This is my third stay at this family run 3 star hotel. I am in one of their best rooms, decent size although shower room little tight. Comes with safe, comfy bed and kettle, TV. In very popular area near Hyatt and Westin higher graded hotels, and metro stations. Metro and main road means not quiet if you are in front of hotel, but I have had no problem sleeping. Lots of places to eat, although hotel no longer open for breakfast. Big plus is Terminal 21 mall a 5 minute walk away. Good pool area on roof, with free towels. Be aware besides nice little terrace bar their is a basement bar/club. This is popular with working girls, who are often outside, so probably not best choice for those with young kids. But in summary, nice 3 star, good location and excellent value for money.

after booking nonsmoking rooms they gave us rooms that smelled like heavy smoke. rooms are older, some better maintained than others. rooftop pool space is nice, probably the best part about this hotel, however, it is not worth the price. staff pretty unfriendly, lots of solicitation happening outside and inside, it is what it is. if you’re traveling as a family definitely look elsewhere

its a meh hotel. i got a free upgrade. but the room was okay. i felt like the room was too big the air con wasn't working well in the night and the toilet was a bit small. people usually come to this hotel for the seedy action below to bring upstairs. definitely not a hotel for family or women. it is for single guys, the lobby is a great place to have a smoke and a laugh at the lady boys/ free lancers trying to get customers. my advise is they are all still humans you don't have to accept their service but you also don't have to treat them like dirt. just respect their decisions in life and just have a good time.

Very small but modern rooms. The bedid very very firm, modern layout, newly refurbished room. The room comes with ear plugs for a reason, you can hear every car, motorbike, truck and train so make sure you're not a light sleeper. Would I stay here again, more than likely because I only do overnight stays for travel Purposes but if you're wanting a good night sleep look else where.

Great location! I was travelling as a single man. It was centered near everything I wanted to see. Close to a very large mall also. The hotel staff were great! Very helpful! The room was clean and housekeeping kept the room well stocked. I will definitely stay here again. Thank You.

Great location. Low prices, free upgrade. Lobby restaurant is open from noon now. Near Terminal 21 and Skytrain. Also McDonald's and a Mexican place. Free bottled water refills. Some English TV channels. Nice towels and pillows, 2 lifts.

This hotel is very conveniently located directly on Sukhumvit road. Thermae Cafe is in the basement. The hotel itself is very clean and relatively quiet, considering the location. It is located short walking distance to Sukhumvit Soi 11, Nana BTS stop, Terminal 21, Asoke, Soi Cowboy and Nana Plaza. It’s worth it to stay here if you want to be close to those items.

Nice hotel, Nice staff. Very good location and the pool area is awesome with all the cute plants they have :) Rooms are basic but clean. Bed is hard but it’s always like that in Thailand. I like how they want to reduce plastic waste and there are glass bottles in the room you can fill with water for free.

Hotel is in a great location. Decided to stay there as it's 5 minutes walk to The Trendy Office Building for visa biometrics. Plenty of bars, restaurants, transport etc so plenty to do especially at night. Short walk to Terminal 21 and Soi Cowboy.

Good for the price and location but small dated rooms, it's good for a solo budget traveler. Nice roof top pool. I realized this is popular for hourly couples with Thermae cafe located downstairs.

Great value hotel. Rooms are nice and clean. Excellent location. BTS and MRT line within close proximity. Best thing about this hotel is that you don't require an alarm clock. You'll be woken up by some strange noise. 😁

Newly renovated rooms in the middle of everything + Nice and helpful staff + Decently sized swimming pool - However no shade or umbrellas at the swimming pool + Newly renovated deluxe room - mattress on the harder side - Not for noise sensitive people, a room on the backside is preferable

Older hotel, well maintained. Friendly staff in a great location. My room was smoky even for a non-smoking room. The room was small but was fine. Will stay again but specify above the 3rd floor. Note they are very busy in high season - book ahead.

Good location, friendly staff, good food. Rooms could do with a make over. Well worth a stay for 1 or 2 nights in the city.

The Laundry is way too expensive we paid for the clothing of 2 Guys (less than 2kg) more than 750 Baht!!!! Thats ridiculos.

