Stayed here for a couple of days on the 72nd floor and were welcomed with a drink in the lobby., it's one of the highest building in Bangkok. There's a cool rooftop bar on the 83rd floor with an amazing view. They also have an observation deck to enjoy the city view. The complimentary breakfast provided was good and has a lot of variety. The rooms are pretty old but neatly maintained. They also have a mini golf arena and swimming pool. Overall it was a very comfortable stay. The staff were super friendly.

Outstanding service. Everyone in the hotel was super nice and accommodating. The rooms were ok (we were in the sky zone on floor 49, I heard there are better rooms in the higher floors) but they were definitely tidy and very comfortable, which is all I care about. The viewing platform is stunning and there was a lot of of the on-site food and entertainment. The elevator system is well done and helps you to get around the hotel quickly. There is signs that indicate where you're going, but there was always someone there to help if you were lost, and all of the staff speaks English.

Location was good. The sky deck was cool. HOWEVER, the room was simply and visibly DIRTY! You could see finger prints everywhere and I mean everywhere (the sink faucet, the desks, etc.). Foot prints were all over the bathroom floor and the floor was so sticky. I had to put towels on the floor to avoid touching the stickiness of the floor. Yack! The room was not vacuumed as pieces of crackers were found by the table and sofa. The bedsheets were not changed. It smelled and hair was found on pillow cases. I called housekeeping and requested that my room be cleaned and all they did was giving me more towels and vacuuming the floor where the crackers were found. This hotel has been overrated. I cannot believe such highly priced hotel is so dirty. Don't even compare this hotel to the lowest-priced hostel! Not worth the money. Oh, and there are always traffic at the hotel. People lined up to use the elevator at any hours of the day. I recommend this hotel for those who are willing to pay so much to stay at a nasty, unclean place!

Did not stay here, just went to the rotating observatory and bar. Tickets are way overpriced and the outdoor seating restaurant is almost always full with almost 45 min wait times. There is no option to reserve a table in advance because their website and phonelines both do not seem to work properly. Drinks weren't too shabby but staff seem to be fed up of their jobs. It is a undoubtedly a very old hotel but I guess the fact that it is one of the tallest still attracts a good crowd. The view is certainly unmatched 🙌

Good hotel but dated. It smells old and has a spooky vibe. The hallways are really dark and it overall just feels creepy. I’ve heard a few rumors that this place is haunted, and while I did feel uneasy, I think that’s just because of the old smell. The food is good and the view from the windows and observation deck is absolutely stunning. The location is also pretty good. So TL;DR: good hotel with a good view and good location but has an old and spooky vibe to it. If you’re planning a trip to Bangkok, I think you’d enjoy staying here. If you’re a ghost hunter or someone who enjoys spooky places, I think you’d love this place. Edit: I stayed on the 74th floor in the summer of 2019 if anyone’s interested.

I stayed at the hotel 2 day 1 night. It’s an old hotel surrounding with fashion shopping area. The room is very old fashion but good maintenance and great services at hospitality, room service and all touch point area in the hotel facilities. Also a many variety foods of buffet at 81 Fl. I very enjoyed the food but very crowded of people too. Finally, thanks so much for surprised birth day cake !! I really appreciated.

My 4-day-stay was pleasant. The hotel was classic and the location is convenient. Room was spacious and clean. Staff were super friendly, I gave them 5/5 stars. BUT the only problem was their online customer service. I made double reservation and cancelled one of them 1 month before arriving. They said they were “processing” my refund but it’s been more than 1 month. I sent emails, message on Facebook and Line but no one answers. I hope someone from the hotel can read this and contact me asap, I really want to give good review for your hotel if not because of this incident!

A good hotel in good heart center of Bangkok. I felt like i was in a space shuttle with breath-taking experience 🙂 Sky bar with beautiful sky view of all over Bangkok, very pleasant especially at night. Dining halls at floors 81 and 82 are just another unforgetable memory, with nice views around especially at the morning breakfast with great view of cool sunrise. The people and service were great; thank you for your service. 🙏 ❤🧡

