If you don't have any expectations, this is a good place for you. But if you expect staff to be polite and friendly, you'd better avoid it. Maybe it's just me, but when the receptionist sleeps together with the clients in the same room and lets herself shout at people and threaten them to check out in the middle of the night, it's not normal and acceptable. Also, the AC temperature is fixed and it's really freezing in a dorm room, so you have to sleep fully dressed and cover yourself with at least two blankets. In the end I caught a cold there and had to change the hostel. And, by the way, NO REFUNDS in any cases. ANY other one is better.

Bad experience...!! I booked for one night but at the check in time no one available on the reception and when I was text on the given number , reply was so rude..!! I mean totally unexpected..the person who replying me that was so rude. And also he/she was checking his webcam but still answer was you sit and chill out or you can cancel your booking when I was asked that what time you/ your staff will come than they said no idea....you just wait or can cancel your booking. I drink water from my bottle and he/she send me the massage why you drinking water from the bottle its not your bottle, it's not a good thing.without know the fact he/she blamed me...I don't understand the person...cheap thinking.

The girl in charge was the rudest I've ever met in my trip in Thailand. She particularly did nothing to me but every single way she responded to us was rude. I was shocked to see that much of good comments about her, in fact the reason I booked this property also because of the good comments about her. Finally figured out some reason, if you have a black skin or brown better not book this place. If you are white and not from Asia best to book here

Wewa the staff member makes this place however she's left to do everything. The place itself is a pretty average budget hostel. Location is good in a quiet area. Beds clean and comfortable, own light and power socket. Communal area tends to be a but of a mess. While I was there the showers had problems, waterlogged at times. Staff gets 5/5 hostel just 3/5.

It's very very cheap, try to go there yourself and pay cash. The breakfast is simple but good. And it's there all day. Staff works hard, but they are a little bit understaffed. It's a really cozy place with fantastic people that will help you if they can

Despite Wiwa kindness, I have to admit this hostel is one of the dirtiest I have seen in 4 months in Asia. Especially common space and bathrooms. There was a rat walking from outside , going to the 1st floor... Nethertheless the dorm is clean.

They took this place from as by force Without knowledge how to run and how to work in hospitality business to funny isthey talk about karma even they don't no they meaning . I wish them good luck after covid maybe they understand how to respect a guest who help you to make your life

It's not perfect in terms of hostel standards but we loved it and it made our stay in Bangkok so much more enjoyable than a stay in Khao San road! The receptionist is cool and the breakfast time is 24/7 what else is there to say 🤷🏻‍♂️

Very nice little hostel, came for the cat, will return for the cat :)

Good silent place if you need to take a break from khaosan hustle.
