The room wasn't at all what it looked like on the pictures. We are sure that the picture we looked at was supposed to be our room, because the caption changed with every picture and the one of the premium 4-person room showed a totally different room. The room was incredibly small, we couldn't even all stand up while opening the door. The AC smelled like something died in there. The bathroom door didn't fully close and both the bathroom and showers were incredibly dirty. How you guys get such good reviews goes over our heads. Premium room is such a lie for what we got. We are currently staying at a place that is cheaper, we have space, our own bathroom, there's a pool here, to sum it up everything here is better and we pay less. Very unsatisfied would be our final review. They also asked us to only write a review if we are satisfied and tell the manager if we weren't. We wanted to do both because we picked this place based on the review and were incredibly disappointed. We also wrote to them in the hopes it improves when someone else chooses to stay there.

This hostel is the worst hostel I’ve stayed. Please don’t believe the photo. It’s completely different! First, the rooftop has a bar with the disco music playing until 2am, even I use the earplug or airpods pro to reduce the noise, it’s still useless, from the first day I already can’t sleep in this hostel, I don’t understand how did you expect your customer to stay in this such environment. Second, the hostel is so dirty, when we checkin still can see the rubbish bin is with trash and smelly. The bed has blood, hair. We’ve tried to press the room service button in the day but nobody came to pack the room. Third, I called to the front desk for the music noise, but the attitude is bad, the only thing I can say good is only the location. Really not worth this price and never recommend and back to this hostel again.

It’s been the worst stay we had so far in Bangkok. It’s not even close to something you would call a hostel. It’s rather a poor maintained hotel with the option of an overpriced bunk bed in a dorm. It smells like bathroom everywhere, it’s dirty, the staff is unhelpful and it’s noisy. It’s noisy mostly because of the staff being working all night in and outside the rooms. The aircondition got switched off during the day. And even though we were like 8 people in the dorm they wouldn’t switch it back on until 5pm. We do not recommend this place. You will find cheaper and better hotels with private rooms in Sukumvith, Bangkok.

Please2... Dont book here if u dont want to spoil your day here... Aircon allowed to on 5pm... Afternoon hot like hell... Cant rest There is smells in the room as well... Place not maintained well also~ most of things worn down... Washing machine is working, but the dryer is broken... Yet still let tenant using it~ felt scammed... The worker totally don't bother as well~ Worse Hostel i stayed so far... Possible can enter world record of worse hostel ever~ here like totally nobody care...

The WORST Hostel I've been too I have been traveling for a year. They grabbed my belongings & there logic is that since it's Hostel they can do that grab a guest property. There was a awful lady that was super aggressive with me saying that she was the manager which turns out it's a lie then she influences the staff to have me out with out refunding until they actually called there supervisor. I will personally be submitting a report with Hostel world & the 3Howw branch such a shame to have people like this in there business it's hurting them. I have this in video. Stay away my friends not secure in any way.

