One of the highlights of my trip! Cozy atmosphere with modern interiors. We started off cocktails: old fashioned and whiskey sour which were both balanced and didn't have too much of a punch. They also provided complimentary entree of spicy seaweed with sauce that tasted like a nutty version of kechap manis which I really enjoyed. On to the main course, we got lamb chop green curry and river prawns. The lamb chops were thinly sliced which made it easier to devour and the green curry sauce was 100/10 outstanding. River prawns were fresh and my companion enjoyed it a lot! Desserts were probably my least favorite. We ordered the coconut ice cream with crisps and Mille fieulle. They also gave us some complimentary orange jelly. The ice cream wasn't creamy and tasted more like a sorbet and crisps were burnt. Mille fieulle was too thick and flaky. Overall though, I wouldn't mind coming back to comb through their menu. Keep in mind, this place is expensive as we spent 4000THB+++

Loads of curing, fermenting and such... The Thai influences are more subtle, or less obvious in a way. The homemade soy butter or lemongrass flavored chicken are examples of what you might get as far as Thai flavors are concerned. A nice experience, would be interesting to see how it evolves and develops.

Service is not at the level expected for such a restaurant. Food was OK, mostly bland and completely missed any wow factor. Desserts were a let down. Portions are very small. While we love the Waldorf hotel we can´t say the front room was a good experience and at this price point its just not OK. There are other better options in Bangkok

We enjoyed our lunch here. Got free starter dish, Fried Chinese Chive Chip. And finish the lunch with another free dessert dish, forgot the name but it made from nut and coconut milk. Our main dishes were so-so. But the service was beyond expectation. Would recommend if financial isn't your problem. PS. Please note that, mineral water and sparking water are 260 THB. Better order something else.

10 courses was a hit and miss. As elaborate and beautiful as they are, many dishes lack the punch to deliver the impressive blow. Chicken black rice for example has too much rice proportion. So when small piece of chicken is finished, there are a lot of bland rice left to eat. Beetroot 3 ways are not bad. Dessert was very good. Candy box is a little to much towards the end. Squid dish is undercook as the soup temp cools off soon and it became chewy noodle. A little disappointing overall as we expected more from this chef. Last set menu in Sept was better.

Excellent services. Not recommend to come alone as there is only 1 menu, noodle with beef. Taste and decorations are splendid. Only they put folk and spoon on the table directly.
