To
kick
off
my
entry
into
retirement,
I
was
seeking
something
more
than
personal
training.
Covid
was
difficult
and
left
a
negative
impact
on
my
mind,
body,
and
soul.
I
was
ready
to
launch
into
a
comprehensive
recovery
(mindset,
mobility,
balance
and
strength).
I
feel
fortunate
that
I
found
what
I
was
seeking
at
Aspire.
Launch?
The
experience
feels
more
like
Liftoff!
I'd
describe
my
experience
in
two
phases.
First,
a
personal
coaching
program
with
Dan.
Second,
a
custom
physiology
program
with
Sandy.
Let
me
lay
some
groundwork
here.
Both
are
passionate,
science-based,
and
results
driven.
Both
enlist
technology
and
strategy
as
catalysts
for
personal
growth
and
development
within
their
respective
programs.
Dan::
While
I
consider
myself
a
personal
growth
geek
(e.g.
Jay
Shetty,
Tony
Robbins,
James
Clear,
Tim
Ferris,
and
more).
Dan's
coaching
is
NEXT
level.
He
is
your
wingman,
guiding,
integrating,
and
employing
a
curated
prescription
drawn
from
the
best
of
the
best.
Also,
he
pulls
from
his
own,
unique
toolbox
of
methods
and
tools
he's
developed
over
decades.
If
you
feel
ready,
Buckle
Up.
When
I
entered
the
program
I
was
modestly
seeking
results.
Dan?
Transformation.
Sandy::
I
am
motivated
by
progress.
When
Sandy
rolled
out
her
measurement
tools
and
testing
gadgets,
I
felt
confident
that
I
made
a
great
decision.
Like
Dan,
she
is
also
passionate
about
getting
results
through
science.
Whether
she
is
mapping
mobility,
testing
capacity,
or
identifying
empty
pockets
in
my
performance,
she's
always
translating
her
observations
into
formulas
for
fitness.
She
is
a
guide
by
your
side.
Shepherding
me
along
a
journey
of
progression,
Sandy
is
teaching
me
how
to
build
from
a
base
of
mobility
and
strength
training
to
dead
lifts
and
polymetics.
Like
myself,
I
am
sure
you
will
find
their
love
of
their
craft
contagious.
Work
with
them
and
you'll
see
they
talk
the
talk
and
walk
the
walk.
I
am
camped
here
for
the
weeks
that
follow
to
fulfill
my
purpose
in
retirement
to
not
only
increase
my
lifespan,
but
my
healthspan
as
well.
