I don't expect much from 2 star hotel. It was pretty good. Got a clean room with the shared bathroom for a decent price. It's in quiet corner and we all slept well. The only thing that we found a bit strange was there was not real good bed covering. Only a thin bottom sheet and a sort of blanket... the explanation was we had a room with a fan and the sheets are for air conditioned rooms. Well 15euros for 3 people... not bad

Absolutely amazing, came here after a really bad experience with a pervious hotel down the road and needed a room last minute late in the evening. The staff were very helpful and friendly and found me a basic double room for 700B (The first 3 pictures) for one night, it was clean, it was comfortable, AC, WiFi and the shower was pretty good. The next day they told me they found me another room, Superior Double Room (The other 3 pictures) it was 1000B and totally worth the price! Great experience!

Well, the hotel is a 2-star and that’s what we got. Please note we had a room in the “old building” or whatever it’s called. Positives first : it was clean and there was A/C. Found no bugs in the room except 2 mosquitoes, but the window of the bathroom was open, so that was kind of expected. Negatives : the bathroom was not the one shown on the booking site. The bathroom floor was also angled in a way that made the water from taking a shower stay indefinitely in the bathroom. Schedule your trips to the bathroom accordingly. Furthermore, the bed (a very hard one) has ONE paper thin sheet. Hands down the least comfortable bed I slept in in Thailand. Finally the hotel’s location is in a pretty sketchy place and a 15 min walk away from pretty much any activity and a 30 min walk away from the closest metro station. It was overall a little less than okay.

Had a 5-day stay here with my friends. We didn’t expect much because we got it for a very good price, but we were all very happily surprised! Everything was working, lift, heater, ac, all good. Staff was very friendly and helpful too! It’s very close to coffee shops, convenience stores, and restaurants.

We stayed here whilst there was building work being carried out. The rooms were very nice and clean. The staff were always polite and helpful. There is a laundry on site. Also soon to have a brand new block of rooms added on. Definitely going to be an awesome hotel to stay in soon. There are plenty of places to get food, medicine and coffee. The neighborhood Thewet is a short walk up the road for awesome breakfast.

Nice and clean rooms. It is a little bit expensive thought.

Clean rooms, perfect for a quiet night just away from the party streets but still located close to the inner city.

Just 750m walk from Khaosan road. We were 4 people took a two room set with 1 washroom. Which was pretty cheap. They provided 4 600ml bottles of water per day. The washrooms were very clean and spacious with separate shower area.

Great staff but room was disappointing. We stayed in one of the older rooms I guess. Could literally see through the door, since it has holes in it. Also, parts of the door of the room were gold together with tape…When arriving we had a lot of ants walking on the bed sheets. The bed was hard as stone. However, the ACwas nice and the location is really great. 5 minutes walk to khaosan road.

We stayed here 4 times (3, 4, 2 & 2 nights) in total during our South-East-Asia-trip. Started with the standard double room and later went to the superior double room. Spacious clean rooms, comfortable and large beds, smooth A/C, warm shower and good Wifi (actually one of the best during the entire trip). Really friendly staff and charming garden to have a rest after a long and busy day in Bangkok. Walking distance to everything (Restaurants, Pier, Bus Terminals, Khaosan Rd) but still super calm and quiet place. Best choice for us as our Bangkok base. Always left one luggage there in a separate storage room. Highly recommend, especially for families with small kids.

An excellent good value hotel that's just been renovated and reopened in Nov 2022, so all is new and clean.

If you are okay with using common toilets and bathroom, this is the right place. Has no ac and no attached bathroom. But the place is very cool and comfy. There are rooms with twin beds. Bathrooms are also clean and hygienic. This place is a walk away from Khaosan Road. Its a peaceful area unlike Khaosan's late night parties on the streets.

Relatively easy to find, very kind and welcoming hosts, small tourist information part combined to the hotel that helped book tours and the night train, they also looked after our bags for the day once we had checked out. Lacks air con, but the fan helped. Clean enough, would stay again.

Very nice hotel, perfect location as just off main road so it avoids noise, but easily accessible so you can get a taxi quickly. Only a 10 minute walk to the famous Khao San Road which is perfect for backpacking nightlife. There is a 7eleven just round the corner, which is very convenient too! The room was clean, check in/out was fast and easy and staff are helpful with saying what's in local area.