The Rooms were okay, I had booked 2 rooms over there for 2 and 3 nights in Deluxe Room Space Zone and Deluxe Room Standard Zone Respectively. In the Space zone we had 2 Single beds which were moving here and there so it was uncomfortable sleeping. It was a smaller room even though we paid 3x more than the standard zone. In the standard zone the room was big and spacious but has the same amenities as space zone. We got a better view from the standard zone as we were already at the top of Bangkok. And could see the roofs of other buildings. The staff at reception are very moody and when we asked them about gala dinner the receptionist said they had sold out, 10 minutes later we asked another receptionist and they said it’s not sold out so they gave us tickets. The New Years Gala Dinner was mediocre at best and half of the counter were not even being operated like they should so we had to take the food ourselves by going behind the counter. There was a complete staff shortage and the food made us sick the next day. And on top of that we didn’t even have free drinks, they even charged us for WATER! We paid almost 3000 Thai Baht and they didn’t give us water or drinks. I do not recommend staying at this hotel and I would recommend you stay at Amari Watergate as they have excellent service and cleanliness of rooms.

Previously it was much better but not in the same form as before. They said by booking through their website directly can get a late check out but the hotel staff told me we can stay for extra 1 hour. The mini bar was empty, rooms and wash rooms needs to be renovated but the view from room is amazing…

Worst hotel ever. I’ve been so many hotels before but never been this disappointed. What I had and what I saw on google picture so much different. Overpriced for outdated rooms. No bell service or ramp to take luggage’s, House keeping will take minimum 30 min to send toiletry. Breakfast buffet is also very bad. Need to change be friendly with Indian We are major customers to hotel. Likes:- Great views from the revolving tower at the top, Located at Commercial area with tons of shops, Indian restaurants. Note:- Taxi stand in front of your hotel is Mafia.

The hotel was great and the staff as well. Just so you know you need to pay a deposit of 3000 Thai baht in cash as opposed to credit card which is usual everywhere. Consider carrying extra cash for the same if it's your last day as it gets locked with them until check out. Otherwise, the restaurant food was good , huge variety of breakfast buffet and an amazing view. Also next to the Pratu Nam wholesale market for the shopaholics.

One of the best hotel to stay in Bangkok located in mid of town, access is quite easy from airport even can be reached by public transport (7 min walk from bus stop). Although it's not budgeted option but I can say it's value for money. Complimentary breakfast has huge variety but difficult to get Halal food. Staff is quite corrective and can understand English easily and all tourists facilities available inside hotle lobby.

Had a wonderful one night stay here. I wish we stayed longer. The staff are very friendly and efficient. From fast check in, to bookings for the airport train shuttle and restaurant. We were early for check in, so our luggage was taken care of and we were looked after very well. Our room was huge and spotless (presidential suite) with excellent facilities and amazing views. The other rooms are also huge and excellent value. The hotel has a fantastic buffet breakfast with delicious food catering for all tastes. Highly recommended (even if you are not staying in the hotel). The highlight of our stay was dinner at the sky box. Very high quality food and exceptional service. Great pool, mini golf and health club too. I am already planning my next trip to Bangkok and the baiyoke will be my first choice.

I found the hotel to be absolutely amazing. I can only give it a full rating. The room was cleaned every day, and the food at the restaurant was even cheaper than in most local places outside. Overall, it was superb. The rooftop observation deck rotates, and the view is wonderful. 5 stars.

Rooms were properly built and placed to give a nice view of the city. Just the rooms were a bit old fashioned, maybe due to old property but the rest of the things were fantastic at the hotel. It was nice to stay in the tallest building in Thailand. We saw the rising sun and night view from the view point on the 84th floor. We enjoyed the lavish buffet breakfast. A mini golf and swimming pool was also there.

We took the number upstairs. Quite a beautiful view from the top. Very spacious restaurant on the top floor with a lot of dishes. But upon arrival, the room was very very cold and there was no extra bed for the children. After very long discussions, they realized that an extra bed should be added. You can feel that the hotel is old, there is such an old smell in the corridors. But a very fantastic panoramic view from the top and you can visit it for free if you stay at this hotel. Would highly recommend you upgrade your rooms so they are not so dated.

Planning a trip? My mantra is always to cross-reference. Sites like HoteIDuIIy.cᴏm have often given me the edge in securing affordable rates! Best hotel to stay in BK. Nothing bad to say about the place. Rooms are spacious and clean. View from rooms are really good given that this hotel is one of the tallest buildings in BK. Hotel is in Indra Square so walking distance to most of the shopping malls and food joints. Friendly staff and a safe place. Their breakfast buffet is a must try with a large number of varieties for a very affordable price. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Overall, the place is well recommended for a memorable stay at BK.

