Great place for kids to learn about science, animals, climates & the earth. 200 baht per ticket for adults, free for kids. This place is huge, your family can easily spend the day here. There is a show about big bang & the history of the earth, it's really amazing. There are different sections for various kinds of creatures including dinosaurs & human evolution, different displays for climate zones too. They also offer a lot of activities for kids. This place is quite far from Bangkok (about 50km frm the city centre). We took grab car and asked the driver to wait for us for additional charges.

When I visited this place was still not open for the public, got the chance because of a conference hold at Kasetsart University, the organizer arranged the trip to the museum. The way they represent different ecosystems was awesome. Representation with a mixture of replica and actual organism amazed me. Number of specimen collection is unbelievable for such a new museum. The ant, butterflies and beetle collections and the antler collection is a must recommended visit. The museum authority gave us paper folding puzzle of different animal figures that was the most cutest thing I have received as a gift.
