Hole in the wall family restaurant. Has English menus. Affordable price and very homely - you can even see the grandmas cooking from the seating area in the restaurant. Nice and shaded, in a shop so you don't have to eat next to the street, this is a great place for a quick bite and also just to cool off after exploring the area and winding down with a great plate of food

Kind staff and great food and drinks: Ordered the rice + stir-fried pork + basil + fried egg, which was really good, but the best was the mango sticky rice. An excellent stop after a long walk (especially after the Grande Palace).

Thai Wang is a small restaurant right between the Grand Palace and Wat Pho. The menu includes Thai classics like pad thai, green curry, and tom young soup ranging from 80 to 130 bhat. Rice is 15 bhat extra. It's an excellent choice for a local feeling restaurant in the midst of tourist central.

Very good and tasty food, fresh made, you can look into the kitchen. Cold beer, place to wash hands and affordable prices. The old lady is a bit slow 🐌 (understandable), and you have to order by the counter. Otherwise very good experience. Would recommend
