Street food tastes better than this, it did not impress me at all. Furthermore I paid 240 baths for a cocktail mentioned of orange + vodka, but did not taste a single millilitre of alcohol at all. Service was below average just because I didn't spend more. (I think they treat customers based on how much u spend in their restaurant) definitely the poorest experience I had in Bangkok. The view across river was magnificent especially when spot lights on Wat Arun, but my mood was completely spoilt by the workers' attitudes. *They only allow customers to have 1 hour of dining time in restaurant. Grab ur limited time to finish ur food and snap some photos. Prices (10% + 7% taxes) were not appropriate along with the quality of foods and services.

Food is bland...especially Thai food. We order chicken satay, roasted honey pork, prawn spring rolls. Not worth the money ordering Thai food. If you're going there to enjoy the view and have some nips...order pizza. They have a pretty good pizza with a reasonable price...comparing to other Thai food. Price of a small bottled water is 50 THB...it shouldn't be allowed...but somewhat I understand why by just sitting there. There are people who go there to take pictures and use the bathroom and just order water. But the restaurant should consider providing drinking water for customers who order food. Local beers are more expensive than in 5 stars hotels. So better get their cocktails. They make a very good Singapore sling. Desserts are good...I recommend their lemon meringue pie. Crepes Suzette is not bad...just need a little more liqueur. Would I recommend the place? Sure...it's nice and comfy.

Chilled out place to have meals/drinks with incredible view of Wat Arun. Tables by the river are limited so must be booked before visiting especially for dinner. Variety of drinks such as cocktails, mocktails, wine and beers etc. Both Thai and international menu are served.

Came off the ferry from Wat Arun on a hot day and walked pass this place by accident. It has air conditioning and a view of Wat Arun, just the perfect escape from heat to recharge. Very comfortable dining space with friendly service. Food is above average and popular with locals and tourist alike. You can leave when ever you are recharged and they dont hassle you for turn over table.

A small restaurant but with huge romantic atmosphere. It is located in a small soi in Thatien area. The restaurant is right opposiste of Wat Arun. The service is good. It offers many western dishes and desert. On top of the building is a rooftop bar that you can enjoy drininkg while watching the Chaopraya river flows with the Arun pagoda in front of you. The place is very popular, so booking well in advance is highly recommended.

Cozy and romantic Thai fusion riverside restaurant in a small alley opposite Wat Pho. The highlight is the majestic view of Wat Arun, its silhouette at sunset and reflection in the river. The restaurant is quite small so booking is highly recommended. Recommend sitting outdoor to enjoy the river view.

The right place place to have a dinner after a long day after visiting the Royal Palace and the Wat Pho temple. Their menu offer a selection of international and local cousin. The food is taste, the service is great, the staff very welcoming. They have an open rooftop terrace where they serve cocktails and the view is spectacular. PS better to reserve a table at balcony Riverfront

This place has great views but that's the only thing going for it. It's off the beaten track and we didn't check the prices before which was a mistake. Super expensive, probably the most expensive meal we had in Bangkok. Food was average at best. Service was slow. Would highly recommend to avoid.

Great view. Food is okay. Make sure you try the smoke seabass. It is a bit understaffed though. Skip desserts.

Great views and great service. We wanted to check out the nearby rooftop bar at first but they were closed, and were recommended this spot to relax and rest after a hectic morning of walking around town. So glad we popped in here and had some food and drinks. The coconut smoothie with espresso ( though I skipped the side of espresso) was amazing.

The food was great and tasty. The service is excellent, esp. The manager of the restaurant. It's located opposite to the Temple of Dawn.

It was one of the best experience I had in Bangkok. The view was stunning and the food and drinks were great as well. It is quite pricy but worth spending a lot of money ! I recommend you to make a reservation a month before you go to get a table at the balcony if you want to see sunset around 6.

Amazing view of Wat Arun across the river especially at night. Cute restaurant vibes with reasonable prices for the food given the view, and cute cozy vibes. Loved this place for a nice dinner with friends

Nice sight view and delicious food. I was inside but if you take a seat on outside deck, great view you can see the temple.

