As a traveller in Bangkok I decided to come in for a casual visit: prices (Aug 2023) were 850 Baht for 1x visit or you can buy a 10x pass for 3500 Baht. For this price you get entry, towels, locker, workout top and shorts. Only thing you need is your shoes and socks. Very expensive price but you get a fully air conditioned gym, wide range of equipment & free weights. Beautiful views of Bangkok while you do your warm up. Classes are available- mostly from the Les Mills range - you can check online or at reception what’s on and the attendant will help you book (no extra cost). Free water, tea, coffee is available in the lounge area after your workout. After your workout if you feel hungry there is the food court downstairs on ground level of the siam paragon mall. This gym is located on the 4th floor of the mall.

Has not been maintained properly. Several leaks in the ceiling over the equipment. Some staff are good, but many are rude and not interested in normal members. Weights and benches are lazily left but some trainers around the gym floor. For such an expensive gym you would expect a better quality of service and gym condition. Really disappointing. Used to be good but has really gone downhill. Update: leaks are still not fixed and have started leaking again

This gym is spread over two floors, but the stairs are oddly placed where everyone can see you climb up or down. It's located in Siam Paragon, giving you a great view of the nearby temple and the bustling Siam Square. The atmosphere inside is often vibrant, filled with enthusiastic members dedicated to their fitness routines.

Not recommended at all : 1- their one day access charge is very expensive 2- they dont sell water or give you complementary water bottles, you should bring your own water with you 3- if you are doing lower body day, they have only basic machines.

My most visited branch. Relatively larger comparing with other branches to handle more people it's located at the city center. Men's bathroom has sauna but no steam. Since it's platinum so towel and sport outfit are provided. Great city view while running.

Be aware of their membership cancellation. I was rejected from entering the club because I was not vaccinated- which is fair and I accepted. I told them to cancel my membership and I'll be back when I am vaccinated. Had calls with 2 FF employees and emailed them for cancelling my membership as my contract ended well over a year ago. They still continue to charge me even though they won't let me enter the premise. Unethical and rude.

Fitness First Platinum City Center Branch Located in Siam Paragon Department Store, 4th floor, next to Pathumwanaram Temple. There are two floors. The men's bathroom is on the ground floor. The women's bathroom is on the upper floor. There are some things to note about the locker cabinet. The men's bathroom will be a diagonal type, making it smaller than usual. But the women's bathroom will be standard. The men's bathroom locker is a diagonal type. You'll get used to it after adjusting to organizing the contents of the locker for a while.

Great fitness with variety of classes. All equipments are nicely maintained and clean. They have shower with free soap+shampoo. You pay around 3000 baht a month for the facility. They also provide you clean towels and sport clothes so it's very convenient to stop by. Just carrying your shoes then you're good to go or you can reserve a private locker for ~500 baht a month to keep your sneakers. All staffs are very polite. They may try to sell you the trainer option that adds up quite a lot but it's a good experience also with the trainer (cost ~1250 baht/hour).

The "best" gym/fitness facility I have visited around the world in my life, when it comes to location, equipment, atmosphere, group class quality, panoramic views, staff service, and overall feel. Even better than SATS headquarters in Stockholm, Fitness First at Petronas in Kuala Lumpur, and Virgin gym in Cape Town. Pretty impressive! Towels and fresh water is included, even for one-day visitors. Very few foreigners here, at least 95% Thai, and I am being treated extremely well, as always. A true joy and delight to train here around lunch time, when there is lots of free space to move around.

Deceptive sign-up practices. The sales people lie about you being able to cancel your membership without penalty. Do not sign a contract with this company, plenty of other gyms around.

Many machines are damaged. It hasn't been fixed for a long time. Resulting in members being unable to use their full potential. Request for improvement!

Really bad experience , all I wanted to do is just a quick tour of the club and was denied, even though I explained I am not from there and forgot my members card. I don’t even like the attitude of front desk

Discriminate against medical privacy. Expect people to disclose extremely confidential information. No other Gym or anywhere in thailand is like this. Do not go here if you like your privacy and freedom.

A magnificent room in terms of equipment, comfort and services. One regret: Les Mills' choreographies are not respected by Fitness First and each trainer does it as they wish.

They don’t want to let people trial the gym even though they claim to offer a free trial online. I traveled 20 minutes to try out this gym as my home gym while I’m living in Bangkok and they told me that I can’t without a Thai number (I have lived abroad for a year and used an international phone plan nearly that entire time with no issues). I’ll be signing up somewhere else.

Again no hot water, and for 9 days this time ! : "Siam Paragon Club needs to temporarily cease hot water from now till 16 Jan 23 to fix the water heater." Bad service! 9 days without hot water should imply a rebate on monthly payment!

Everything is perfect but they need to recheck all the gym clothes sizes. Took a L shirt receive a L but shirt look like a S. Ask for a change again L but the size fits a S body. 7 days n it keep happen again n again.

Convenient location but if you are driving, avoid this place as the traffic is bad. It is located at Siam interchange Station. The gym has 2 levels and is big. My favorite outlet

  • 5/5 James G. 2 years ago on Google
Excellent gym - plenty of equipment and dumbbells up to 50kg. It's big enough to not be claustrophobic, and there are two of every machine. Staff are friendly and helpful too!

😠 The gym was quite new. The monthly membership price is cheap compared to other gyms. However, the people and services are cheap too. My phone was stolen. The suspect was one of the employees because my phone didn't move even a metre from 7 - 10.30 PM. It moved again at 10.15 PM after the gym closed....

🫤 1day pass too expensive for Thailand. Before my visit they told me 800baht, on my visit I paid 856baht in cash and on 2nd day 876baht. If I compare it to Melbourne’s Fitness First Platinum Club on Flinders where I paid week ago mostly 32$ and twice 22$ for one time entries than it’s a joke, Thailand...
