Tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city, is this little comfy guest house, welcoming you with a lush green courtyard and wonderful host coco. However most of the interesting sight seeing points are near to this area. For 400thb per night, you get air conditioned double bed with private bath, toilet, coffee in the morning, hot water etc. There's provision for paid laundry and ironing. It stinks around this area, especially during rains, but once inside your room that's not going to be a problem with air condition. If I'm visiting Bangkok again, I'm booking here again.

Good price and decent location not too far from Ratchawitchi BTS. Also the owner is very Friendly but: 😢 There was mold in room 306 and it smelled really really bad so I had to check out also there were ants in the room (maybe because I had food) you have to be careful. You might get a discount for weekly or monthly. There are two cats around, which is great if you like cats. It’s easy to come and go at night and there is a 7-Eleven nearby. I really wish there was no mold/mold smell because I could stay a few weeks or even months, but mold 😟 is very dangerous for your health. They have a very nice garden and balconies to chill on. It was pretty quiet but sometimes you can hear the train because it’s near the train station. There is no elevator/lift, in case you have a problem with stairs. I didn’t book online I walked there directly, maybe you can get a better price, but there was only one room available so I was lucky 🍀. I took another hotel DT Hotel Pratunam (Dream Town Hotel) on soi Phetchaburi 11, booked on Agoda (cheaper than paying at hotel, almost always booking on Agoda is cheaper & Thai hotels almost never give you the online price, so probably not even worth it to ask) for less than $15 usd / 600 ฿ at hotel. It was very good especially for price. If you can get a room with No mold, this is an Awesome value / budget stay in Bangkok!

When the first we entered the place we found it that the area is next to very smelly canal, Room 205 is very moulds smelly, toilet smells. Yes, we understood it’s a budget price but it would be great if the room ventilation is provided. Can’t breathing..

This is my 2nd visit to Thailand. Although not like the hotel I stayed in 2001, this is a cool place to stay while in Bangkok. Quite small though but the staff are so accommodating. Although location wise, it is so inaccessible, there is no parking area at all! YOu might park your vehicle about 40 meters from the place. Overall, a good place to spend a night or two.

Quiet place, small rooms but with good air conditioner and a shower. There is a post office nearby for those of you who shopped alot 😁 Also there are buses around the area that can get you almost anywhere (might need to take another bus or a train) The down side is the smell from the sewers on the way inside.

The people who work here are so nice. The location is great so close to yummy affordable food. Lots of cats and one friendly dog will want your love. Rooms are small but comfortable and there are lots of other spaces to hang out and eat in. The vibes are immaculate. Also the building is beautiful it's covered in tons of plants.

Staff were friendly and the room was alright (the curtained bathroom was kind of weird though). They provide 2 bottles of water and instant coffee, and have a water cooler and small kitchen setup on the second floor balcony. The area is convenient for food and is about 20 min walk to the BTS, but the guesthouse is a bit tricky to find the first time you go there. There are also a lot of cats wandering around there, so be aware of that if you have allergies.

The room here was small but pretty clean. There was a little kitchen with microwave and oven on our level, so you can cook your own food. There also are nice places to sit both in and outdoors, although only the rooms are fitted with ACs so it can be a little hot.

First: Rooms are not for people who like luxury. But very suitable for backpackers. Rooms are small but clean, with separate toilets. Close to BTS Ratchathewi and Phaya Thai. Friendly host, quiet room. Personally, if I go back to Bangkok, I will still choose Eco House. There is no parking for motorbikes in the hotel, but you can leave them at the entrance to the hotel.

10/10 For This Hotel, I am from India I found this hotel as the budget hotel as well as it is located in the Main center of bankok , Ocean world, Madame Tussads,MBK mall,Siam malls all these places are 1-2kms away , This Hotel Is not defined as Luxury But it has Calm Friendly Environment, As The Rooms Are small Hotel provides an Clean room with shining Clean Bathroom also Air conditioning and Television is also provided ! Every morning the Staff provides Coffee mug and water bottle . Towel , Shower Gel , Shampoo also provided by the hotel . The walls are clean and sober!The Eco name is also perfect For the plants nearby boundaries of this hotel cats are also here which dont harm anyone also they dont make any type of noise i saw them only sleeping, SO IN MY OPINION IN 500 Baht /Day this is the best hotel us should go for💯
