I quite enjoyed my stay at Ma hotel. Their breakfast was good and we had a little bar fridge and kettle in our room. There's a little shop right next to the hotel. It's a bit of a distance to walk to other places but the weather was amazing and the area is super safe. The tuk tuks are expensive - bargain with them.

Ma hotel is a an excellent place to stay if we are looking for a hotel with clean, comfy, and courteous staffs, and affordable. It has front porch where we can sit, relax, watch the traffic, yet not too close to the road. Within 3 mins walk, we can find a shop mart where we can get our everyday things. The foods from the restaurant has smart portion for their prices, make us full without burning the wallet. The staffs at the restaurant (when I was having dinners at that time) were courteous, polite, and honest. They wont charge you more than what you need to spend to have your stomach full. My experiences with Ma hotel are great. Only few guests who came in groups sometimes do not know how to tone down their voice when speaking in the aisle outside the rooms. I highly recommend Ma hotel if you are looking for good place to stay with affordable price to be served by courteous staffs.

Beware of the insectoids crawling in the bathrooms feasting on toothbrushes and bedsheets. And also, their laundry service eclipses the cost of an actual hotel visit but isnt mentioned until after the washing is completed. Good location, amenities, but I want to know why the laundry bill cost more than my hotel stay

Can't fault it. Very polite staff, spotlessly clean rooms (and I mean it, seriously). Also quite new and modern in the room I was in. Luggage storage was also free after checkout. The 3000 baht security deposit is concerning, but no issues when I checked out.

The stay was okay. The room price was cheap as compared to other hotels and the location is good as well. But while checking out a hotel employee came to check the room. I left the room for the reception as my taxi was ready to go. The reception guy stopped me and told that 1 steel spoon was missing, although it was lying on the table all the time. He didn't let me go and charged me 150 baht for the spoon. I had to give the money because they kept 100 USD as deposit while checking in. And they refused to give that unless i pay 150 Baht. It was a disappointing situation as he was accusing me although i was sure that their staff did it. I even checked my baggage after reaching home just to make sure that the spoon didn't get in my luggage by mistake. I am writing this review only after getting sure and certain that their staff did it and it could have been their regular practice. Thats why they keep 100$ as deposit. I have stayed in a number of hotels, but no other hotel has ever asked me deposit like this. So, beware if you stay at this hotel.

Upon arrival, the staff was very welcoming and the attitude towards the hotels I experienced was professional. It has a small pool that is in the regular category. The restaurant and breakfast were good and almost elaborate and clean. The hotel was chic in appearance. The internet was weak. Since Bangkok is really a very big city, I don't think it makes sense to check the availability of its hotels, so I have no opinion on this. But in terms of locality, it is located in a relatively good neighborhood. And the rooms do not have a special view. All in all, I must say that we were satisfied with this hotel.

Insects in room and asked to be taken care of but they were still crawling about. Used "Laundry bag" to hold dirty clothes and without notice they charged us 60 dollars to wash 2 tshirts and 4 pairs of socks. $20 of which was a "service charge" But on the other end, staff was very polite and helpful so 5 stars to them

Nice hotel. The beds are comfortable but the bathroom was a problem for us because i. No lock for the door ii. No spray. The swimming pool is average. The breakfast buffet was amazing. It also has a lobby for chilling.
