Being in a prime location and next to the park has many advantages for office staff in the building. Security system and welcome lobby matches other prime buildings. Parking is challenging for visitors. Starbucks is given prime spot but there are few more coffee shops. Restaurants lack variety.

No escalator, so need to use elevator directly up to 3rd floor Good facility, opens 24hrs. Class is good but Club ICON is better, the A/C in cycling class is broke, very warm. Bathing area is very stinky and wet all the time.