I am Not Recommend this restaurant , because i reserved a table with sea view at 17:30 , but i dont know it is crazy sunny and hot period at that time , the table that i resereved is super hot , the waiter still has no action to move us to the places that with Aircond .( at the moment 17:30 there are many tables available indoor ) , my partner and me still need to sit outside and withstand the crazy hot environment . the waiter still pushing me order some food at that moment . ( seems like to force us to finish the bill quickly and let the next customer walk in at the later peak bour ) , i m sweating heavily at that time and no mood to eat honestly . this is the bad experience that i have this time ( I reserve this dinner for my lovely wife B-day on 18 MAR ) , In my opinion , I m not recommend this restaurant .

Food was good. I was worrying about bad comments but for me food was yum. View was breathtaking but price was breathtaking too. Staff kind of giving me a stress like table change and join with other. You have to pay extra 10% service charge and 7% tax.

A nice restaurant with amazing views over the river to Wat Arun. Food was pretty good (and the service was helpful in navigating my peanut allergy) and arrived quickly. A little bit pricier than other nearby places - but paying for the views.

This restaurant is highly overrated. The food was so very ordinary. Spring rolls weren’t crispy and the prawns were not fresh. Quite disappointing.

Delicious meal. Friendly staffs. Great atmosphere. Great view of Wat Arun. Highly recommends.

The food tasted good, but was not very "authentically" spicy. This place gets busy, so call ahead to get reservations if you want a table on the downstairs deck. We got seated in the indoor air conditioned room where they have their wine racks, and that was fine by us. The views were still fantastic, and we didn't get as much of the boat noises (which at times got quite loud). The meal with four dishes, a beer and water came out to about 1500bhat.

A beautiful restaurant across the Chao Praya river from the notorious Wat Arun. I went there in the afternoon of a workday. It was not crowded. Very lovely atmosphere. Great place to catch up with friends. Great service. The fried soft shell crab in curry powder was delicious. I also liked the Panna Cotta. The restaurant doesn't have parking. You can park in a lot by Wat Pao.

Great spot for drinks, food and sunset views of the Wat Arun (Temple of the Dawn) on the Chao Phraya. The setting is worth the slight markup in cost. The downstairs deck will fill up fast in the evening so make sure to get there before sunset.

Highly recommend this cozy place overlooking the river. You might have to walk in from the temple area due to security restrictions (you do not have to buy the long pants which the locals will harrass you ). It has complementary wifi, and the food is superb. Portion is smaller than usual, but the taste is really good. Served by a waiter polite named WIN. We tried the following: Grilled Pork Neck with Honey and Sticky Rice (MUST TRY) - 260 Baht Green Curry Roasted Pork in Coconut Milk and Lychee Sweet Basil - 260 Baht

Very pleasant atmosphere on the Chao Praya and nice view of Wat Arun temple. The dishes are well presented and the generous quantities, The value for money is correct.

Dessert and environment with nice river view are good. Using tripod and big flash are not allowed

If you are visiting the Grand Palace you are just some steps away from Bitter Deck, this place is good to take some drinks or complete meal including drinks. Taste and quality of the food is good though the portions for some dishes I think small. The highlight from here is the view, if you are lucky and you get a table outside well the view specially when the sunset starts is breathtaking. Prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly, you will not find any problems if you don’t speak Thai.

👍👍 Undoubtedly the best Pad Thai. This beats all the others. A note of caution - since November 2021 they open for TAKE AWAY ONLY between 10am and 5pm. Get there early, we arrived not knowing this at 4:10pm and the queue was already forming. Excellent attentive and helpful staff tend to every need. The...

👍👍 We waited for 3hrs after arriving at 9:30am, and finally eat our food at 12:30. I suggest to arrive before the shop opens, maybe around 8-8:30am. The omelette is not too flavorsome, just full of crab. The fried fried rice noodle is shockingly good, the texture of the noodle itself is super stretchy,...