To be honest I think the staff were not friendly and I felt it was mainly because me and my friend were INDIAN. I had a booking for two days but i checked out early because I did not feel good. The property was amazing plus the location is perfect. The staff treated other foreigners decently but for indians it was like we were not welcomed. After this behaviour I really don’t think I ever want to visit this place. Also they don’t know about hospitality, to be honest I think the management need to look into the staff and how they treat everyone equally.

Rooms are tied, run down and in need of refurbishment. Paid for a room upgrade which we had to cancel and was told we would have to wait 3 months for refund. Extended waits for lifts due to large amounts of non staying tourists using the hotel amenities. 2 sachet of coffee per day, no complimentary milk etc.Very good breakfast buffet, good location for shopping, good city views on higher levels

5 days of stay review: 1. Rooms/Services and restaurants are really good and worth the price. 2. Height: This is the best part for family with kids. Restaurants at high levels and revolving sky deck on top are fantastic. 3. Location: Very good for walking and shopping, but on travel day be aware of the traffic to get in and out of it, in a car or public transport. 4. Tours Desk at 18th floor: Please mention the exact name of the place you want to visit with distance in mind too, to avoid any confusion.

Excellent place to stay with family. Surrounded by variety of shops where you can by gifts and cloths at cheap bargain. South Indian restaurants are nearby. Both veg and non veg available. Beware of pick pockets in this area. Regarding hotel the rooms are well maintained and clean. Breakfast served at top floor. Excellent varieties and superb view. You can also to top revolving floor to get entire city view.

The view from the top is breathtaking. You can see a 360 view of Bangkok and the bkk skyline. The sunset as well as night time view is amazing. Drinking or smoking is not allowed in the roof view deck. The buffet was the best buffet I've ever had. It is worth every penny. There is corkage charge for bringing in your own alcohol. There's also alcohol available but has extra charge. The steaks and seafood were absolutely delicious.

Excellent place to stay, nice staff, tasty and variety of food. Amazing 84th floor, open sitting area of restaurant, SPA and swimming pool. Very photogenic place. Spacious room with full view of all high rise buildings. Last but not least lifts arrangements and staff are excellent. Check out time should be 12.00 instead of 11.00 as it is more convenient. One more thing luggage arrangements after check out is amazing. In nutshell 10 out of 10 or may be more ….. keep it up 👍👍👌👌

Rooms are very old and plain looking. The carpet in the corridor is a bit of and there was a bit of a smell of cigarettes The rooms are very big and had a bath and a shower. The place needs a refurbishment to make it more modern looking. The best thing is the free entry to the revolving sky tower which is brilliant. But the hotel entrance and lobby feels a bit like a theme park and is quite busy.

  • 5/5 Danis D. 1 year ago on Google
Great rooms for their price. The view is great and the food as well. They offer 4 different restaurants in high altitude and the view is breath taking. One of the must visit places in Bangkok in my opinion. It's just amaizing to have dinner and see the city at night from that angle. Everyone should try it.

The hotel occupies a prime location on a bustling shopping street, recognized as Bangkok's tallest structure. Its impressive rotating observation deck provides stunning skyline vistas, complemented by the restaurant and breakfast venue offering equally breathtaking views. Baiyoke offers generously sized, immaculately kept rooms and exceptional service. Embracing diversity with warmth, it extends a hospitable welcome to all guests, alongside consistently outstanding cuisine.

Second tallest building in Bangkok. The view from top is awsome. See the sunset here and the scene was so romantic. I stayed a night here. The standard room was pretty nice and i got it on an affordable price in promotion. Service staff is cooperative and can easily understand english. This place is worth visiting in Bangkok.

Stayed there for 3 nights. Had informed hotel during booking, we'll be celebrating our 15th anniversary there and requested for a nice room. Upon arrival, we were informed the room offered had been upgraded and it's an executive room at level 71. Room was huge, tip top condition, view was fantastic, facilities is immaculate, service is great and near amenities especially the shopping belt. Will definitely return. Thank you

Great location! Friendly staff, clean but the room I got kind of old. I love breakfast here, they offer variety of food and taste good. If you stay with them breakfast 300/ person. If not 450/person.

