Serious complaint on Fitness First AIA capital Center branch. I was traveling to Singapore from April 6 to April 22. According to the contract, FF should freeze my account for this travel. Instead of doing that, FF intentionally let my account expire on April 18th. When I contact them on April 19th after acknowledgment, FF unbelievably negotiate with me to renew the account without mentioned a word about the days I lost in my membership during my travel. After several rounds of discussing, FF final offer is I need to renew my account first then compensate my lost days. Meanwhile, they also threatened me that I don't renew, I also lose the 10 training courses I paid already for my coach in FF. I'm so angry about this case that FF AIA branch put money before membership rights while they intentionally didn't protect my right at all. So disappointed. And I don't have anywhere to complain so I find here. Hope I can correct this issue inside the company, otherwise one day, you will fall.

overpriced, overstaffed, men toilets stinks, member's wifi internet is terrible, unstable and slow. For something that is called PLATINUM, you expect the TOP SERVICE. Like Dyson hair dryers, top internet speed, best of breed and latest technology machines, and a cafeteria that can stand the name. MONEY WASTED, just convenient for the location.

Fitness First locates on 3rd floor but cannot connect to parking lots at same floor. Have to take escalator to the gym. Close at midnight but 9pm on Sat and Sun. Smaller than Q House, maybe same size as Siam Paragon. More busy on evening of working day.

We were asked to pay deposit 200 THB per pax to get a locker ! Unheard of . We entered using Malayaia platinum international passport and Malaysia membership card. . Told her that non of the FF in thailand ever ask for money deposit. She still insist she is right . Worst service ever . Resend these group to induction class . Don’t waste international members time

One of the nicest FF gym. Staffs are helpful. Classes are fun (try z motion) equipments are almost complete. Perfect for solo workout too. Clean, fresh towels. People who goes here are not egoistic compare to other fitness first gym, the energy are more positive and havent seen an instagram group here. They all really do their workout, attends class with respect and sweat. It only has steam room and no sauna.

Many good looking men swinging for the other lane work out here. It gets really crowded during rush hours so best to sneak in during off peak hours.

Nice upscale gym. Diverse equipment, boxing area, clean. Showers and uniform. A bit expensive for here, and there's a 5 month minimum commitment, so not great for travelers.

High class gym with all services expected. I used to be member years ago, still the same service and quality more than 10 years after.

This gym is pretty convenient with 3 hours of validated parking. In the seating area, there are a couple of power outlets and a few Mac stations, great for some work or browsing. The staff are friendly and always ready to help. Plus, it's on the 3rd floor of an office building, offering a nice view during your workout.

it's tiny and not many classes except gym and crossfit. idk why people go here. They provide clothes for the gym but i don't think that it can explain the price. No way. i don't remember fully and numbers on my picture are strange. So, we express gym costed me 7200thb per 3months and FF was more expensive and no option for 3months. but good part is that you can use other gyms from this chain too.

Love this location. Clean, new, and convenient to MRT. Can be busy when office people finish work, but other times quite quiet. Good food options in the building too.

Cancelled my membership 9 months ago, still being charged. Submitted the contact form 6-7 times to ask why and it either times out or nobody replies. Call center said I never called and cancelled, wont even give advice on how to cancel. A bit scammy.

Large locker rooms. Good amount of cardio and weight lifting machines. Stretch machines. Not enough core/sandbag equipment. Boxing area is lacking.

Good location. Trainers are very helpful. But the space is tiny and the quality of overall facility is only average. And it's always crowded. Ps. do not forget your workout socks, 'cause they aren't provided here, which is quite surprising given that it's the 'Platinum' one. (and they won't sell you one 'cause this branch is registered as service provider - not retailer, according to staff here.)
