My wife and I took a class (us plus one other guy) for THB 500 per person. We had no experience and the other guy had previously fought professionally. Thanomsak was a great trainer and effortlessly transitioned between all of us. It was a great workout and awesome way to experience the Muay Thai culture. Can’t recommend this gym enough!

Amazing Muay Thai boxing class! Thanomsak is a very skilled trainer, but also a nice guy! I did the group class (500 baht for 1.5h), but since I was the only one it was basically a private class. Learned a lot, but also got a really good sweat on, which was exactly what I was looking for. This is the place. Ps. New hours for (walk in) group classes: - 3:00-4:30 pm - 4:30-6:00 pm

Thanomsak is the best trainer in Bangkok! Many Muay Thai gyms in Bangkok are just focusing on the money. At this gym you will actually learn Muay Thai and get awesome exercise. Thanomska is patient and diligent, he will teach techniques and work with you until you get it right. You learn from day one the real Muay Thai. The atmosphere at the gym is also great! Super chilled and the people that go there are super nice. I could not recommend more.

Amazing gym with a passionate trainer. He has incredible knowledge, patience and a great personality. This gym is great for people of all levels as the trainer goes through stretching, technique and then a hard pad session. Really enjoyed the session and wish I had more time in Bangkok as I would have had many more sessions here.

Stumbled across this gym on a walk through the back streets close to where we were staying the coach is incredibly knowledgeable if you're in the neighbourhood honestly do a private with this man it's worth it!