If you want to see the views, by all means, this is the place. If you expect a nice stay, there are better options. The rooms and style of the hotel are very outdated. Said this, the room was clean and very spacious. The staff is attentive, however, I waited 30min for the check-in. Yes, there was a lot of people but I would expect the check-in process to work faster and more smoothly. Sadly, the location is not ideal. There is an airport train nearby but it doesn't run very often and MRT stations are a 20-30mins walk. To summarise, this is more of a tourist attraction, both for Thai who will come shopping in the nearby shopping malls, and westerns who want to see Bangkok in all grace.

Quite a short time to enjoy the dinner since I had booked the seat on the day I visited with 6PM time and end in one hour. The 360° moveable roof top on 84tho fl was fantastic.

Food is very good and it has a lot of options(buffet). The view is very nice especially in the evening you can look over the city. Best place for relaxing and eating with family and friends.

Exotic bath room, good views from small window. By the way I hate thick western style pillows not suitable for non westerner. Outdate Wifi. Foods on 82nd floor is unexpectedly good. But I would like to give a few suggestions, cold drinking water should be provided, aside all those very sweet punch. Should stop using Chinese garlic while local garlic are much better and at the time are not expensive. It just make the waste of oysters. Last, I were expected a real butter for breakfast. No!!! not Orshit brand.

I enjoyed my stay when I was in Bangkok. The staff is courteous and accommodating. The rooms are also spacious and comfortable. Plus, their location is accessible via the Airport Rail Link. It's also good to note that there are lots of tourist destinations nearby. Kudos to the staff and I can't wait for my next visit. 😊

    1. Tallest building in Bangkok. 2. Old building , so old set up 3. Courteous staff but nobody answers the calls when you call from room. 4. Rooms are neat but the upholstery, carpet, sofa definitely need to be changed . 5. Food is brilliant. Huge spread and delicious .

  • 3/5 ven t. 1 year ago on Google
It was nice observation at rooftop that can see overview of city of Bangkok. However, entrance ticket fee is a little rising for 300 to 400 baht for single entry visit. It includes fresh juices at 83 floor of the building. It was charming experience.

Windows in the room covered with Sun shade curtains… TV size is small, so can’t watchable. Other than these, one of the best Hotels to stay in Bangkok. Located at centre of shopping area. Staffs are helpful. Housekeeping is good.

Well, We went there for international buffet 😋 actually we not big fan of all you can eat. However we decided to be there as per view points. Food Quality: Average and some stations were good especially steaks and BBQ. However food were cold might be lot of people and can't cook within time. Each stations do their best especially cook live. Service: Average and simple one not count as hotel service it seem BBQ restaurants on the road that we been. One of the cook stations the chief not even wear gloves to cook and grap some Chinese bread by free hands as saw. Which I assume she has no time but no excuse to protect for hygiene I would said. Comments: Therefore I have some bite bit by bit in each stations. Am not even touch Salad, Noodles desert, Sushi and Sasimi stations as look not alright for us. Tips. It was amazing view of Bangkok.

I loved Baiyoke sky hotel. The staffs were friendly. There are so many benefits for in house guests, in house guest can access to sky deck, observation deck for free. The breakfast on the sky was amazing. Best breakfast!! The room and the bathroom was spacious and clean. We went there for honeymoon. They decorated our room very nicely. I appreciate the hotel and housekeeping team for the nice decoration. I had a dinner at the cafe nearby the reception. The price was reasonable and the taste was good. However, there was a bit rude lady there. Overall, I am really satisfied with services they provided. Highly recommended!

View from the sky zone rooms are extraordinary. Rooms were clean, Good Service. Don't miss Revolving deck view of Bangkok city. As a Indian Breakfast was Ok. Very limited Vegan options. Lot of Indian restaurants are nearby. Totally recommended.

Rooms a bit dated but well maintained.location cant be beat. Near enough to the train station. Everything you need is just outside from convenience stores , to money changers, pharmacy and massage parlors. Breakfast is very varied , we had 3 bfasts at the hotel but still didn't get tired of the variety of foods available.

An infrastructure without a parallel(after all it Thailand’s tallest tower) The location is just perfect for families and shopping. Worth the money you spend to book a stay. Lots of amazing Indian restaurants located a foot apart. Friendly staff and amazing service. In- room amenities can be a little bit better. Last moment bookings tend to be cheaper here! Made my holiday much better!
