Conveniently located near Phloen Chit BTS station. There is easy access to the outdoor lounge with tables and cozy patio furniture but that is when the best parts of the Garden ends. At street level, traffic noise (loud motorcycles) invades your conservation. On a weeknight, there appeared to be only two staff waiting on tables and dispensing buy-one-and-get-one free happy hour beers. Service was slow and painful when trying to get staff attention to place orders for more beer or food. Be sure to have extra space on your table to pile up used, empty dishware, because very slow to remove them. The food was slow had a generic appearance and taste. It great place to meet and then move on with your evening. But you are better off grabbing some street food and saving yourself the 10% service charge.

This restaurant was located at the lobby of my hotel, Novotel Bangkok ploenchit. We had came back from nana and was feeling very hungry. Not many street food available and therefore, we decided to try out this place. Ordered the satay, yam woon sen and khao pad goong. I could see that the satay was fried instead of grilled. But it was tasty nonetheless but still preferred satay be cooked using the tradition method. The yam woon sen and khao pad goong were really tasty. They were very generous with their prawns as well. Service was very professional and friendly. Thumbs up for that. Value wise, we thought it was good.

Bad. Overpriced wannabe bar from the French hotel chain. Loudly, outside, untalented musicians play pop songs or what they think they are at high volume. In the bar you can mix a Cuba libre (see picture). It's the bar for all the hotel guests, who are classified as second class because only the good guests are allowed to go to the real bar in the hotel upstairs. Arrogance is the name of the game here. There is also the worst margarita pizza in the whole city! Money for nothing

Made reservations for group dinner here last night and when I got there the place looks good however it was the worst worst worst service I have ever gotten in my entire years of being in Bangkok!! And to top it off not only the service was really bad but the food was terrible my friend ordered two pizzas they came uncooked from the bottom that crust was like premade cardboard it split in half the crust because it was so unbelievably processed this pizza was like they took it out of a cardboard box microwaved it and then served it twice it was hard uncooked pizza it was so disgusting I told him to take it off my bill because I would not pay for something that disgusting and they charged regular price for it meaning as if it was some gourmet pizza 🍕!! I had asked for separate billing because it was a larger group and they kept adding beers to people who didn’t order drinks then they were adding the pizza that my friend ordered onto another girls bill that she didn’t order she ordered calamari I mean it was the worst worst worst possible service I have ever had if you want to go there all the best because it’s definitely not worth it!!

This place was pretty descent, especially for a hotel bar. The Novatel Club was quite likely the best club sandwich I've ever had. Now, that's not saying much because club sandwiches are pretty lame to begin with. But, this one was worth eating, and I would have it again... In fact, I would go to this place to have that sandwich again. The margarita was pretty good despite them not having the proper salt for the rim, but that's ok because even with regular salt they are doing better than most places in the area. They also had the World Cup on a projector, which was nice. There are fans, and when I was walking by one time I saw a live band, which I think is a regular feature.

Not what you think of when you think beer garden. It's the bar that's located in the front of the Novotel. Drink prices are okay. Decent foo options. They have live music (in a senw) so that was nice. It was nice to be outside.

When you see a photo of a perfect pizza which should be from a home made dough and baked in a pizza oven… and you get a lousy flat dough pizza , you kind of lose respect. Sorry but not going to order pizza here again.

Not a very appealing atmosphere. It’s more or less the outdoor patio for deez lounge but called something else. The music is so loud you cannot have any conversation or hear anyone making it difficult to talk to others. Better atmosphere inside the lounge.

I don’t often give a 5. This place is superb! Booked a table in advance and was kept fully informed of my requirements via email. Arrived and we were waited upon by the beautiful Su, who catered for our every need in an attentive, yet non-intrusive way. The food was awesome - compliments to the kitchen staff and the available promotions were readily pointed out by Su - thus allowing us to make informed decisions. Overall, an awesome experience that was collectively delivered by a professional team and a night out that I can’t recommend highly enough. Very well done guys, you made our evening.

Indian lunch buffet. 249 net. 11.30-14.30 every Friday. Lovely and good food. Cheap eat with good quality. Bts Ploenchit station exit4 recommended for Indian food lover!

A beer garden that opens all year round. Good location. Promotion beer price during happy hours is good.

There's happy hour until 7 p.m. (buy 1 get 1 free). Good atmosphere, live music, nice place to sit after work, but free smoking. Anyone allergic to the smell of cigarettes, please be careful.

Awful. They have an outside bar that was unstaffed the whole time I was there. Had to wander through the kitchen to find someone to pay as I thought there was no chance of a second drink. They then have the audacity to try and charge service charge. Seemed more worried about putting up decorations for the World Cup (which started several days ago) than serving customers. By far the worst place I’ve been to in Thailand. Side note the first guy who served me was lovely despite the bar not being his job.

Service is super slow. Cocktails are mediocre. Staff are untrained and biased towards white guests and it's too obvious.

After trying the Indian food buffet, I recommend it as good value at 299 THB per person. The Indian food buffet is available on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, from 11:30-14:30, with each day rotating different main dishes; Thursdays mains are lamb curry, chicken curry, butter (tofu) curry, and dhal. They also serve up yummy naan, being freshly prepared on site. Sides include mint sauce, mango chutney, mixed raita, and pickled veggies (too salty for my taste. They also have basmati rice and a salad bar. Ice water and masala tea are available. And there's fruits and Thai desserts to top things off. Service is good, location is right next to Ploenchit BTS Station, and seating is quite comfortable. I think I'll be back to try out their Friday and Saturday offerings.

Nice vibes. There're both indoor and outdoor area. But live music stage is at outdoor section. Cocktail costs 320THB per glass.

Awesome last night with great live music in Bangkok for our Chinese New Year celebration with my family ... service was brighten up with Su our waitress in waiting and Augmented by great food .. try the spicy salmon Thai salad ..

Agree with other reviewers on the whole. it’s location is both its strength and weakness being loud and on the main road but also easily within stumbling distance of the bts.

This awesome outdoor patio restaurant has great live music Tues-Sat! The band really connects with the audience. The service is decent and food decent as well. Drinks are reasonable priced. Many people usually smoke on the patio so that is one downside if you do not smoke. I will continue to back as the live music is that good!

I cannot recommend this restaurant. I ordered a pizza that had salami on it, but the waitress told me there was no salami. I replied that it was ok and that she could bring me the pizza without salami. When my pizza arrived I discovered that instead of salami, which wasn't available, there was salmon on the pizza. That's not possible because I'm allergic to fish! When I pointed this out to the waitress, she told us that the chef had decided that. The chef could have asked if the salmon was OK and not acted on his own initiative, that's not possible at all! For this reason I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
