    This is a complete rip-off. Overcharges by 300 to 400% for being a foreigner.     I had a PSA test at Phyathai 3 Hospital yesterday. After nine years cancer free, it showed I now faced a serious problem going forward. I phoned them to ask if they would recheck the result, perhaps a clerical error had occurred. They said they would do that and rang me to back to assure me the result was accurate. Feeling devastated, I went to BNH Hospital today to have a retest, just to confirm the result from Phayathai. Would you believe the result came back completely clear!!! I could have cried with relief! So how can I tell Phayathai that there PSA testing is flawed, that the equipment was probably contaminated? It's crucial that they know, for the sake of future patients. Can someone at Phayathai call me please?

    Spent a lot of money at this hospital over the years. The negative experiences far outweigh the good ones. I would strongly advise people to just stay away. I personally will be taking my family and myself elsewhere in the future.

    Literally the worst hospital i have been to. Definitely wouldnt recommend it. Way too expensive. The doctor's fees itself is 4000 baht. Something that could be done for 2000 baht was done for 9000 baht in this hospital. Absolute ripoff.

    I took my son in for a stomach flu, just one night with IV, and stool test, bill came to 30k baht, this is even without hospital meals. We were all shocked, something is wrong, this place is a rip off nowadays. Before prices were reasonable. Avoid this place

    Not recommend for Foreigners. Believe me, you will face very bad customer services and public relation. Receptionists are very rude to Foreigners. They will tell you to wait the whole day from 8 Am to 5 Pm for the final results and documents whilst Bangkok Hospital can finish within 4 hrs. I will never come back again.

    Actually safer to use Google, than going to this hospital, if youre not sure whats wrong..! Visited this hospital with my pregnant girlfriend last night, as she had a fever and so on, thought she might have a flu which has been viral, just to pay 3000 Baht to be told she didnt have it.. As the fever got higher tonight we went to another hospital today, where they actually bloodtested her (amazing, right?? Some hospitals actually test their patients to figure out whats wrong..!) and got confirmed she got the same exact virus (Flu B) that we were told she didnt have last night.. This might have cost us our baby and in the worst case scenario also my girlfriend's life, I would advice others to look for another hospital..!

    Very worst experience. I don't recommend patient who has limit budget. If you are foreigner price is very high like 4 times expensive than another hospital. I had quarantine + dialysis here, First i got quotation and i am very happy with the given price But when i arrived at hospital they issued me 70000 baht bills with in 3 days and medical supplies was heart killing price. They charged me 20000 baht between for 3 days. Face shield price per pc 850 bath, mask N95 per pc 500 bath, Glove latex 6000 baht, etc. Another big confusion between their management. Doctor never inform you what she/he will going to do and never inform you about treatment cost also. They only issue bills for patient. If this type of experience i had in my country. I really case this type of fraud hospital. Please Thai goverment consider about this type of case. Otherwise all foreigner only bring bad experience from Thailand. "Make your your country land of smile not land of fraud health center"

    Worst experience. I got an accident from my motorcycle and hurt badly on my shoulder, my friend take me to the emergency the staff over there is horrible cannot speak any single word of English and after 10 min they call some nurse to translate, after that they start registration and don’t care that I am in lot of pain. At last after 20 min they put me on bed and then again everyone is gone, only me and my friend in room for next 10 min then my friend get angry on staff outside then they came inside and start treatment. Much better go to some government hospital better service cheap price.

    I have Degenerative Lumbar discs at L3/4 and L5/S1 with symptomatic facet arthropathy. I underwent the cell therapy program under guidance with Dr. Joyce and the helpful team with supportive therapies. So far it's 16 months and I have 80% reduced symptoms. As a 32yr old active male I also support this with stretching, exercise and stability training almost every morning. I am entirely grateful at being able to put off and hopefully avoid any kind of spine surgery. I highly recommend the SC21 team for non-invasive treatment for joint conditions. Thank you!!

    Had a terrible experience regard to wearing brace in dental. Lots of questionable decisions and took unnecessary long time. This is only my opinion, but I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Just find some reliable clinic.

    Absolute great hospital, amazing experience, nice/comfy and like a hotel. All sort of outlets (Starbucks, au bon pain, SP, Oishi Ramen, 7/11). Very nice service and great care taking. Recommended and in this region, compared to the other hospitals.

    Bad experience for information from call center (I think it is from their policy). They said they can’t tell any price or estimate treatment cost for the covid-19. If you would like to know the cost, only way to know you need to come to hospital and paid the money for doctor’s comment first after that you will know the price.

    I had a very good experience here. The admissions staff were friendly, kind and helpful. When I was trying to change specialty departments, a staff member (and translator), came to assist me and stayed with me throughout the process. My wait time in the women's health center was very fast. The doctor spoke excellent English and was very kind, understanding and thorough. He answered all of my questions and gave me a very good overview of my results and next steps. I am very satisfied. Prices seemed reasonable, too (especially for the speed and quality I was provided).

    Endoscopy/colonoscopy. Was quoted a base rate of 35,000 for both procedures. The surgeon and anesthetist were both excellent. I warned the anesthetist about problems I'd had in the past - waking up during surgery (NOT FUN at all). She advised that she could keep me way down but risks increase and the need to intervene if apnea sets in and that there would be some extra equipment costs. Guess what? There were. But between extra lab fees for 5 additional biopsies (over the 2 I had as part of the package) and the intervention, my bill was about 250USD higher than the base package...just about what I mentally budgetted. My experience was good and other things I've had treated were well handled but I am fluent in Thai so have no experience of their English language capabilities - which seems to be a root cause of some complaints I've read. I can neither agree nor disagree with those comments as it's just not part of what I've gone through there (or anywhere in Thailand for that matter)

    I went here for a thorough medical checkup. I got a lot more than i expected. They didn't just look at blood values, but also at my lifestyle and how it related to the values, i got a lot of good advice. They have some good IV infusion packages as well. Perfect english speaking staff, nice and clean and very competent doctors. Will use again.

    Good hospital! Gave me a proper care for gastritis. Nurses and doctors are good at English, new modern equipment for diagnostics. New furniture, comfortable stay in the bed. On upper floor there is a food court with really nice prices, fresh juices and some food fits for stomach ache (such as rice soup). I’m very happy to be there. Prices for treatment are a bit hight, but if you have insurance it would be fair for such service.

    Everyone was great including doctors, nurses, and cleaning staff. I spent 2 nights on the 18th floor after arthroscopic surgery on my knee. Only problem was with the accounting department, they took more than 1 hour to prepare my bill and only did so when I threatened to leave. A great experience ruined by the ending.

    I came here from Koh Samui to get Lasik surgery. I am a foreigner and I was alone. Every person in the Lasik department were excellent. They really did take great care of me every step of the way. Amazing and caring professionals. The Lasik procedure went perfectly and I could not be more happy. Amazing experience.
