Disappointed. The restaurant manager was so rude. He kept my dishes without asking. For example, when I enjoy mashed potatos so much and text to my friend about foods experience here, he just grab my dishes back and not even look at my face. It is impolite and considered rude to customers. What a shame that you claimed to be one of the world class restaurant but the manager act like this. The foods was so so but their breads are really delicious. That's why i gave 2 stars. Do not visit if you are Asian. He seems to look down to us.

French Gourmet Restaurant in Silom in Bangkok [for food lovers only]. We had our wedding anniversary celebration and the experience was simply amazing; the food is fabulous; great, friendly and simple service in a red and black ambiance. On that day, we selected the Autumn menu; the portions are good enough. The staff had a good advice for the wines. You can see and listen the chef and his team preparing your dishes. Rating: 7 stars out of 5! I recommend this place.

Everything looks beautiful and tastes scrumptious. Lunch menu is really good in value. Service can be improved but overall it’s a good experience. I am already looking forward to coming back again soon.

Good value for money lunch set menu... Save room for the dessert and cheese cart. Has one Michelin star... Can be a bit dark if you're eating at the counter but it's a good place to watch all the action.

Excellent service! Food is so gorgeous made me felt like I shouldn’t eat them. Chef came out to greet us he was really nice. I would go back if the beverages price is adjusted. I also would prefer if they would crank up the a/c a bit more. I felt a bit hot as a result not really enjoy eating as much as I should. The staffs are really nice helping us taking photos. We were also offered to see and take pictures with the Chef in the kitchen. Well, worth the experience and gorgeous dishes!!

We had a pleasant lunch at L'Atelier in late October. The service staff were very attentive and detailed with information. My starter and main choices selected might not have been the best as I was not impressed with the taste nor texture, but the desserts were the definite winner. There were a couple of complimentary dishes and as it was a an early birthday celebration for me, they surprised me with a complimentary birthday dessert (which was absolutely divine). One thing that had us wrinkling our brows - the head chef was constantly patting his hair. I did not see anyone else doing that but him. It's disconcerting, but we told ourselves he'll likely not be handling the cooking so much so we'll just look the other way. Still, we felt a little off since this is L'Atelier, Michelin stars, you know? But atmosphere was good for a quiet meal, the beautiful setting and friendly staff will put you at ease. Just perhaps keep your eyes away from the kitchen.

Lovely ambience. Excellent food. Great service staff. The waiting time between courses could have been shorter though - lunch took us more than 3 hours to complete which could have easily been shortened. But I have to say the food was delicious. We were a group of 8 so we shared and got to try most of the items on the menu. Well worth the money spent.

Easily one of the most delightful meals I’ve had in Bangkok, right up there with the dining experience at Vertigo (@ Banyan Tree). From the wonderfully attentive service to the absolutely delicious food, I can attest that this place lives up to the hype. My only complaint, which I almost feel bad for even mentioning (haha), would be with the cheese plate. It just felt like a lackluster finish to an otherwise incredible dining experience. But overall, 5/5. Cheers to the staff and the chefs who work so hard to deliver a great meal.

Excellent dishes and service as you would expect at one of Robuchon's restaurants. You can try the famous mashed potatoes that they serve with some of their courses. I also liked the bread basket. Not only the baguette was tasty but every other variation, too. I wished for a beautiful evening and was not disappointed.
