comfortable. I didn’t use any of the facilities. Staff is amazing and super helpful. Breakfast is fantastic with a lot of variety. Sky train station is just a short walk away, really convenient.

Great brunch the other day. Roast dinner area with tender meats to choose from, salad and bread area, cheeses, sushi, seafood... Very delicious! Finishes on time so arrive prompt to get money's worth.
