Nice ambiance, good comfortable seats, coffe was OK, seamed water down, or something was off with my Latte. The place is very classy and well kept.

Well designed Burger King, very clean inside with plenty of comfortable seating. You can order your food through the two computerized self order units or at the register. The service was good but poor English. Food came out right a way. Fast food the way it should be. Give it a try and ... Have it your way. :)

Great coffee, tasty desserts. Great to escape from the hustle bustle shoppers at MBK. Also great place to wait for your electronics to be serviced, since it it on the same floor.

It’s a typical BK. Was waiting for my Grab ride so ordered a quick meal. The fries could have been hotter.

Fairly small bk. It's fairly quiet, but if a group comes in, then the service gets overwhelmed, and I have to wait for 15-20 minutes for my food. Crowd is mostly foreigners, though some Thai people eat here too occasionally. Nice big windows to look out onto the outside world. Food was cooked from fresh, each time I ordered, and was piping hot for me, which I appreciate. There are bathrooms available inside the attached mbk. There is an outside patio to eat outside, though most people I saw preferred the air conditioned interior :)

Burger Slave. Apparently they are reheating “eatable” burgers. French fries are ok, not wet like in some mcdonkey branches. If to compare with mcdonkey and cheataco bell not that bad place to eat if there are no healthy options. Burger Slave is always overpricing their fast food. But it is what it is. If you want to be more money wise you have to get burgers in 711 which is in front of this Burger manufacturer.

Most expensive meal on a three week long trip in Thailand. Not the size burger we are used to at home country. Meal for 2 at B677 only burgers and chips and a drink! Lesson learned!

Why, why, why did you stop selling plant based burgers? Those were the best vegetarian burgers ever! I was buying them all the time :(

Quality was very low and portions were tiny. Prices here are crazy high for no reason. Vegetarian burger was just a hashbrown, not even a real vegetarian burger. The salmon with rice had a bad taste and was tiny.

Always make me happy. Great customer service manager is awesome. She always take care of everyone.

Moved near the Pathumwan Princess Hotel at the end of the MBK. Surprisingly good hot burgers and fries. The woman at the front was top notch.

Quality of food is standard as expected. The place is noisy with continuous hood running in the kitchen. Once again service is under standard. Repeated many time to get standard size for meal but it went to upsize. This happened to other BK venue in Thailand.

At first, I was a bit annoyed because a pair of Arabs in front took so long to decide what to order and there was only one staff at the counter. Then I was more annoyed when the staff told me the order would take at least about 10 minutes. My order came and I was upset that the milkshake came with soda straw, not a bigger one as usual. But the Angus XT was great and French fries were freshly made, so I enjoyed a great meal. A little later, the counter staff saw me struggling with the milkshake and came to my table to offer a small plastic spoon with an apology that the shop ran out of the proper straw. For me, this was a good service-minded staff.

Pretty busy BK outlet in MBK. Indoor & outdoor seating. Friendly staff. Bit pricey. We tried their special Angus XT Steakhouse. Huge tender patty with bacon & bbq sauce. Really nice burger. Very filling. Good spot for a quick meal.

Burger King overseas is always yum. The best being the triple or double Whopper with double bacon and double cheese. Is my fav. Take a look at this yummy piece of art!

Seriously... In shop only 2 *TWO* customer... And yet the staff can give me wrong one... I just don't get it~ Can remind staff do their job instead chit chating or playing around? Total disappointed... Felt like scammed~ My fault also didn't check, didn't expect this level of intelligence from burger king staff~
