I
recently
stayed
at
Hotel
Manhattan
and
had
a
mixed
experience
during
my
stay.
The
rooms
were
clean
and
well-maintained,
which
was
a
positive
aspect
of
my
stay.
The
hotel's
cleanliness
standards
were
commendable,
and
I
appreciated
the
effort
put
into
keeping
the
rooms
in
good
condition.
However,
I
encountered
some
issues
with
the
bathroom
setup.
While
the
bathroom
itself
was
clean,
I
found
it
impractical
that
there
was
no
place
to
keep
soap
inside
the
shower
closet.
This
made
taking
a
shower
slightly
inconvenient,
as
I
had
to
step
out
of
the
shower
area
to
grab
soap
when
needed.
It's
a
small
detail,
but
it
can
make
a
difference
in
the
overall
guest
experience.
One
major
disappointment
was
the
lack
of
cooperation
from
the
reception
staff.
On
two
separate
occasions,
I
approached
them
for
assistance,
and
both
times
they
declined
to
help.
First,
I
requested
change
to
pay
for
a
taxi,
but
they
refused
to
provide
it.
This
seemed
unhelpful
and
left
a
negative
impression.
Then,
I
had
forgotten
my
phone
charger
in
the
office
and
asked
them
if
they
could
charge
my
battery
pack.
Unfortunately,
they
outright
denied
this
request,
stating
it
was
not
a
service
available
to
guests.
Even
when
I
offered
to
provide
them
with
the
battery
pack
and
simply
requested
a
favor,
they
remained
uncooperative.
This
was
quite
frustrating
and
left
me
feeling
unsupported
as
a
guest.
On
a
more
positive
note,
I
found
the
parking
staff
to
be
much
more
accommodating
and
helpful.
When
I
approached
the
parking
person
for
change
to
pay
the
taxi,
he
was
friendly
and
promptly
took
my
1000
note
to
arrange
the
change
for
me.
His
willingness
to
assist
was
appreciated
and
stood
in
stark
contrast
to
the
reception
staff's
unhelpfulness.
In
summary,
Hotel
Manhattan
has
clean
and
well-maintained
rooms,
and
the
bathroom
cleanliness
was
also
satisfactory,
despite
the
impractical
soap
situation.
However,
the
lack
of
cooperation
and
assistance
from
the
reception
staff
was
disappointing
and
affected
my
overall
experience.
The
parking
staff,
on
the
other
hand,
was
exemplary
in
their
helpfulness.
If
the
hotel
can
improve
the
level
of
cooperation
and
service
provided
by
their
reception
staff,
it
could
make
a
significant
difference
in
guest
satisfaction.
