item stolen in room, manager is irresponsible and didnt take any action to solve the issue . avoid this place

We stayed 6 days 5 nights in this hotel. The room is clean, spacious and looks new as well. Location wise is good too, lots of amenities nearby. The staff service is "Excellent". There's a counter staff (Michelle) who is friendly and very helpful. We were impressed with the help rendered by her as she went extra miles in helping us to source and shortlist the best private chartered driver during last minute. A 3 Stars hotel with superb service quality. Hope they continue to maintain their service quality and expand to become a 5 stars hotel in the near future. Cheers!

Room's pretty decent, comes with 2 single bed, no balcony, and a bathroom with bathtub. Downside: -Bathroom could use some improvement, like having a curtain over the bathtub so that water doesn't leak out while shower. -Shower head was a little too powerful at max settings, it literally spray all over the wall -Wonky tap at the basin. -Aircon was leaking water and wet the bed as well. -Remember to draw your room curtain, you can see right through your neighbors otherwise What's Good: - Pretty good customer service - Quiet room -Good location - Check-in is smooth and fast, all staff are pretty friendly and patience - Although bed was wet they let us change to next door pretty quickly - Lobby lounge is pretty cozy at night, they hire someone to perform some music, but kinda sad cause its empty and no one was there. Praise the effort though.

Nice place except for the location The location is a little far in from the pratunam market / platinum mall Hotel design is pretty aesthetically pleasing Complimentary bottled water is only given when asked. Slippers and hair dryer too Hotel massage is also quite good where they hit the right points after you end your long day shopping.

Our room was VERY smelly. We had to change it. Breakfast is not good in my opinion. There is no buffet. Staff are polite and attentive. Not a 4-star hotel

Was greeted by Richard with friendliness and smiles when i got there. Place looks aesthetically good and well maintained despite it being in a corner of the streets. Staffs are all very friendly and helpful. 7-11 is just across the street. They do have in-house massage as well. Will be back!

We arrived at the hotel in Bangkok during the late afternoon on June 15th. Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed by a lady, who appeared to be the manager, at the lobby. She proved to be incredibly helpful during our four-night stay, and we were impressed by her fluency in both Chinese and English, in addition to her proficiency in Thai. We truly appreciated her exceptional assistance and wished to express our gratitude to her on our departure day. Unfortunately, she wasn’t available when we checked out, which was regrettable.

From the arrival the staff were helpful and friendly. As for us they definitely were very child friendly, we traveled with our child. For the price range would definitely recommend this place, if not looking for nothing too fancy, but more cozy and relaxed.

The staff are very rude and have a don't care attitude towards the guests. After check-in, I observed that the room's safe locker was locked, but within 1 hr the staff came and opened it. The room doesn't have any storage/cupboard/draws/shellves You have to climb a single step of 2 feet to get into the tub and when you shower, it splashes and floods all over the bathroom. If you are not careful, you will slip and hurt yourself. You need to wipe the floor yourself for your safety. I had problem with the tub plug and called up the reception at 7am, the reception said dial 9, no response. Then went up to them, no English response. Tried to explain harder and got to know that the housekeeping staff only come at 9am and I wasted 2 hrs in the morning waiting for the housekeeping staff. Very very poor management. When I asked to get me the contact of the manager, I was told that the Manager comes only after 10 am, not sure at what time. Upon insisting, I was told that since I booked the hotel through Agoda, I have to contact Agoda for any complaints and the hotel is not responsible for anything. There were marks of vomit/semen on the side of the bed which the staff didn't care to clean up during our stay of 2 nights. Pathetic management, rude, irresponsible behaviour. Avoid at all costs, despite its rating.

18 min walk to Platinum Fashion Mall. Can try walking. We never spent a cent on taxi Surrounding of hotel a lot of Indian Restaurants. Hotel buffet is quite limited but enough to fill your stomach. Never get to try the jn house massage. Overall. It’s a 3.5/5 experience. Hotel is still quite clean. ❤️

Fun place to stay. The location is strategic and close to shopping centers such as Platinum, Pratunam Market, Big C, Tofu Skincare, December. There is also lots of food around at night and lots of nearby places. If you like Indian food, then staying here is the right choice because there are lots of Indian restaurants around. However, there are also several Chinese and Thai restaurants. The room is clean and tidy. They have provided toiletries, hairdryer, drinking water and Wifi. TV is also available. If you stay with more than 2 people, it is better to choose a family size room because you can also get a Jacuzzi bath. This is really useful, especially after traveling around all day, you can relax in the jacuzzi. The service was also good and fast, several times we asked for extra blankets etc. they responded very quickly, all complaints were also handled quickly. Here at night, sometimes there are people singing in the cafe hehe

Very clean place, really friendly, helpful service from Mrs. Lily and the staff. Located in the Indian area, there are many options for Indian restaurants, apart of the street food stalls. The only small problem is that most of the staff don't speak good English, so that makes things a bit difficult.

I stayed in Loft Bangkok Hotel for 10 days for my first time visit here in Thailand. The receptionist is very nice, Michelle helped us a lot during our stay and even bring our food delivery directly to our door even when we didn’t ask her to. Our door was broken during the last days of our stays but the staffs were super helpful and fixed it right away. We even got ourself a traditional thai massage there and would recommend trying the reflexology one! The room is super comfortable as well, we stayed in the twin bedroom type and no issue so far. Will definitely be returning again when we visit Bangkok!

Really good stay! Staff were super nice and service was great. Room service food was cheap and good. Room was spacious and clean. One improvement would be the position of the shower head, which cannot be adjusted and so the water sprays onto the area where you’re supposed to hang your towels. The location of the hotel also makes it a little difficult to walk out/get to a train station so Grab was our only option.

Generally the place was aesthetically pleasing and clean because it was new. The room was pretty spacious but safety box failed us the moment we arrived. Kudos to the associate Michelle to resolve this immediately. She was really friendly and amicable. However, toilet was super poorly design - dangerous because bathtub was steep and water keeps spraying out of the shower area. Toilet also keeps clogging. Housekeeping is slow in response and fail to make up room despite low occupancy. We had to leave our trash outside the door after 3 days of no room cleaning even though we called for assistance. Door's peephole is so high we can't see anything. 😒

Nice hotel hidden just a couple of minutes off the main street. Prices are good. Staff friendly. Good parking.

Average location. Management Did not understand basic English. No breakfast options not even coffee. Rooms were clean but very small without balcony. Not recommended for long stays.

This is just about the spa. I booked a 3hr spa for a gift but felt disappointed by the experience. Got a good price and the massage was ok but there was no music, the staff seemed to be subcontracted and it didn't seem very luxurious compared to the rest of the hotel. The chairs for foot massage were very uncomfortable. Wouldn't go back.

Front desk staff doesn't understand English. Refused to bring down our luggage, charged us for water and asked me to visit 7-11 when I wanted some ice. The rooms are weirdly designed which makes it impossible to sleep during the day because of natural light. Their restaurant doesn't have main course on the menu. Just appetisers. Location lacks decent eateries or places to chill. I'd avoid visiting it again. Rooms are small and pretty. It seems like a new property. Well maintained.