THE WORST SERVICE HOSTEL EVER! Hello 3Howw Hostel and related departments, My name is Phuong, today i want to spread my negative feedback to your company and also to anyone who are looking for a hostel in Bangkok. I stay in 3Howw from 17 Feb to 19 Feb. Even this hostel has a good location, good price, but the receptionist attitude destroyed everything. I was booking 2 milk teas while i was waiting for my grabcar picked me up at Big C in 5 minutes. It was around 4pm and very difficult to find another car. It took around 20 minutes waiting more after my 1st car has been canceled. I was stucking in a grabcar while my delivery came to the hostel and waiting for me. There was 2 milkteas cost 125Bath. For the frist 10 minutes waiting, i gave him 2 options: 1. Wait for me but it will take quite long because of the traffic jam. 2. He can do another delivery and comeback to me later. But he didn’t agree. So i did ask him let me talk to the receptionist if she can give him money- i give her money later or deduct my deposit money (1000bath). And she said NO. There is no sympathy and flexible ever for a customer from the receptionist in the call: “Thats not my business” or “We dont have a service like that”. And finally the delivery had to wait for me 40 minutes. When I arrived, she started to talk to me at the lobby, i said, it would be nicer and better if you did it another ways for all of us. I know money is a sensitive thing and maybe helping me to pay money is prohibited in that hostel and I understand she has a right to deny to help me-its her choice or whatever but we qre talking about service and of course as a receptionist, she MUST try to do another ways before she said NO to me. But there was a big NO. It was even worse until we started an argument. At the end she blamed on me :”Why did you order your drinks when you’re outside?” Of course i know its my mistake, I admit, but all i needed was her help to make it better. But she didn’t. After our argument, i read a few feedbacks on Google, and i was not so surprised when i saw some feedback about the service. And as many responses, i know that the hostel doesn’t care at all about what the customers think. So disappointed! Until now i still dont know why an awful, aggressive, rude, unhelpful, willing to fight- a person like this could be the image of a hostel? This is the 3rd time i have been in Thailand, i have been stayed in Pullman and Sheraton Sulkhumvit in Bangkok; JW Marriot and Santhiya in PhuKet. I want a new experience so this time i booked a hostel. For my opinion, i have no complaints at all. Because myself truly understand that i cant compare my 5 stars hotel experiences with a hostel so I didn’t expect too much as the same price that i paid. But at least, please respect me. Do not think we pay cheap price so the staffwill not do almost everything supporting us. Last but not least. I dont need any apologizes, discounts or refunds, but i will send my feedback to all the groups, pages and Google or anywhere related, just please read and improve. The hostel will be the frist choice of Thailand visitors if the receptionist is learned what is the customer service. Vinh Gia Phuong Check in 17/2/2023 Check out 19/2/2023

Absolute Worst place. I now understand & agree with all the Bad reviews. Don't go into to let living the terrible experience yourself I thought it wont happen to me & yea I unfortunately went with this. I saw people requsting to cancel there stay at reception. Anything is better around, take my word from one traveler to another. Don't COME HERE.

I picked this Hostel for the location, price, free breakfast and Boxing experience. There is "no" free breakfast - coffee only, nor "Boxing classes." I showed the front desk person a picture of a sitting area and her response was "I don't know." I've walked each floor to the Rooftop only to realize the Main floor is kitchen, front desk, sitting area. I booked for a couple of weeks and learning as a first time traveler to email and ask questions... I did sleep well last night, learned how to get lights and electricity 🙃 Coffee is good! I will make the best of it! Maybe the owner should have someone update their website - so we don't get disappointed the minute we walk in!

The place smells extremely bad. The rooms are suffocating since you cant open the windows either. The AC kept on making a tapping noise. The toilet sink was leaking. And the building moves like there is an earthquake!

This hostel is very good value considering its central location, and is quite close to a railway stop if coming from the east of the country. It’s also approximately five minutes on foot from Sukhumvit metro. It has a small kitchen area equipped with a microwave and a dedicated drinking water tap. The dorm room I stayed in was both clean and sufficiently private, as each of the capsule beds were fitted with privacy curtains. The WiFi signal was strong even within my capsule, and the entire hostel was very tastefully decorated and clean. The shower rooms were fitted with perfectly adequate and refreshing cold showers, and the rest rooms were kitted out with hygienic hand-held bidets.

I messaged to book a room, and asked for prices, they tried to give me crazy rate 4x what that add listed, when I questioned they said old prices. Then I read the reviews, seems there are a lot of complaints. I would recommend this place if they tried to scam me before I can even get there.

I stay in four pax female dorm. But somehow it mix with male. Cleanliness is okay for a budget hotel at bustling city. Not the best but decent stay at the price you pay. Near to MRT. No shoe in the room. They have provided slipper and put it into shoe locker number align with your bed no. A plus point to the hotel, front desk operate from 6am-12am. Good for those need to check out earlier There is toilet and shower room in each of the floor. (4 floor) and the top level 5th level is a restaurant. Opposite have cheap mix rice restaurant that you can get it at only 50-60baht(2023).

Did not enjoy my stay here. Requested a bottom bunk but was told there were none available even though my room seemed to have plenty of bottom bunks empty. Blankets were not washed well and had lots of lint. Staff did not seem welcoming at all. Was denied request to check rooms before booking. Found out after checking in that they air-conditioning is only turned on after 5:30pm. It was pretty hot. Their prices are higher than hostels in the area which are far better both in service and location. Anyway, if you are still desperate for a place to stay, they do have all the basics covered.

