Great services!!!! Staffs are total friendly. Space is ok, price is ok. The hotel is in the mid of pratunam market, very close to everything. Although it is in a small road, kinda hard to get a taxi pick you up right in the hotel. You need to walk a lil. Citin support quite complete of all your needs such as hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel, bar soap, water heater, hot water pot, towels, tv but no toothbrush or toothpaste. They even have weight scaler to scale your belongings before heading to the airport.

The room is good not bad , clean , bed is soft enough not hard . Location only foot access because very busy areas of people but easy to get food, market, restaurant ,near 7-11 also. Near fashion market . Staff is welcome service and helpful.

Repeated stay.. Room overall was good and reception and concierge are very friendly and helpful.. location was good.. just one incomplete that our room aircond is superbly bad… feedback to the reception but nothing much changed.. nevertheless still very comfortable stay..

No food service in hotel. They did not give tea or coffee with hot kettle. The room floor smells of Smoke. It not much of a family hotel but more for singles and Indian business mens.

Convenient as located at the centre for shopping. Lots of food choice for Halal Muslim. Very good rate for 3 stars hotel. Highly recommended.

From Suvarnabhumi Airport, you can take the Airport Rail Link train (40 baht/ticket) to Ratchaprarop station, then walk for 10 minutes to reach the hotel. If you only have carry-on luggage, there is no need to call a cab. The hotel is located in a busy and noisy alley with numerous restaurants and street food vendors nearby. While the exterior of the hotel appears slightly old, the interior looks pleasant. The room is clean and tidy, although slippers and a hair comb are not provided. Housekeeping service is available in the morning. The staff at the hotel are nice, polite, and friendly. There is no deposit required, only the submission of passports for scanning, which are promptly returned by the staff.

The air conditioner could not work well which made the room became super hot. We were sweating all night long. Have made a complaint, the technician said that the air cond was an old item and he couldn't do anything which made us quite frustated. The coolest temperature of the room could only get to 23-24 deg C. The hotel need to change all the AC into the newer item since AC is the most urgent thing for hotel guest in Bangkok. If you come here we suggest you to request the room that was not located in the main building.

Have stayed here many times. Great location. Markets nearby. Street shopping and food carts. Love the buzz.

A quite Convenient location, lots of food and drinks at the surrounding. Near to MRT station Phaya Thai. Walkability to Platinum Mall, central world, Pratunam Market, BigC and etc. Hotel and rooms facilities so-so but with that price is reasonable.

Now Citin pratunam aircon is fixed degree..cannot let u turn high or low degrees already that why sometimes is very hot and the staff here is unfriendly and that times my fren arrives the hotel the next few days after us then he don’t have any internet as not yet activate yet for his data and would like to borrow wifi from the staff to contact us while waiting for check-in but the staff told him that he still not yet one of their guest yet so not allowed to request anything from them but even so at least call our hotel room to inform us but he still have to switch on his overseas roaming just to go through his Singapore fren to reached us

Omg please please DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU LOVE YOURSELF. It was a trash can. Ac wasnt working. Staff wasn’t cooperative they said thats how it works. You cant adjust the ac temperature in the room it was sooooooo hot i spent two nights and gave penalty for the rest. The nights i spent there were no less than sitting in an oven. Oh and there was A BROWN STAIN ON MY TOWEL WHICH LOOKED LIKE POOP. I COMPLAINED AND THE STAFF WAS LITERALLY UNBOTHERED. The location is literally in a bin. The furniture, bed,carpet everything is smelly and worn off. The mattress was so hard i felt like im sleeping on rock hard floor, even though I couldn’t sleep because of the heat in the room. It was even windier outside the room. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The keycard was literally taped, worked sometimes, most of the times it didnt. The staff is least bothered. RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN

Very good location near to pantip plaza and also palladium shopping mall. One problem I had was with the aircon setting at night but rest is OK 24hrs reception service and secure rooms

The location for the hotel itself is really good. It is near the BTS station and pratunam shopping mall and central world in just a walking distance. The room is considered quite clean, but it can be improved a bit.

Very worst service, staffs are very rude. They have two annex for this hotel, but they are providing only one card, without card u cannot access even the lift. To open lift we have to go to reception in other building which was 500 meter away. The only advantage is location, very close to Pratunam market.

An Enjoyable Return Visit! I had the delight of returning to Citin recently, and once more, my stay surpassed all expectations. It's rare to find a hotel that consistently provides such exceptional service, but Citin effortlessly achieves this. The staff's behavior was excellent—skilled and incredibly helpful! Moreover, their proficiency in English and clear communication added to the positive experience. Without a doubt, if I decide to return, I will choose to stay at Citin again!

The location is good 👍. However my room had no hot shower but was fix after we told the front desk. The only cons was the road leading hotel was narrow so grab car couldn't come in

Ball boys are not good, looking for opportunities for money. Hotel decent, some rooms shower knob is not working. Service average. Dont visit this place during Songkran, you wont be able to walk as most water party happens here in Bangkok. Orherwise rooms are clean and tidy.

If you are looking for affordable rooms this could be right place. Toilets are clean and service is good. Customer friendly staff. Recommend

the worst hotel 1 could ever go . the staff at the reception is horrible. we had an early check out at 5 am and we had informed the front desk a day prior. yet the receptionist kept us waiting for 30 mins inspite of all the bills being cleared.

very friendly service, clean rooms and cheap prices. very supportive for the personal shoppers (jastip) because employees can help you to entrust the goods so that they are forwarded to the cargo and provided goods scales in the hotel lobby.

Except being in market area, nothing else is good about the hotel..they dont provide breakfast..rooms are dirty , broken wardrobes, patchy n dirty bedsheets, electric water kettels doesnt work.. all in all not for family hotel

One of the worst hotels in pratunam for me. No balcony, no chairs or tables outside the hotel to sit, have a cup of coffee or a smoke. Although there are chairs inside. Moreover, the last guy who was at the reception refused to give us 2 key cards per room. The lady who was at the counter in our previous trip provided us with that. I don't recommend this place if you're young and a smoker.