Ruamchitt is a very special hotel. It is truly a plaza with an excellent cafe an restaurant attached, a tailors shop. Money exchange booth, outdoor patio and bar. Additionally, a rooftop pool with an excellent view of Bangkok proper and Suhkumvitt Road. Minutes away from Terminal 21 mall and many other famous Bangkok spots in walking distance. The BTS is just outside your door that can take you anywhere in Bangkok. Ruamchitt is in the middle of the best in Bangkok. It has a very small town, friendly feel in the most visited city in the world. The staff is an absolute treasure and will eagerly help with any questions. I just finished an outstanding breakfast here at Ruamchitt and will reluctantly take my leave for Pattaya in the morning.

Love the staff, the room was decent, but if you wander out at night, you have to swim through an army of ladyboys. Go for the staff, breakfast, and the pool.

The pool was amazing. Great location for busy night life, shopping, and street food. There was music outside most nights till pretty late so I needed ear plugs. Was on the 3rd floor. Bed and pillows were pretty hard. Nice staff and clean. Stayed 6 nights. Free water and cleaning was very flexible with times.

Excellent value for money, very clean rooms, good location, good pool. Lady called Oi on reception is amazing, super polite and efficient. Incredible English, better than most 5 star hotel receptionists. She makes that hotel !

Nice place to stay, right in the busy area of Sukhumvit. Decent rooms, if you book a room with a window.

Location in the middle of Bangkok City Centre on Sukhumvit Rd. A nice pool on the roof, but the sunbeds should have been changed. The room was a bit old, but with a nice bathroom.

The staff are friendly, helpful and prompt. Breakfast was excellent, and included in the already very low price compared to the majority of "name" hotels in this popular area on Sukhumvit, close to Azok BTS and Terminal 21. The bed is soft, which is very unusual in Thaliand, where hard mattresses are the norm. Plently of closet space, and a rack with wooden hangers. And there's a swimming pool on the roof! Right next door is Thermae bar, full of very attactive ladies inside and the equally attractive ladyboys congregate outside, as they are not allowed inside! At least you know what's what!

Just there for the good location for the price. My bed got bed bugs and didn't sleep well throughout the nights. I guess they just change the sheets but not the lining inside. The swimming pool is cool though. Service staff at the front looby who seems like the lady manager is quite rude. Everything else is fine. Liked I said, go for their location cos they are in between nana and asok Station very convenient to go anywhere.

This is a very good hotel. It is in a grate position for shopping and nightclubs, with a night market opposite. The room are not quite (road and construction) noise, but if you can cope with that then I suggest trying. Rooms spotless large with ac. Staff friendly bookin quick (a holding deposit for key 10000 bart refundable). All in all good hotel 🏨.

Great hotel in a great location. Quiet, no road noise or noise from other rooms. Elevator is a bonus. Great service from front desk staff.

Room needs a key in the socket to run the air AND they charged 700 baht for two guests. Room never gets cool until the party is over. PASS

Loved the rooms, air-con is on point in the hot weather. Has a pool up top to suntan and swim in the middle of the afternoon. Very clean and relatively comfortable for the price. Def would return.

No coffee in rooms. Restaurant only open for dinner. Otherwise, its OK...be prepared to run a gauntlet of working ladies of the night outside...but if that's what you want, its perfect for you.

Love staying here everything about this place is good even the price right where you want to be in Bangkok

Reasonable price, access to P4P downstairs, firm mattress (I like),, frontdesk good, mini-fridge, bum gun, strong flush on toilet, room safe, hot shower, kettle, lots of surfaces to place belongings, air-con, near BTS and MRT. So, everything one could need. Only negative is sewer smell from drain

Clean, friendly staff and in a very good location, 1 minute walk from the bts station and very close to the uk passport office. Also there's a nice roof top swimming pool, but i wouldn't recommend it for families

Location is very good if you enjoy nana area Pool is very good Rooms are decent Staff is friendly Though the whole hotel smells of cigarettes because every 2nd floor is smoking floor. But even if you stay on a non-smoking floor you get a heavy smell of cigarette smoke.

The wall may be thin, but access is outstandingly good. Waitress is kind.