The good: Decent capsule bed in a great location. Good value for money if you find a deal (I paid 1/3 less than walk in rate through Agoda) Bad: No air con during the day in the room, cockroaches, unfriendly staff, bad smell. For example: staff made a mistake and locked me out of my room on last day because they got my check out day incorrect. When I showed them my booking, they didn't even bother to acknowledge their mistake or say a simple, “sorry about that.” Not a huge deal but come on man!

Deceptive photos on the internet. Tiny rooms, broken toilets. Also, cunningly will keep your deposit amount with themselves even if you checkout 30 mins late. Will not inform you about such rules beforehand. Totally not recommended.

Really nice staff and clean rooms. We got a really great deal on Agoda, and we're glad that we went. The location couldn't have been better. The beds were really comfortable. It is a hostel so you should be prepared for that, but it's one of the nicest places that my wife and I have stayed in Bangkok.

2 star hotel is a JOKE. They did not return our deposit citing 'check out after 30 mins'. Really?! No one in thailand did that. Seems like they like to pocket some money each time. Not to mention pathetic rooms, not cleaned daily, not working washrooms. Sure can find better places in Sukumvit. Do not fall for this pathetic place.

Stayed 2 nights at female dorm upper bed. Provide a bed, blanket, need put on card to get electric supply. 1 plug. A locker with key. Others amenities need to purchase if no bring you own. Shared shower room and toilet. Provide hair dryer at common area. Need maintenance for the amenities since operate from year 2013. Pantry have hot and normal water supply but ensure the water supply can refill on time. Coffee machine unable to use. Location nearby terminal 21 can walk from Sukhumvit MRT ext 2. Walkable like 10mins. Nearby BTS is Asok station. Overall just for sleep.

If you’re planning for a stay where you spend most of the time outside and only be back to sleep at night then you can consider it, if not, it’s not a choice. We booked a private dorm of 4 beds for 3 people. However the room is a bit small for 3 of us (we have to take turn to open our cabin luggage 1 by 1 as there is no space). A bit too dark as the whole building painted in black. The hallway is however a bit messy. Staff are ok, not too friendly but not rude. The location itself is very central, walkable distant to Terminal 21 and MRT & BTS station.

Had a private room. Affordable, clean, quiet (even though it's on a busy street). Room was equipped with all basic necessities, staff is friendly. There is a 7/11 and pharmacy very close by. Will come back here next time I am in BKK

This hostel is very cheap and do have good service. But I want you to aware that there is 2 3Howw Hostels in Bangkok. They are 3Howw Sukhumvit and 3Howw Khaosan. I was so stupid that I booked at 3Howw Khaosan in Booking app and went to 3Howw Sukhumvit. 😅🤦 3Howw Khaosan is chaper than 3howw Sukhumvit. So if you look for good and cheap, i recommend 3Howw Khaosan also. I lived at 3Howw Khaosan for 3weeks and had alot of friends in that environment. sometime , I still visit to that hostel.

Good location , staff was good but the room was horrible. Horrendous smell of fungus of the unventilated bathroom. Much better places around for that price if you ask me

This is my favourite hostel in Bangkok. The location is perfect, close to both BTS and MRT with plenty of good food options nearby. Best of all was the service I received from the staff. They are so friendly and helpful that I ended up extending my stay here longer than I initially planned to.

Good place to stay in Bangkok. We were there only for ine night during our trip in December. Hostel is located next to the Railway station so it is easy to get there. Staff was always helpful and kind. Beds were clean, spacious and comfortable.

The location is superb - close to the BTS, metro and other trains nearby. This is typical hostel which provide good quality cabins. Best for budget caring backpackers. You can find here lots of interesting people. Staff is really helpful and reception is open 24h/7.

👍 This hostel is wonderful; it's brand new, clean, and quiet. Well designed and organized. I've stayed in a few hostels in Bangkok, and some of them are quite loud, and the owners are also quite loud. I suppose they want to create a friendly environment. The only thing that might be related to the ho...
